Very experienced in helping us match 20 year old paint.

Its so rare to get exceptional customer service anymore. We are painting several rooms so the other day i went to Knights and got 5 color samples. One sample was done twice so when i got home i was missing one. Went back today to get the missing color sample. Told the young man behind the counter what had happened and that i also wanted to add two more and 7 sample boards that you paint since i was there. He made the samples then said he had coupons for all of it and I was all set not charging me for the extra samples or the boards because i had to come back.

Worth the price. Getting home ready for sale, they matched 5 year old paint perfectly. Anthony; young guy behind the counter is exceptional. Good people, excellent service every time.

Knights Paint has professional staff that knows paint. When asked about which product to use or best application techniques, I have always received sound advice. They are great local asset for weekend painter or professionals.

Dustin and the other ppl working at Knights Paint store were very helpful - even happy to assist at 7 am. We are having the exterior of our home repainted and needed some advice. All staff were very respectfully wearing masks, as were the other customers who arrived.

Id give a 5 Star but after a recent visit, i was horrified by one of the counter help. We have been customers for over 20 years, purchasing all our paints for business as well as all our homes from only this location with amazing friendly, helpful, educated help. But there was a worker that weve never encountered before and will be best to never encounter again. He apparently desires to intimidate, as if his bad day becomes the customers. His lack of respect for the customer was overwhelming. I know if any staff reads this, theyll know exactly who is being referred to. We have always greatly appreciated the ones who desire to please and keep customers coming again and again, and we have been able to keep our business here over 20 years because of it. Management needs to monitor the arrogance and demeaning attitude that is revealed in this one. If it is the manager or owner, well then i hope the business will continue without him working the counter. We are loyal to both the company and product, but good PR can make or break whether we come back.

I have been to this store multiple times over the years, and not once have I been greeted when I come in. The employees are always chatting amongst themselves that most times they dont even realize a customer is there. I am a licenced painting contractor, and I only go to this store when I absolutly have to. One of my friends went in and was standing at the counter for quite a while. There was a group of employees close by not paying any attention. She actually filmed them on her phone to show me how long it took for them to notice her. Its unfortunate, because they do carry an array of products.

Theyve got a little bit of everything, and the service is awesome. Anytime I need stains, clear coat, masking materials, custom cabinet paint, etc, theyre my go-to!
