Very nice service came in for a oil change was in and out by appointment of course.
I had taken my car in on a friday to get new wheel bearings. They inspected it and agreed that it was needing new ones. I gave them my warranty information so they could get a claim started. Throughout the next week, I called to check on the status and was told they were going back and forth with my warranty company. Finally, after my 3rd call to marmies, I finally called my warranty company myself to ask what the issue was. They stated they have no record of a call from any company inquiring about my car and no claims started. Marmies wasted a week and a half of my time when I could have taken my car to another mechanic and gotten this process started instead of letting the bearing get worse and worse.
Monty was very informative about the work done on my truck and answered my questions thoroughly.
Service department is stellar. Salesman I spoke to was very helpful as well. Friendly and professional. Service department has me hoping to find a vehicle there just so I can drop by and say hi to Dan.
We ordered a Jeep from this dealership and couldnt be happier. Tom Klug was great! He followed through on everything he said he would do. We live in Franktown, Co and feel its worth the drive to deal with a company that provides such great service.
They have great services, and great staff members! I found the perfect car with the perfect price, a really awesome a nice car that will be perfect for college! It was a great experience. I was looking all over big cities nearby for a great car with a great price, but I did not realize our local dealership had competitive and great deals! I really enjoyed the experience because it saved us a ton of time just by traveling to a nearby city, and a huge thanks to Tom for everything, he helped us a lot and was able to give us an amazing deal!

Can’t thank their wonderful Service Dept enough! We are on a road trip, moving from Nebraska to Arizona when one of our cars broke down just outside Great Bend. The guys in the Service Dept went out of their way to squeeze our car in to get fixed so we could get back on the road. Appreciate how nice everyone at the dealership was.

I locked my keys in my van today and the guys at the Marmie Dodge Parts department were absolutely amazing. They were able to make a new key so I could get in the door and, when I was unable to find a ride to the actual shop, they were able to send someone in their van to come give me a ride there and back. I got a new key made and now Ill have a spare just in case I lock myself out again!10/10 would recommend! The service was spectacular, and the employees were so helpful and kind!
We have nothing good to say about Marmies. They have treated us poorly with everything to do with the vehicle we purchased. We are now having a second engine being installed and the vehicle is a 2017. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.
Had a problem with a check engine light. Service got me in without an appointment as we were on a road trip. They took us in and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Everyone there was very friendly and on the ball, great dealer.
The people who work here have always been kind and respectful. They give you the best deals. And I will continue taking both vehicles to them for as long as they are so respectful to others
Spent ALL day to find out they didnt even check what I came in for, and wanted me to buy a $1500 part that I dont need. Just trying to get on over on a woman but I had enough knowledge on cars to say no. Will never be back.

Lied to my friend. Sold him a clean car with no damages.. only to find out that the car has hail damage that wasnt disclosed by the dealer. Buyers beware. He still cant get them to properly replace the back window that leaks.

I went here to get an OEM part for my 2010 wrangler. I was never notified when it arrived, no one knew the products or understood the issue I was having even when I provided a part number and drew a diagram for them. It was by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership.
Have a great service advisors and the Service manager will help service the customer. They are a hard working group of people.

Today 1030am service appt for oil change & tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Prompt service on arrival. Presented a bill for $47 by Larry Unruh - I questioned it, as my oil change is complimentary w my 2 yr Mohar Jeep contract. He went away & came back w bill for $32.48. I questioned it - was my oil change $15? No, he says he forgot to add in the rotation, it would have been $79.48. WHAT?!? Tire roatation is normally a $10-15 charge from my 40+ yr experience. He adds, yup, its $15 across the street at Ford, but the brothers/owners here set the fees. $25 rotation + $5 shop fee + tax.SCAM!- FRAUD! - RIP OFF! -ALTERED my BILL b/c my oil change was discovered, when I brought it to their attention, to be under warranty!SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE @ Marmie !!***F/U - 5pm today, received a phone call from service manager Marty, apologizing for the misunderstanding & stating that Marmie Motors would void my $32.48 credit card payment. THANK YOU !!
