This flooring store is hands down the best in town! There’s a wide selection to choose from! Dan is amazing, from his stellar customer service to his wealth of knowledge! The funniest and most impressive thing to us was when we walked in the store almost three months later and he remembered who we were and the exact flooring we were interested in. He goes above and beyond for his customers! We HIGHLY recommend this flooring store to anyone in the market looking to buy flooring!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Entire staff is helpful and friendly. Have recommended them several times over. Will continue to do so. I have purchased flooring, area rugs, bathroom and light fixtures. Showed up there after a bad experience somewhere else. Flooring America is a breath of fresh air. They give you the old fashioned home town customer service and quality regardless if your buying a throw rug or renovating an entire house.

We remodeled our basement and our contractor sent us to see Dan. He was super patient, very knowledgeable, and took the time to go over the pros and cons of various carpet choices based upon our needs (kids, pets, use of the space, color choices in a darker area). In the end, we made the choice to go over our estimate and purchased a nicer (but more expensive) carpet than we anticipated, but this ended up being such a great budget violation!!! Carpet was installed last week, looks beautiful so far, and we LOVE how comfy it is! Worth every penny! My kids ran downstairs and immediately started rolling on the floor to test it out! Thanks so much, you guys!
