So dissappointed in the service here. What happened to this place, it used to be such a good place to do business? We have been waiting, calling, nearly pleading to get a carpet bound. If we hadnt already paid the bill we would walk away....

So far so good. Heard about Carpet Garage from a friend. I have been looking for flooring for my house for a while and not funding anything I liked for the price.Went in today 7/6/2020 & have walked out with a schedule for someone to come measure tonight & four different planks to try out for my rooms.UPDATE: 7/14/2021 Carpet Garage redid my whole house in two different carpets and a top of the line LVP for under 5 thousand dollars. My home looks beautiful. They do contract out to have the people install and they were highly professional themselves. My whole house (1800 sq.ft.) was done in a day and half. I could not be happier.

Had a big % off sale supposedly going on. I think they had marked up everything to full retail. The least expensive 7 by 12 remnants started at $150. on sale. I have never seen so many shades of gray and brown.

Very professional and helpful! Way better pricing than the big box store guys, and even though installation isn’t free, it’s still $650 less than the competition. I highly recommend these guys!

The prices seemed alright, but....the tile display was terrible, had to walk around looking for someone who could help us, even going in the back room. Customer service wasnt so great.
