November 2021- We wish we could give 10 stars! Floors & More help us choose a new type of hypoallergenic carpet with the carpet pad already attached (Airo by Mohawk). The pad under our old carpet in the family room was breaking down and causing allergies. This new carpet has NO SMELLS, NO ALLERGENS and LOOKS & FEELS GREAT. I cant say enough good things about the installation crew (TJ & Jimmy). These guys showed up on time and worked very hard for 2 days and helped to move the heavy furniture and plants. No wonder they are so busy, but with their skills and great attention to detail, carpet installers TJ and Jimmy are well worth waiting for.August 2020 (our initial review): What a team! We wanted cork flooring for our kitchen remodel, Chad ordered a variety of samples to allow us to select one that fit out design palette. Every step along the way the folks at Floors & More were fantastic! The sub-contractors took great care and pride in their work. We are beyond thrilled with our cork flooring, soft underfoot, quiet and beautiful! Chad fabricated a Transition molding specifically for our needs. The best part of the project was they held up to the estimate in spite of escalating costs. Great customer service, great craftsmanship!

Floors and More was very accommodating while working on my carpeting project. They were willing to do one room and then come back later and do the other room and the hallway with no questions asked.

Quick to put in a bid, quick to schedule and very managed time on task. Very sharp.

The tradespeople arrived on time, did the job and if there were questions, they called me. There was a little bit of a mess after the grouting was done, but generally they cleaned up after themselves well. Make sure the installer understands the instructions you gave Floors & more. Had an issue there, but they made it right. Good folks to work with.

When I first walked into Floors and Moore, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. This doesnt always happen in other places. I bought a new house in which the old carpet needed to be replaced. I was thrilled with the entire process from picking out the carpet, which is no easy task, to the final result. The guys that installed the pad and carpet were friendly, respectful, and hard working. They also replaced my baseboards, which look absolutely beautiful. Such a professional job! I would highly recommend Abbey Floors! When I am ready to replace my kitchen floor, I will be calling them!

Absolutely love our new flooring! These guys were great to work with and so helpful when we were trying to decide what we wanted. They also custom cut and bound a piece of carpet to go with our flooring so our pups have a nice soft place to look out our bay window. Gave them the old carpet piece one day and had the new one the next day! Will definitely go see them when it’s time to replace carpet in the bedrooms.

I recently had Floors & More replace some carpet on my first floor of my house, and they did a great job. The flooring they ordered matched up perfectly to my existing flooring.
