Honestly a shadow of its former self, but still decent. Most of the employees that made this place great have moved on to better opportunities, leaving the location understaffed and inexperienced (hence the 6AM-1PM hours). Service can be slow, and I can understand if youve had a negative experience recently, but know that theyre not in the best situation right now and from what Ive seen, they could use a little more patience from the customers.

Easy parking, clean, crowded like all Starbucks. Dine in was crowded, didn’t seem like an vaccine cards were being checked.

Overall this place is ok, but Im the kind of guy that has pretty low standards for what is ok.I think the main issue at this branch is that most of the employees are very young and this is probably their first real job. Thats not a complaint, but an observation and context for my following notes.The space itself is not cleaned well. The sofas and chairs are clean, but the floor is a mess and its pretty obvious they dont clean under the tables/chairs.Multiple times theyve messed up an order due to confusion on how to make it (which is weird since I order a simple drink w/ sweetener). Ive also witnessed other customers who have complaint about wrong orders.I think this is due to the young age of the staff and a combination of not having a more senior manager as it seems like most of the employees just hang out. This is of course totally fine, but if youre working a customer service role the individual customer comes first before making jokes with coworkers.Ill probably forward this to Ari, who is the district manager for NY and NJ.

I placed a mobile order. I waited the 10 mins in my vehicle before entering the establishment. I was waiting in the mobile order pick up line. Three representatives were working behind the counter. I observed two children waiting at the mobile order counter. Another two children were placing their order with the cashier. A female walked in and joined me on the mobile order pick up line. Not one of the three representatives acknowledged us. I waited about 10-15 min and then a group of teenagers walked in. A representative went over to take their order. I stepped up to the counter to try and get the attention and finally the representative asked are you waiting for a mobile order? I said yes. How are you going to acknowledge and take others that just walked through the doors but not acknowledge the two people waiting on the mobile order pick up line? He didnt answer me. He asked my name and told me to have a good day.If you want to use the mobile app and not reap the benefits of having fast service when walking into the door. If you want to stand and stare at your drink melting in front of you for 10-15 min? If you want to be ignored as if youre invisible? By all means, visit this location. The management team needs to train their staff to keep their heads up and acknowledge everyone within a timely manner.

This shop is NOT dine in. They do not allow you to sitbin the store. No utensils. No milk or cream for coffee. Meanwhile they have 2 tiny tables outside being used by people for wifi. $10 for a wrap and coffee and make sure you bring yournown place to sit.

So generally when you get a responsibility of shift supervisor there are certain things you should be taught.1. Customer is always right2. Don’t argue with a customer who is paying for a product just make it the way they like it. ( if I wanted to drink slightly flavored tap water I can make it myself. If I’m paying $5 you should make it perfect not your definition of perfect. )3. When a customer comes near closing and you are at the door it’s probably a good idea to let the customer get his order considering it’s someone who comes to your establishment every day.

I tried to order a hot chocolate with cinnamon and was told I was trying to order a mocha latte repeatedly. When I tried to correct them they insisted I was stupid and there was not such drink. I have never drank coffee in my life, but often get a Starbucks hot cocoa with cinnamon to warm me up on cold days. Their attitude was disrespectful and uncalled for. Do not go here.

I have a limping disability, and the worker Andrea yelled and cussed me out because I sat down for maybe 2 seconds so I wouldn’t fall over. So rude, and when I explained it to her she told me I’m endangering everyone because of COVID. Will not be there again.

I go there a lot because of the location but would honestly say it’s not one of the best Starbucks: it’s too crowded (not their fault though), and some tables shake a lot.

Clean. Took longer than predicted for mobile order to be ready. Plenty of employees, but took quite a while to be greeted and asked if I was being helped.

Rude workers.. there are some ladies that work there that have no customer service skills. Asked for a straw and the worker started yelling. Never going back again.

Clean friendly environment. There was not a ton of seating compared to other local Starbucks. But most people do not stay very long so getting a seat isnt a terribly long wait. Service was prompt and courtesy. Almost all the staff greeted us and or tried to have a few small words with us as we ordered and waited.

I like the Starbucks that it is easy to get and order and that they are fast. Here they keep things moving very fast and this is making it the proffered place to get my coffee. Every 9AM you will find me here.

Easy to grab a coffee here anytime of the day. Parking lot is always busy, but no problem finding a space. Starbucks runs as smooth as any other stores. Coffee is always good, staff is always friendly.

I would give this place no stars . Dont go to this Starbucks they are not following Covid guidelines. They have people sitting inside . Me and my family had a face covering but the white lady in the front with glasses and Asian Male worker insisted we have specifically a mask and did not let us order . We followed covid rules we covered. We had our mouth and nose covered and they want to say we dont have an actual mask but yet they have people sitting and eating inside. On top of that they were raising their voices especially the lady and she was trying to get costumer to talk about us . And then they started getting on my 1 year old baby I cant control my son if he keeps wanting to take it off he is a baby.

Good store. Vacationing with the family and we placed a large mobile order to the store. The staff was very helpful even though the store was pretty busy. My only complaint would be that some of the oatmeals were placed in the bag sideways and leaked.

It’s a good place with good food, but it’s overrated

Located in a strip mall so if youre driving in from the Long Island Expressway, the sign will be hard to see. Coming from other directions, the sign is easy to see. Green tea lattes are great here. Parking is free and plentiful on weekends when I go there. Seating is limited as its usually packed with high school kids.

Came in at 7:45AM to grab some coffee while I waited for my coworker. As I walked in I was immediately greeted at the door by an employee. The line had 3 people on it and all the seats were already taken. The place is clean and bright. Employees are nice and efficient. My coffee tasted great. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Overall one of the better Starbucks that Ive been to.

Lines need to go faster and shop needs to be more clean and organized. Start needs to be a bit nicer too, if Im posting $4+for coffee that I have to put milk and sugar in myself.

The one thing about this starbucks that stood out to me was the lightning fast wifi speeds despite the great amount of devices in store connected to the network. I had very fast download speeds while I drank my coffee.

They are rude. The girl that made our drinks was very rude to my wife today when she picked up our order. And they dont even know how to make the drinks properly. My usual drink that I always get from Starbucks taste so nasty. My iced white chocolate mocha just taste like really strong bitter coffee. For the price you pay for these drinks they should taste the same or close to the same from every Starbucks. They average the ingredients and just mess up the drinks.

I ordered an iced tea off the menu. Nothing out of the ordinary. It took 10 minutes for them to make my drink. The store wasnt even crazy busy. The 2 orders in front of mine were filled wrong too. What a waste of time.

Alway busy but never got my drinks wrong. You might say employees are not as friendly as usual starbucks but I’m not there to chat with them. As long as they get my drinks right, I’m good. Plenty of seating & parking.

Ordered a speciality coffee at a different location. They messed it up 2 times and their solution was to take the coffee as is, and to come back the following day for a coffee on them. Seeing they were very hectic, I came to this location and they gladly remade my order free of charge. Very much appreciated!

Staff are nice and can offer suggestions. Can be a bit crowded and sometimes hard to park because its in a busy shopping center. Overall a great starbucks though.

I order Starbucks sometimes before or after I head to Planet Fitness. I order through my phone when I park or when I am about to leave the gym. My orders are always ready when I get to Starbucks except for one time when they forgot to check the mobile order machine. On one or two occasions they messed up my order. Ive probably ordered more than 100x from this Starbucks so the mishaps are negligible. This place deserves 5 stars!

Nice and new. Well lit, bright and large space with ample seating. They also have a clover machine for the personal cup of top tier coffee. Staff is friendly.

Very poor customer service. They were rushing my mother and rather than explaining what he meant, he just repeated the question. Then he asked his co-worker if he could speak Korean(obviously none of the people did) and just ignored my mother and took the next persons order. Extremely unprofessional. I will never visit this place again

Nice location in the plaza shopping area. Large with a lot of seating. My frap turned out great, not artificial tasting.

This place temporary closed. The sign said it will reopen on 5/24/2021.The dumbest staff ever. They use a new cup to measure the coffee size then pour over to my reusable cup. They are not environmental friendly. I complain to their customer service but they dont improve.

This place is bigger than the usual Starbucks where yiu cant find a seat. There is a large table and plentiful if chairs abd tables. You can bring your laptop and do some business or study with headphones on. Staff was freindly and my almond latte was on point. I just wish people clean after them.

This Starbucks specifically, almost always messes up my order. As a local who lives right next to this particular one, it’s bad when I’ve come to almost expect them too mess up. Almost every time I have to go up to someone and ask them to finish my order. Or just start making it.

Usually always packed hard to get a seat when patrons have been sitting there for hours taking up space. Well stocked most of the time for coffees and snacks to go. The staff is sketchy and can be a bit rude or not aware of themselves. I dont blame them at times as some customers can really be extra. Just wish the seating area was clean and available. Not the best place for kids but works in a bind when you need to refresh and get a coffee. Parking lot is a disaster. Easier to walk. Wait time is usually OK.

Question! Why do you fill the cups so much that more than 50% of customers have to spill out so much to add milk?? Cant you have a simple standard way of asking if customer needs room for milk?

I had a wonderful experience when i went in there the other week. The baristas were very helpful and nice, and they even offered to fix my computer when the wifi wasnt working. The two baristas in the front, Darion and Devontay, made me a very nice frapuccino. Jasmine, was also very helpful in picking my drink. Always a pleasure.
