In the past when you get your car back from service it is washed and vacuumed. They brought my car up and it was not washed. I asked the young man did you wash it? He stated “yes”. Clearly it was not, so I asked him to come and look at it. First he said we can run it through again and then said the car wash does not work.First off I do not like being lied too. Secondly what else did they not do! Did they change my oil and service my vehicle, or just run it through. Customer will never know, right. Trust is vital when it comes to my vehicle. Just complete what I paid for, or I will take my service to another dealer.

I waited 20 minutes to get my truck in for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment!!! Never will go back. I was treated like just another person in the Toyota show room. It really hurt. Plus I wanted to keep my tires and wheels that were on my 2010 Tacoma so they put them on but never told me that they didnt fit so I had to go back in for them to brace up the back tires. A cost of way too much money but I complained and got my money back. I never, never felt safe driving that Tacoma. You should be ashamed of yourself. Then I went in for my oil change. Had an appointment but waited 20 minutes for them to get to me and they were not running behind. They got grease on the inside of the drivers side. A big spot! The service department was too lazy to clean it. Always hated this 2020 Tacoma and always loved my other ones. Why didnt I take it back? Why didnt I try to get my money back? Just finally got rid of it and it still looked like new. Kind of funny for a company to chase away a customer who always came back. I see you have gone way down to a 3 on your ratings. July 2020. Not a good day. I do miss my Tacoma but I cant trust them anymore sense they HURT me so bad.

Ok, my first time here. took my tacoma somewhere else for rack and Pinon, power steering pump. 1 defective pump, 6 times later $3000 plus...still having issues, took it to Mcdonald Toyota. Dale impressed me while looking at truck, he thinks they put transmission fluid in instead of powersteering fluid. will get it flushed this next week. very impressed with their customer service. hopefully truck is fixed too

My husband and I bought a Toyota Highlander because of Toyota and their reputation for reliability. Unfortunately, my son and I took his 2014 Tacoma in for repair. The truck isnt that old and only has been driven about 50,000 miles. It ended up costing nearly $4000 in repairs. I had asked Dylan if they washed it and he assured me that it would be cleaned. The engine, etc werent washed and the outside hadnt been washed either. Nothing! Is this what you get for 4,000?Hope they did the repairs satisfactorily! Starting to regret buying a Toyota. Is this what we have to look forward to?

They took good care of my friend when she bought her van here. And I always hear good things about this place. Consistently. MY dealership hung up on me.and cant tell me when my parts will be instock. Next time Im buying toyota

Update: 08/28/2021-went to install the replacement bulb and couldnt remember which side it was on, asked someone to check on it while I pretended to back up....all lights work fine. They wrote me up for a fake repair.Scheduled a conventional oil change and left with a synthetic for $91+. I never asked if I wanted a synthetic and was disappointed that the recommended services like replacing a rear light bulb 43.49 (The part costs five dollars and takes 2 mins to install). I will have them do things for my convenience but replacing an air filter for 42.73... you have to take four clips off and swap a fifteen-dollar part that is a simple swap out. I was done with my oil change in an hour, and that was within my expectations.

Generally poor service. Lack of communication within the service department lead to over 6 hour wait for repairs. Unprofessional staff and general lack of management. I do not recommend this dealership. The Toyota dealership in Fort Collins is far superior and worth the extra drive.

Im not fond of this business, but found out it had been sold to a new owner. So that made it right away a better place to do business. My husband had picked me up, before our date night with a truck. I knew he has wanted to replace his older Tundra. So we went for a drive and we decided he should buy it. Im excited because its a great truck with a carpeted camper topper, and many extras. Thanks Luis Noriego for keeping us appraised of your truck inventory!!! He went beyond what you expect from a salesperson. Plus very personable to talk with while we considered our purchase. So we bought the truck, apparently the cover over the dashboard was gone. After a bit of harsh conversation it appeared, later noticed our K &N air filter had been stolen. So between the detail shop and the service shop. Thieves abound, have to take back all my good words. Id give them a zero on trustworthiness. Never again sorry Luis 😞!!

Honestly I loved this place, but the way they treated me was like never before. I asked them to change my tires and nobody hepled me. They wasted two hours of my time and treated me like I did not mater, it was so ridiculous. I will still go there, but I hope I dont get treated like I dont mater to them.

If you ever have any issues just contact Stephanie the service manager. She is awesome and on the ball. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make you happy and get your vehicle back to you. They always take good care or me and my Tundra ! I highly recommend them!!

Took my truck in for the first 5k service under ToyotaCare. Everything was done for free. Told me it would take about an hour, and was spot-on. These guys continue to impress me, from the purchase to the service. Jenna was my service writer and did great.

I wasnt thrilled when I got there and pulled into the service bayplace no one spoke to me I went inside and didnt know where to go there was nothing marked to get help or anything like that, I got my oil changed a battery put in and tires rotated they usually washed my car after service that wasnt done I have two more tire rotations and will probably find some place else who acts like they want my business when I spend the kind of money I do I expect really good service and to feel like they want my money. I kinda got they feeling Noone wanted to give to get I mentioned these things to the service tech the answer I got was how busy they were I dont think I care if they are busy or not if they want my money they had better make me feel like its important.

Although, I already resolved the previous issue with the ride home. I wasnt exactly thrilled nor happy that someone at the dealership forgot to secure my Rav 4s car hood when they were done working on my vehicle. Although, I should have checked that everything was done properly, I didnt check the hood especially since they were just repairing a tire. I discovered the hood wasnt secure until I was driving down the highway and noticed the hood was flapping up and down so I immediately pulled over and properly secured the hood. Fortunately, the hood latch held and the hood didnt come flying off which could have ended horribly wrong. Therefore, I definitely will be checking everything before leaving the dealership next time as someone at the dealership dropped the ball.

My timing belt went out. I spent to almost $2000 agreeing to all the extras, fuel lines, new wipers, a good cleaning, winterizing, power steering, tires. Every time they called about another service, I just said yes. A month later, while we were out of town, my engine blew up because I was out of oil. Had it towed back (70 miles) because this was their issue. They never did a basic oil change. They did send me photos of the engine and offered me $500 for it as a trade in.

Great place, pleasantly surprised by the service here. My truck is still under warranty so I cant speak to the prices that they charge. I was greeted politely in the bay, talked with Joe, he was so helpful, he kept me constantly updated while I was there. I heard them getting people rides home, giving rides to local shopping places and places to eat. I had to take my truck back after my initial appointment beacuse they didnt have a part in stock, it was there when they said it would be and they fixed the recall on my truck while they had it and I didnt even have to ask. Over all great experince in the service department.

I called them to lease a truck from the Toyota website. Luis Noriega called me back and said that the truck has been sold. I told him that’s the only truck and deal that I want and he said he would check and call me back. During that time I called another dealership since he said he didn’t have it. When he called back and said it miraculously hadn’t been sold yet, I told him I wanted to shop the cost since I had to request another quote from another dealership. He said “you want to shop my numbers?” And very hostile. I had to shop because he lied and I had to look elsewhere. I will gladly pay more anywhere else.

Omg wth is wrong with my car tho?🥺 They dont seem to know so how are they considered a service department🤔 they charged me for 2 completely different repairs but my car was never fixed properly and actually had different and bigger problems after they so called fixed the other so called problems. I have no idea what their intentions are. Ill never go back there.

I was traveling through from Iowa and just dropped in, however a young man by the name of Dillon Chatier was able to help me with out an appointment. This was a somewhat of a quick simple fix for him ( a bad cord on my auxillary to use phone hands free while driving) but I really appreciate his quick, accurate, and freindly service. I guess the service received is on PAR with the quality and satisfaction I have experienced with my 2013 Tundra (absolutely love the truck).
