Terrible service. I just needed to replace my battery and instead of getting the job done, they all just stood around for an hour making jokes. Worst part is the fact that the manager was screwing around with them. Dont waste your time or money here.

I took my 2020 camaro for an oil change and they put the lifts in the wrong area on the car causing 1000’s in damages . The insurance guy is ignoring our calls and calls from the collision center to arrange the repairs and payment . The sad part was the oil change technician told the manager that if they put the car on the lift it will cause damage. Shop manager told him to do it anyways . I hope the $60 oil change is worth the thousands they will pay out. Stay away. Not worth the cheap oil change .

The lady at the front desk is really unprofessional. She doesn’t like to work and is extremely rude. It’s 5:00pm and they close at 7:00pm and she says that they close at 6:00pm and that they are really busy.

After I figured out how to explain what I was needing done. They did a great job of doing it. I was missing a spealized lug nut key. So I had the Auto Department put New tires on new Wheels. I had them set the Tires close to the car. That way they could Program the New TPMs sensors to the car. Then when I received the New Lug nut key. I would be able to put them on without an issue Concerning the TPMs sensors.

I have been coming here for the last few years, and over the years the services has gone down hill. Let’s start with the time we wait to get checked in. The shop opens up at 7am on Saturday. They don’t even open the door until 7:05, and don’t even check ya in until 7:20am... everyone is always late! This is so unacceptable. If you aren’t gonna show up on time or open on time, maybe you should change your hours. Let’s move onto wait times. The wait times here are so unbearable. You can be the second person in line and still have to wait over an hour to so.In my personal opinion I feel like they need to either train their staff or replace them. Or maybe change your hours? Not sure... but this needs to be fixed

I blew a tire so I went in to have it replaced. I purchased the set of tires from another Walmart a few months back so the front desk associates were sure to check my receipt for Road Hazard and were able to replace the tire for a small fraction of the cost. Though I had to wait a couple hours (which I expected since it was only a few days before a holiday), the staff was very helpful and courteous.

First thing I noticed was no one wearing uniforms the shops a mess. Look like a chop shop operation. Two hours later i find out they say they cant do my oil change said my oil pan was messed up. Asked for the manager some guy named Harley seemed completely lost with any questions i asked him. I took my car to the other Walmart across town talked to Joseph there manager told him what the other store said. He pulled my car in looked at it said everything is fine and he’d be happy to do the oil change.

Awful service. I’ve been there before and it hasn’t been a problem, but the last two times I went I was turned away even though I arrived hours before closing. The locations seems extremely unorganized. I’d take your car somewhere else even if it is more expensive.

I went for an oil change but they were very busy but after I asked a question in regards to my oil signal, Morgan took the time to go and check my oil. Good thing she did cuz I was very low and was on my way to drive down the highway. Thank you Morgan and if only Walmart had more people like her to just take the time!

Most incompetent auto center Ive ever been to. Broke the oil plug on our Saturn, still charged us full price, and then lied on the paperwork and said they didnt do our previous oil change even though we have proof saying otherwise. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything.

I came in for a oil change and two tires. I waited 4 hours only to be told my car oil plug was too old and next oil change I might need a new oil pan. Now my oil leaks. I was misquoted the price of my tires. I tried to call and complain as the manager wasnt there that night, only to be told that the manager would return my call when they werent busy. Waited a week and finally went in myself. The manager told me that they made comments before service that said prior oil leak, to which I responded that in those it says my thread on my drain plug didnt fit in my oil pan. I asked your would they know that before servicing my car bc there drain plug is in the oil pan until you service it. She responded that I could file a claim but their insurance definitely isnt going to pay for it. As for the 4 hour wait she told me that they never give a estimated wait time bc they cant garuntee any time. She said the misquoted price wasnt her fault as it was a new employee that did. Basically she told me my horrible visit was so my fault in a nice way. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. EVER EVER EVER. Youll be sorry if you do.

I cant speak for the mechanics, but the entire unit is totally understaffed and unorganized. They do not have anyone available to answer phones, and they couldnt complete the necessary work on my vehicle because they couldnt find the lug nut key (which was right where I told them it was).

We understand you have a line of cars to get through, but to decline customers at 1:45pm in the afternoon when you close at 6pm is unethical, and you lose business.To the lady that works there with the blue hair, when she told us that they cant take anymore cars because you are way busy, you didn’t have anything to say when we told you it was 1:45pm and that you close at 6pm. Seemed Very puzzled. Customer service comes first, dont take out your frustration on your customers, I’m sure thats what you are trained for upon being hired.Also they didn’t decline service to White colored skin people but decline service to people of color. We will take our service elsewhere.

Just showed up and had the worst experience so far here. I needed to park in line and I had the guy give me signs with his hands that a truck was gonna pull out so I could park. Not once tried to come up to me and explain anything. Well I got inside and the service desk is unoccupied and phone rings constantly. Only to have a rude employee (younger) laugh in my face that its was a 3 hour wait. Again no explanation just a shoulder shrug. Wont be coming here again after a few years consistently.

Horrible customer service! I went here because I needed a flat tire repaired. The tech told me they were busy to come back at 6. When I asked again if he put me in que he told me they would see if they could even repair it. You could tell they didnt want to. Someone looked and said they couldnt fix it. I then came to the dealership I purchased from and they had no problem repairing it even though they were about to close. Maybe these techs could learn about customer service. I wont ask them for service ever again!

Saying they were apathetic is giving them more credit then they deserve. Moves slowly, never staffed correctly, never prepared for the customer. I, personally, would be ashamed to offer such poor service. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else... saving a few bucks here sounds nice, but how much is 2 hours out of your day worth to you?

Had a bad time trying to get a battery exchanged at the store on 23rd ave. After a few choice words with the manager mike he suggested that I take it to the store on 10th because they will take anything back. Well Im pleased that I did it started out rough when I got there and explained to Paul the older gentlemen at the counter what I needed. He told me he didnt think he could do that so I asked him for a manager he told me the manager wasnt there then he disappeared into the shop. He returned a few minutes later with a mechanic who asked what was going on I told him and he told Paul to take care of it. Which Paul didnt seem to pleased with but he did what the mechanic said to do. I didnt catch the mechanics name. But overall they earned my business over the other store in town

When I came here the first day I had to order my tires, ok. Matt was very knowledgeable about tires and convinced me to buy my tires there. They arrived a few hours later, great, so theoretically I should he able to have them installed. They had the availability however, they forgot to check them in so they couldnt sell me the tires. I came back the next day at my appointment time and the customer service rep could not find my tires, he had a snooty attitude, he paged management and when no one responded he said he doesnt know where management was and I should go to customer service to get answers. I found an assistant who didnt know what to do except to take my info down and send it off to the store manager. Miraculously my tires showed up the next morning but would be a minimum 2 hr wait before they got to my car, the store manager said that my car is the next car and said that they messed up and I should be treated as such. The store manager was really nice and I will shop at this store again because of him BUT not the auto department. Because, even though he told them I am the next car, they allowed 4 cars to go ahead of me before they even got to my car. I have been here for 3.5 hours already waiting for my car and and waited an hour each time the two days before to find out they couldnt service my car. After the store manager told them I was the next car I went back and was going to buy floor matts for the car and the customer service rep (no name badge with handle bar mustache, same one that lost my tires) ignored me, and rang up the customers that came after, fine I dont need to buy them there then. I also saw them beating my wheels with sledge hammers from underneath and kicking the wheels from the outside. I now feel that I need to take my car somewhere else just to make sure they didnt break anything.Theyre auto department is very unprofessional, they avoided me instead of updating me on my car like the other people and I will not waste my time with them ever again. I was calm and stern about how I should be treated and got everything but and was called the tire lady instead, they have my first name they can call me by that or mam, not tire lady. Big O Tires might be a little more expensive but they technically wouldve been cheaper because they do not waste their customers time! I regret giving this department a chance! Please do not make the same mistake I did.If you dont take my word for it, sit in their auto department for an hour and listen to the mistakes they make with their customers, they might make it right in the end but they are making mistakes that could and should have been avoided.

From what I hear Walmart has the cheapest services that you can get but youll primarily spend most of all that time with well time.. so just make sure that you would least bring a spare vehicle or bring a Gameboy or something to distract yourself for the few hours
