I wanna thank the staff at the wrench outdoor power for always being there… My machine broke down couple days ago and they did everything to get my part from other distributor and get me going since the manufacture told them that my part was going to take weeks before they get it as they are back ordered… the wrench staff went beyond in doing whatever they could to make my machine work.. Clark the owner even offered for me to use one of his demo’s to finish my week while they fixed my machine .. I appreciate good customer service.. thank you again!

Just bought a Toro Timecutter zero turn mower through Home Depot and they assembled and delivered the order - fantastically!Kenny spent over 30 mins with me showing me how it works, how to maintain it, talking through all of my questions, and having me take it for a test drive to make sure I understood how to get around. He also shared information on what they are able to do if we need or prefer them to do maintenance in the future.EXCELLENT customer service. EXCELLENT thorough delivery. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Will do business with again!
