DO NOT GO HERE. the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in. He claims there are deals and specials in ads but they are nothing like what the actual prices are. Very false advertisement!!! Prices are absolutely ridiculous. He over prices mattresses and claims you cant get a better price anywhere else, but I assure you, you can. at American Furniture Warehouse you can get a mattress AND box spring for what he is charging for just a mattress. This guy has some serious issues, please spare your time. I do not recommend one bit.

This guy does not even get one star. This guy is a crook. Terrible personality. Didn’t even pay tension to you when you ask questions. Doesn’t even sound like he knows what he’s talking about. He uses the same name of a great mattress company in Fort Collins called mattress by appointment. I bought a mattress at that place in Fort Collins last year it was great. I was stupid not to read the reviews before I went. When you pull up to the store./Store front. You can tell it’s not legit. I almost bought a mattress but thank God I thought forgot my credit card. Stopped at American mattress and bought a mattress 100 times better for the same price

Guy didnt throw a tantrum like Ive read in other reviews but it was still a shady experience. My boyfriend bought a mattress for the house hes moving into. Pulled up, and theres a whole panel of cracked windows behind a stack of mattresses leaned against the window on the inside. Walk in and immediately smell strong scent of mildew. Yuck. Walking back outside when leaving and smelling the notorious Greeley smell was actually a bit of a relief. All the mattresses that are still in plastic are just sitting on the cement floor leaned against walls and windows. Especially considering the smell, youd think theyd be resting on pallets or something. All the display mattresses have dirt on them like several people have been getting on without any kind of runner, again yuck. After bf did the deal, I learned he signed up for a payment plan where he puts 50 down in store and then has 90 days to pay the rest, and all they took was his phone number and credit card info. Seems like a really good way for people to try and only pay 50 bucks for a mattress. Guy said the mattress we got has a 10 year warranty on it so I want bf to call and make sure thats in place before he makes the next payment. All in all a shady deal, even though jason seemed friendly enough. Maybe shop around a little more before you decide on this place.

Guy was very rude. Very impatient. Plus when a Hispanic family came in that he quickly kicked out for no appointment, turned around and said to us something about needing a longer time anyway since hell have to translate through a 13yr old rolled his eyes and laughed. Roommates bought a 700$ mattress that else where is $400. What a joke this place is. What a joke this got is. Its a scam all over it. I refused to make an appointment to come back. I refuse to lay my head down at night from that. BUYER BEWARE!! THERES MUCH BETTER PLACES TO GO!

Very rude and unprofessional. We setup a time to look at mattresses but told him we liked the set better at American Furniture Warehouse. He asked the price and when we told him he held open the door and said bye! As we were leaving he still tried to sell us the set we were looking at and told us he wouldnt even be making money if he gave us the same price as AFW!! I would not recommend this place at all!! I DO recommend American Furniture Warehouse 100%

Guy was extremely rude!!! My mom and I set up an appointment, after being told mattresses start at $150. Guy seemed to be upset because we didn’t fill out the preapproval form. I didn’t think nothing much after first. Until My mom told him we wanted to check out the mattress first. That’s when he started acting crazy and refused to give us any prices unless we laid on the mattress... he went on to say that there is no set price since inventory changes constantly. He started laughing and told us “ you can leave now.” Because we questioned the quote he gave us over the phone.

So I clearly said I just wanted to take a look at the mattresses and he ends up throwing a tantrum like a little kid just because I didnt buy anything. Poor guy he needs some help he obviously has some anger issues. Very rude. If I could give a no star I would. I honestly felt afraid he would do something to me cause he got up from the chair and was really upset almost yelling at me that he had waisted 20 minutes of his time when he had to be in loveland. No wonder he has a bunch of negative comments. Poor man I will prayer for his miserable life to become better.

If one understands how business works, then its ok. I got a fair deal and I know how the credit works.

He ripped up the aplication in her face and continued to REFUSE to give her a copy of conformation that her aplication was cancelled and refused to let her take a picture of the conformation on the laptop since he would not give her a physical copy. Then threated to throw her out of the store.Have posted this exact comment and He removed it! My roomate commented too! HE DELTETED THAT TOO!!! Dont worry we screen shot our following comments.He has now blocked us from this page! HAHAHAHA TO BAD HE CANT DELETE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!!!

Do not buy a mattress from this company. If you are on the fence about buying a mattress, this is not the place to go because if you decide not to go through, hes going to throw a two year old tantrum and try not to confirm your cancelation of the application and try to throw you out of the store without that confirmation. Luckily I told him I was not leaving until I got a confirmation. At first he wasnt willing to give me anything then he finally gave me a number to call to check. He deleted the facebook review me and my friend posted on his page but little does he know I saved this post and will continue to post so that people can get a REAL idea of who they are facing. At least at the Greeley store. Dont believe check google reveiw. Cant delete reviews here haha haha😂

TERRIBLY RUDE!!! Complete with eye rolling and huffing and puffing. Not willing to answer questions or discuss pricing without getting you into the store. The second I walked into this appointment I wanted to turn around and walk out! Will never consider Matress by Appointment as an option ever again.

This place is a joke. We stopped by to look into getting a mattress and there was just the number on the door to call. We called the number and the guy answered. We asked the prices and when we can go in to.see the mattresses asked a few questions to just get i dobt know as a response. If the goal is to sell mattresses you sure dont sound like it

The owner of this branch lied to us and defrauded us out of a frame claiming he didnt have any. Despite his advertising campaign saying it was included. Please dont buy from him and if you do then get and check everything in writing before as he will not keep his word. Very sad and disappointed that he is allowed continue to sell for a company despite his personal behavior and taking advantage of others.
