I took a homeless person here. The woman was very nice and the building seemed clean and comfortable. The facility is closed so we could not enter.
My neighbor who is not registered with the office regularly pees outside. It’s a wonderful place to live!!
Good community to live in.
The people in the office, has lost my paperwork.3 times I furnished it in 15 months. But they want me 2 send it again. This is unacceptable. I want 2 know where my important papers have gone.
Just went to visit a friend
Havent lived here but it has a bad reputation. For the most part its kept clean. Clean, Quiet neighborhood. Management company isnt bad to deal with Ive had no problems with them. Good place to live just be weary of who your neighbors are.
I visit here... relatively clean, never see conflicts or police presence. Quiet.
My family and I like living here. The manager ( Ben) is always helpful . He seems to care . Ive never seen so many stray cats and dogs though . Its strange.
Dirty nasty place!!!
Exceptionally clean trailer park as far as trailer parks these people that wrote reviews need to go back to school and learn how to write! And learn some social grace for another
Not to bad for a trailer park. Not near as nice as Stoneybrook though.
Friendly village is so fun 2 b in its a lil community that is like friends w/ everyone inside of it... Children r friends w/ neighbors its amazing
This is a great community to live in. Overall I am happy here. Things are maintained and taken care of.
Clubhouse is always well taken care of. Always clean.
Great place
Rules are different for different people..With what they charge for rent you would think the place would be cleaner looking..Dogs are not to be tied up outside bt they are...dogs running around without leases..NOTHING is to be in the outside of your mobile home bt thats not working either..Anyways check more then twice before moving here i would say...
Dont move here. You may get hit in the crossfire in the near future...
The name says it all! They do not have rentals anymore. But they have some for sale.
Dont be fooled by the 5 star ratings. If your skin lacks pigment, you will be discriminated against- at least this has been my daughters experience. We have spoken with other Caucasians, and they have said the same thing. Ben Torres treats my.daughter horribly. In my opinion he is the worst manager that the park has had. It is against the rules to have certain breeds of animals, but he looks the other way. There was a pitbull that lived next to my daughter. The dog broke the chain and chased my daughter. The only thing that saved her was that the chain got stuck. The police did nothing, animal control did nothing, Manager Ben Torres did nothing. Another pitbull got loose and bit my daughters dog. This was while she was pushing her 2 year old son in a stroller. It could have easily been much worse. Again Ben Torres did nothing and that dog still lives there. That dog is left unattended on a chain at times. Does Ben care? Highly unlikely. Dogs constantly run loose- purposely let out of the homes. Not allowed by the park. But it is seen daily. Ben looks the other way. The park has a sing at the entrance about parking in the street in front of homes. That area is a fire lane and not allowed for parking. He will only tow certain peoples cars. Daily one could see the cars in the fire lane. Starting in November 2017 through most of January 2018, my daughter and I asked Manager Ben Torres to trim the trees in her yard. Ben was trying to evict my daughter from the park at the time. She had violations to fix. One of the violations was that her trees needed trimming. It had been established that the park took care of the trees. After asking him to trim the trees at least 30 times which he kept saying he would do it but it was the residents responsibility. After renting a chainsaw, I successfully cut the trunk, but then the part on the roof slid down and struck me in the head, shoulder and neck and face. Over 6 months later and I am still in daily pain. The mobilehome park has not taken any responsibility. Today August 17, 2018 my daughter and I were out for a bit. We came back and found several trees cut down taking away her privacy and shade for the home. A couple of days earlier, we had asked Ben Torres to cut down the dead tree that is on the left of the porch. They left it there and did not cut it as promised. They also left another dead tree in the yard. It was a retaliatory act by Ben. I could go on and on about what those people have done to my daughter. As for noise, it is occasionally noisy. If you like loud music that might be okay with you. My daughter hears the base and music when she is in her home. The space rent has gone up significantly in the last 9 years. The weight room is nothing to talk about - they do not maintain it. The pool is small, unheated, and full of screaming kids having fun. The streets are terrible. With the high lot rent each month, you would think that they calould maintain it. The side walks are terrible. They have a storage area for vehicles. There was vandalism to her property. My daughters Suburban and horse trailer was towed from the yard without notice. I had called the tow company about 2 days after it was towed and was told that it would be $1500.00 to get it returned. My daughter did not have the money to get it back. She tried to get Ben to pay, but he refused. After I had first noticed it, I spoke with Ben Torres. I asked him why it was towed, and he stated that it was because the registration was expired. I told my daughter and she found out that most of the vehicles had expired registration. She took pictures of this. Today we went to the tow company, we found out that it was towed because Ben had called and requested it. The vehicle was sold and my daughter lost everything that was stored in it which would have been at least a couple thousand dollars worth of saddles, tack and other things. That was car and trailer theft. Ben Torres did not follow the law for Greeley Colorado. A person cannot just tow someone elses property. More to say-no space.Awful place.
Clean no pot holes and a friendly staff.
I was thinking about doing some research into friendly Village as Im looking to move ASAP. I couldnt find any for rent or for sale sings . I actually need some help with this.
Roads are very narrow. Nice community area and pool.
I live there so its great
Been living here 4 years. No problems.
Ben and staff do a good job
My needs have been more than met at this point by the front office staff.
Worst management. Not helpful at all and if you need to get a hold of anyone at the office, you wont. If you have complaints they wont be heard. Rules arent enforced fairly towards everyone.
Good place to live
I now live here. Love it!!
