I went to visit my best friend on New Years eve and heard multiple gun shots around the area. I feel the place could used some type of security.

Fire hazard cars parked all up and both sides of the street. No way emergency vehicles can get through. When I lived in a park u couldnt park on the street. Park in ur spot or at club house. Place used to be nice now its gone to trash. Must be newish management . If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I happened to visit this park on a particular bad day. It happened to be the day of the shooting by the police. I only say that because I didnt get to see the whole park.What I did see was disappointing. The park doesnt trim the trees that over hang the mobile home. It doesnt clean out the water drainage areas. The parking area is behind each month home and it the asfault looks old and cheap. We looked at a home right across from the playground. The playground consisted of one slide split in two that was attached to one solo platform jungle gym. The only other form of entertainment was a climbing wall that took you to the platform for the slide.Its a huge mobile home park. It has a nicer, newer front area and then the more run down back area. In order to live in said park even if you buy the actual mobile home you have to fill out an application. They run a credit check as well a criminal background check. You fill out the application so you can rent the property that the mobile home sits on.The front office wasnt open even though it said that we had come between open and close hours. Looking back I am not sure if it was related to the shooting or not. Yet they could have left a note or some indication of why the office was closed.Over all a disappointing mobile home location to live in.

Had to leave a star to leave a dam review came into the office to see about buying a mobile home seems the manager I talked to today was in such a F******* mood I asked about buying she said the Info is outside no if you would excuse me I have to go to lunch I was pretty surprised so I asked later I called and spoke to the front desk and asked for the ladys name in the little office I guess Jessica is so called the manager! I am a supervisor a construction company and I will tell you if I would have seen one of my employees treat someone like they would regret! the only info I got was a mobile home for $4,900 that there selling, they lost a good customer I would have not left a review If I knew I was going to be treated like this!!!!

Unfriendly place to ask for information!! Came to look for a home since I had my Tax Return couldnt get any information. Seemed like management was in a bad mood this day we came in I asked for the manager she said I am the manager we were like oh weird not very professional we thought you dont say hello you dont get up from your chair I wonder how things work around the park. All we said lets go somewhere else!!! We just want people to know how we were treated when we came in.

This neighborhood is much like other neighborhoods. There are streets with speed bumps, stop signs, sidewalks & some of the people & even the pets walk on them. There are houses with doors & windows & porches with stairs & that might lead inside where people & pets of all ages ages color can sometimes be found unless theyre not there. There are yards, some with sheds, barbeque grills, trash barrels and/or fences. sometime with ponds, waterfalls, trees & bushes, gardens with flowers, fake &/or real in pots but sometimes not. Theres dirt & rocks & asphalt, concrete & grass. Bicycles. There are driveways, cars, trucks, SUVs, boats & motorcycles, motor homes & travel trailers & oil stains. Some have cats, some have dogs, some might even have both & maybe even a fish, bird or a reptile. There are children playing outside, but not all the time. Sometimes the people have visitors, some take walks on the streets &/or sidewalks. Sometimes they have pets. Sometimes they dont. Sometimes theyre alone, sometimes they are not. Theres a club house with a parking lot a fence shrubbery & mailboxes that include incoming & outgoing mail. Theres multiple entrances & the streets go in all directions. Thanks Villa West for the all American experience.

If you dont want any complaints from management dont live here I just found out she lives around the corner from me space (#111 villa west) lol no wonder we always get complaints from her she has her favorites please read all reviews before moving here its bad!! They are so lazy in the office not even head quarters do anything Ive been waiting to here back from them its like your on your own.

I honestly dont mind the place all that much, But what is with notices on the door that give you 48 hours to fix things. I raked my leaves 5 days ago and i get a notice on the door that gives me 48 hours to do so again. i dont know about anyone else but i work for a living and 2 days to get something like that done after working 14 hour shifts or i get charged 100 dollars thats simply insane.

Not happy went in the office to speak to the manager I had left messages and came in last two weeks to see about a home I saw disrespectful I was treated the only thing I needed was info on a mobile home. I talked finally to her and the manager she said if she did not call me back it was because there were no homes I asked her why are you raising your voice?All I got as a response was I hate when people call and if you do not get a call back it is because we do not have any! I said well I am going to write a review on you and may I get your name? She said Good Bye! I was like WOW! But I had my boss call and ask for her name (Jessica) last name Apolpsu or something Really rude person.. They need to change that person if she is not happy there. Thank you

Careful, the tenants or children thereof are notoriously bad shots that occasionally hit who or what they are shooting at with BBs and pellets. Overall, the place looks like somewhere you shouldnt be after dark.

Management at this park is not a person to be called a manager she is not qualified to be called a manager I have lived here for years she has her favorites.The manager before was more mature OH but wait she has her old friends from high school which she went to school with which are the guys suppose to be taking care of the park cleaning the roads when it snows which they have never done since winter started all you see them doing is just driving thats all hell I can do that and get paid.My curiosity is who is watching over her! yeah if corporate comes out she finds out and has the guys have us clean before they get here and thats not right they need to come without her know and how do I know this one of the employees is related to my brother in law thats how I know I will tell you one thing she needs to be removed and have someone who knows how to run Villa west!From what I see from the reviews everyone has something to say but seems like Corporate doesnt care at all!!!

Came here for the third time to get info dont know why but I had a gutt feeling I was not going to be treated right again, and so it did and once again was treated bad and ignored dont know why they keep a management like that there for sure this will be my last damn time coming here should of known better after reading all the reviews.

RHP Village really needs to change there management at Villa west! Wouldnt leave no star but had to leave one to be able to put a review. Management always in a bitchy mood these young people they put in the office cant handle all the stress, that cant even handle coming to work they only do and there only polite when Corporate is here!! Two face manager we have to deal with all the time!!!!

Looked like a clean well kept place

I have lived here in Villa for about 9 years and it seems now the park is bad it use to be clean and working 4 years ago when Management and the Maintenance would get things done and we wouldnt have to worryalote like now. Now there is trash all over people leave bags at the curband it takes a week or two for the guy to pick it up. I personally have had to ask him about trash and snow removal from the streets dont cleaneduntil its starts melting or it wont get cleaned until noon Ridiculous!!!And the new management is another rude! Disrespectful! Wont get off her chair she took over for Trisha thats the worst They could of done!!Corporate really needs to get Mature people working at this Mobile Parknot young people that dont want to work. These people now dont do anything but get a free paycheck. Friendly Village Ive heard have good working employees thats what we need here at Villa West!!

Must of went three times last time was yesterday I own my own roofing company those three times I went I had never experienced a good one walked in to ask about some manufactured homes they had listed first time I talked to the front desk she had me talk to the manager on site I asked about the homes (for sale). Answer I got can you come back another time I am really busy OK I said. Second and third time I went only management was there the two other times the response I got sir I am sorry but if you go online you can look for the info there I was surprised,I said dont you have that info she said no but after you go online I will be contacted and give you info. I said ok I guess you dont want to sell!!I walked out asked this week who is the manager that sits in that office I demand a name!! Front desk only gave me Jessica I told her I want her full name I told her I needed info to buy a home for my workers and I cant get a last name!! I dont recommend to buy anything from this park I called other Bayshore Homes in Greeley and they gave me info why cant she give me any!! I contract people I own my Business If she worked for me forget it she would be Fired!! Went in today to get prices on homes was told there were none for sale after I had a flyer saying they were talked to Jessica the manager she said there were none available I was upset drove all the way from Denver after someone a women on the phone didnt gt her name said yes we do have some available.I grabbed a flyer outside wanted to see some homes talked to Jessica she said she was management didnt seem like it she gave us an attitude saying you need to not assume we have something available even if its on the sheet!! I was so mad! I told her I dont know how you can be a manager and be so rude O drove all the way from Denver to get this kind of service HELL No!! You need to get a diffrent job LADY!!! Good thing I left would buy a home with that attitude!

Horrible place to live. They change office persons every few months and some seem to be on drugs. Gun shot went off our second week there. Our truck was stolen out of dribeway and many other items stolen from our house. Awful

I am a manager of apartment in LovelandI have never! And mean Never have I had been treated the way I had been treated today at Villa West Mobile park came in front desk had been talking lets just say flirting with some guy for about 30 damn minutes!! While I was waiting then I asked for a manager just because front desk wouldnt say hello or I will be with you in a moment! Than OMG! I get this snotty Manager I asked can your name I asked the reason I asked is because when I asked are you the manager? She said yes!What do you need I am and what? I told her you look here lady now that you told me your name(Jessica)! I am reporting you and your worker this is not the first time I have come here and you guys treat me like this last time I came in supposly you were closing and couldnt give me info on new homes but I didntKnow you were management all I told her is go to hell!!!! Villa West is a low class trailer park,It needs alot of clean up.There are a lot of Tweekers and Drugies living in there.

Crappy place to live my mother lives here alote of trash around mobile homes I live in Denver and parks here are clean and well kept corporate should look into everyones living area cockroches are accumalating with all the mess my 78 year old mother has her place clean outside eveyone has a shed use it! Management really doesnt care!This place is a joke these people have a job but dont do it!

Speed bumps and dips are really rough and overly frequent. Cars are always stopped in the street haphazardly, and you must watch for children popping out from between cars and running carelessly through the street.
