We were driving thru coming back from vacation when we ran into car troubles. Quick turnaround. Took care of not only the problem but a related on st the same time for no extra labor. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful in every aspect of the process. Also they are very helpful in working with you to pick up your vehicle. Just have to be up front with them. Awesome work and I never havd to take it back unless its a different reason.

This place is simply amazing! We have been coming here for about 15 years and they continually provide high quality service. Recently our business had to purchase company vans. We needed multiple vehicles looked at for inspection before buying, Jeremy was extremely flexible with helping get the vehicles in and was knowledgeable on things that had to be done to the vehicles. I trust Jeremy and the staff, they know what they are doing! Special shout out to Jeremy... he has been absolutely wonderful to work with!

My mother, my daughter, and I came to Green Bay for the weekend, from 3.5 hours away. About as soon as we got up town, my car started making this terrible noise... we were honestly scared the tire was going to fall off, assumed our weekend was ruined, and trying to come up with a plan to make it back home. I called here, which was the ONLY garage open in town this weekend. The woman who answered the phone was so nice, explained how busy they were, but, he could take it for a little drive, to let us know if it was safe, or not. He took it for a drive, then said he COULD fix it for me. Everyone I talked to said to be careful... the garages will all rip you off, talk you into things you don’t need...etc...The mechanic, Brian, fixed the car quickly, and when I went to pick it up, he explained to me what was wrong, and, what else will need to be fixed soon. He even made a picture and highlighted the things that need repair, but, that it was ok for now.. and said don’t let them tell you you need this part, you don’t. But they will try and sell it all to you.This is the first trip we’ve taken in 3 years.. and, I was certain it was ruined. Brian was so wonderful and I’m so grateful to him for fixing us up so quickly. I just wanted everyone to know how kind he is and to give him your business, if you can. I have never written a review before, but, I had to write this one. He deserves 10 stars.

Worked out perfectly need rear brakes on my Fiat 500. They finished the car sooner then I expected and was done for a little less then the estimate. Its been about a week now and the brakes work as expected. Very Satisfied with the work done and I will go back if I have other mechanical repairs needed.

Best place to go to get work done or an oil change! Super friendly staff. Waiting room is clean and accommodating with free coffee, soda, bottled water. Only complaint is wish there were more channels to choose from to watch on TV while waiting 😉 Will always be a returning customer!

We have been taking our cars here for almost ten years. Every time I call to get a service appointment they quickly get us in and do everything to accommodate our busy schedules. They are honest and fair and always give us options for the repair. I went in thinking I needed an alignment and it turns out it was a complicated break rebuild. (Beyond my ability to explain here). He gave me the option of a “patch” fix to buy me some time for the $900 repair. We chose to go ahead and do the full repair, but we appreciate the options and the thoughtfulness that many aren’t prepared for such a repair. We’ve taken cars there for inspection before purchasing and Brian and Jeremy treat us like family. Giving honest evaluations and advice. If you drive a car, repairs are going to happen. It’s not the repair shop’s fault that it turns out to be more than what we expect it to be. I trust them implicitly to keep our cars running and running safely.

These guys are honest. I thought something was wrong with my car I wanted them to fix . They it on the road listened to it, checked it out, turned out to be something else. They told me what it was it was, a lot less expensive than what I thought. The inspection was free if I had the work done there. Theytook care of it, I loved it.

Brian brian your the man. Had a nail in my tire and called them and Brian said they’re book but bring it in and we can fix it by morning. Went to drop off my car and he’” said I’ll do his best since there busy and most likely you’ll have it done in the morning. An hour later he called saying it’s fix and ready to pick up. Auto Aces is the only place I’ll ever take my vehicle for so many reasons. First and foremost is the amount of trust I feel bringing my automobiles to auto aces. Car repair is something I know nothing about, but I know other places have tried to swindle me in the past. Furthermore, I know that they’ll be able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and they’ll communicate any issues concisely and accurately. I always expect the cost will be higher than what it turns out to be, simply because I’ve gone other places in the past and I know car repairs are expensive. I can’t recommend this place enough.

They are most definitely not honest. Front desk guy lied several times to my face (my two brother’s are mechanics and body repairmen so I have confirmed all of this with them), and he clearly is trying hard to make money on commission. They quoted me $317.17 for my headlight on my VW claiming they need 2 hours to take bumper off. Went to Ray’s Tire and they did it for only $135 (bulb is $100) with no bumper removal. Aces was adamant that it’s impossible without removing bumper. 🙄 Aces lied to me again about my tires having uneven wear and needing an alignment. Discount Tire put some new ones on and said there wasn’t uneven wear and an alignment wouldn’t be needed. Aces also wanted to charge me $236.00 for a new fog light assembly- Ray’s was only $165.

My daughters car had two burnt exhaust valves, cracked manifold and several other repairs done. It now runs excellent. Jeremy always takes great care to provide exceptional service, and the service technicians are top notch. Would have cost much more at a dealership. Superb service and great work - very satisfied!

Now the only place that I will bring my vehicles for repairs. Great trustworthy and reliable. Had our truck towed in to them this past weekend, not knowing why all of a sudden it just wouldnt start. Turns out it was a fuse that talked to the trucks computer that was blown. I am totally convinced that if I would have taken it to the dealership, they would have charged me for a new computer for the truck. Auto Aces gave us an extra fuse and a diagram of where to change it if it happens again. They also give AAA members a 10% discount on their bill. Dig it!!!!

I took my car there to get brakes and roters changed and everything went fine but the very next day my car was leaking fluid everywhere. I hadnt had a problem before that. So it took it back and said what did you guys do you need to fix it and they said it was just a coincidence but we can fix it for $1500 I said no way youre touching my car again. I took it somewhere else and they said its a $300 repair and there was no way to tell if they cut the water crossover line or not. I vowed never to go there again because of that mistreatment. Im not sure if its because Im a female and they think I dont know anything about cars or what. But I ended up blowing a tire right outside of their shop since it was almost a year since I was there last so I decided to try it out again so I didnt have to tow my car. They hurried for me and everything because I had to go to work and I appreciate it but now my front tire is just about flat already. Not sure if its just another coincidence because I need front end repairs that they say will cost me about $1500. I bet if I take it somewhere else I can get it done for $500 or probably less. Do not ever take your car here. Maybe Ive just had bad luck with them because for this type of mistreatment they deserve to be shut down.

Was treated kindly by all. I ended up here few days ago from Walmart and their lack of customer care and bs lies that my brand new tire of two weeks ago at Walmart couldnt be fixed. Low and behold Auto Aces repaired my tire in less than ten or 20 mins, after waiting over 3 hours at Walmart, and didnt even charge me the 30 dollar fee I was quoted but only ten dollars to cover the techs time that I volunteered when they said NO charge. Today I got 20000 mile better tires and it was only twenty dollars more then the walmart tires I recently bought, boy was I fooled. Thanks Auto Aces!!! Sure wish I would of known you were there before my terrible walmart experiences, I would of got all 4 through you all. l also had them do an oil change and swap spare tire that was on car with tire they fixed the other day for me. You have gained a new customer and I will tell many to come to you rather then Walmart. Oh and by the way the restroom in the waiting area was cleaner then I have seen in most houses, totally not what youd expect at an auto repair shop. Once again awesome job Auto aces and proud and glad to be a new customer of yours!!!

We had just put new tie rod ends and lower ball joints on my daughters truck. I made an appointment to have the front end aligned and an oil change. I asked that they not tell my daughter anything else just do the work and leave it at that. If they found anything serious to call me. Well by the time they got done I had to send my son to go get the truck because they had me daughter so scared she wouldnt drive it. They even told her the battery was bad. It was brand new from batteries plus.

Bad service brang my car in there for dignostic and they didnt know whats was wrong with it broke my airbox all my spark plugs were loose coil packs were never put back in they broke 2coil pack and didnt wanna replace none of it none of them Probly went to school I been to better shops cheaper they charged me $380 for that never fixed it they need some more schooling

I go in to get new breaks. I leave with new breaks but then the abs light comes on. Then I call em about it and they say oh yeah we knew it came on. Yet I was not informed when I picked up my truck.I never had it come on before, cuz they worked. Now they dont work.I dont care for auto aces. I felt cheated and lied to.

This is the second car I have taken here for a alignment and they said they couldn’t get the car aligned had to change lower control arm then even after that they couldn’t and then charged me for a job they didn’t do he said he set the toe but it still pulls that’s just wrong to charge someone full price for a job they only got half done
