Auto Aces has been one of the best vehicle repair service shops I’ve been to! I’ve found it very difficult to find a better place. One of the big issues I’ve had with other shops is that they tend to be “mom and pop” shops where the quality of work isn’t monitored particularly well or the people working aren’t particularly professional (but it tends to be cheaper); or I end up at a chain shop where the staff and mechanics are expertly trained and professional but the price is outrageous.Auto Aces seems to show the best of both worlds! The staff are knowledgeable and professional and the pricing is by far some of the lowest I’ve encountered. They gave me a detailed rundown of what might be causing the issues, let me know of any other things they noticed, and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. What they told me, is what I paid for; no hidden fees, no extra parts or labor charges.The building itself has a very nice waiting area and is kept very clean.One thing I particularly liked was the mechanic noticed a tiny, tiny leak in one area, but explained that it was so small it wouldn’t be worth taking the time and effort to dismantle the area around it to get at it. He saved me a lot of money in labor charges instead of fixing an otherwise insignificant problem.They do offer a drop off/pick up service, but I did not take advantage of this since I was dropping my vehicle off so late in the evening (I didn’t want to bother them so close to closing time). I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking to get work done on a vehicle.

I dont know what I would do without Joe from Auto Aces of Howard. He is simply amazing! He always helps me out when I think my car is acting up and the prompt service he and the rest of his staff provide is great. They are honest and financially reasonable. I recommend Auto Aces to all my friends!

This morning I was calling around on estimates for replacing my alternator; leaving my name and number waiting for call backs... Until I called these guys. I was asked a few question and I got an estimate right away. Needless to say, I was impressed. What is more impressive was I was able to get my car in today! I would give more starts if I could! I’m so glad to have found an auto shop I trust. So organized and thorough- and when I was looking for a new vehicle, Joe and his staff were amazingly helpful! They saved me from purchasing a van with a failing transmission and also went above and beyond by calling me to let me know of a great deal they found. I would recommend to everyone!

They got me in last minute (truly) to inspect an SUV I was wanting to purchase. I am not from GB so finding someone last minute that I didnt know was a bit nerve wracking. They got me in and were very kind. The inside waiting area was clean and comfortable to wait in (couch, chairs. magazines, T.V). I am very pleased with the service I was provided and would come back.

Have been going here almost 2 years and will continue. The customer service is excellent. We have several high mile older cars and 2 teenagers that beat them up. There is no pressure to up sell work not really sensible on a high mileage car or mini van. Joe, the manager, is great at talking about work needed now, work suggested for future and what doesnt need to be done if we dont want to invest in a vehicle with not much life left. We are looking for safety and functionality no frills repairs, but also go to them for maintenance upkeep of our newer vehicle. Feel their pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work. They understand the value of a hard working middle class familys money and help stretch it a little further. Highly recommend.

Wow! I have found my auto shop.I used to use Tires Plus for my auto repair needs, but last time I scheduled an appointment, they didn’t fix my charger because “it would be a very time consuming and expensive repair” and they were too busy with all the walk in traffic to fix my issue that I had an appointment for...So, after dealing with the charger not working for like a year, I finally bit the bullet to get it fixed, knowing it would be expensive and time consuming.Joe at Auto Aces fixed it FOR FREE. it was a blown fuse. Not sure why Tires Plus couldn’t fix that. Thank goodness they were too busy for the full expensive repair or I’d be out $500+ for what was just a blown fuse.I knew I had a good place with the 4.9 review rate on google currently (not sure why it’s not a 5 honestly), and when I got there, the guy in the waiting room couldn’t say enough good things about them.AND, to top it all off, my ride back to the shop fell through, so I was just going to pay the bill over the phone and pick up my car the next day, but Joe sent someone to PICK ME UP!!This place is awesome!!

I had been to Auto Aces on Mason St in Green Bay and was impressed with the knowledgeable, fast, honest service. When Auto Aces opened in Howard, I was excited to give them my business. As luck would have it, I was due for an oil change and my brakes were making funny noises.When I walked in, I immediately felt welcome. I often feel like a bother to repair shops and, being a young lady, often feel out of place. When I saw two (!) ladies at the front desk to greet me, I felt at ease. I explained my situation and they were able to get me in later in the afternoon.While my car was being serviced, I waited in the living room waiting area. There were two overstuffed chairs and comfortable-looking sofa, all in front of an HD TV. There was also a fireplace and complimentary coffee, soda and fruit. They sure know how to make a person feel at home!When they had completed my service, the owner talked me through everything I needed to know. Even though he didnt necessarily have good news, he was clear and concise with his explanation. He didnt like having to give me bad news, but he did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost, including labor, and explained how I should do it all at once to avoid paying for labor twice. What a nice thing to do!!Overall, I had an excellent experience at Auto Aces. I will recommend this place to friends and family and will definitely be back to fix those pesky car troubles.

Joe Telijohn is the best mechanic Ive ever had experience with, very honest, reliable, and knows his stuff. This Auto Aces in general is great! I appreciate some going through my auto report card with me, explaining what needs urgent attention, what can wait, and getting my approval first before taking action. The shuttle option for locals is very nice, for those times you have to drop your car off and get to work.

Nice place with honest employees. My older car had a bad head gasket instead of talking me into fixing it they suggested getting rid of it. Even offered to look over any car I was looking at purchasing free of charge.
