I was looking for a place to have my mid mufflers replaced with resonators. I called around looking for a place that could do the install with stainless steel. It seems every shop had nothing but Aluminized Steel. I spoke with Chris at exhaust pros and he thought they might have stainless in the back so I set up an appointment with them. On the day of my appointment I let them know if they didnt have stainless steel I didnt want to have the install done. They came back and said the pipe they thought they had that was stainless was actually aluminized. I mention this because they didnt do the work. Exactly like I asked. They easily could have done it with the aluminized pipe and I wouldnt have known. That was a huge great sign to me. I have a lot of respect for that.I went home and found the SS exhaust pipe I wanted and had it shipped to me and rescheduled my appointment for the day after the pipe was expected to arrive. I arrived with the resonators and exhaust pipe, and we discussed the install and they let me snap some photos of it up on the life before and after.Now the price was a bit higher than I was expecting since I provided the parts. That being said, they did a phenomenal job with the welds and it was worth every penny. Some shops will do snot welds which just look incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. These welds are just fantastic. Im incredibly happy with the service and integrity of this place. Im an incredibly loyal person so I know where my exhaust work is getting done from not on. Well done guys!!

Ive had both my cars (1999 Audi A4 and 2005 Audi S4) serviced here on multiple occasions and had excellent service each time. On one occasion, I had my S4 exhaust downpipes off of my car and they were able to repair the flex sections on them without the car being there. The downpipes are very difficult to access on this car, and I already had them off for another service so I assumed I was saving myself big time on labor. They warned me its actually usually more difficult to do this service without the car because they need some way to fixture the pipes, but they still went ahead and did it and they fit up flawlessly. On another occasion, I had an aftermarket exhaust fixed on my A4. The exhaust was butchered by the previous owner; it needed a flex section, had a hanger cut off, and hung way lower than it should to the point that it dragged. They were able to weld on a new hanger, replace the flex section, and fixture the exhaust so it sits much higher and is no longer a concern.Each time Ive brought my car in theyve had it done same or next day. Their prices may be ever so slightly higher than other exhaust shops in town (or maybe not, I stopped checking and just go straight here now), but it is worth it for the exceptional service and peace of mind.

Everyone at Exhaust Pros always goes above and beyond. Very fair and reasonable pricing and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff keep us coming back. They always explain everything to you and let you know immediately if they run into any issues with your repair. Our last visit was for an alignment and a rotate/balance on our van before a trip. They called me during the repairs to let me know that the rotate and balance would be useless because the tires we had on were bad. They gave us several options on how to possibly fix the issues with the tires but didnt pressure us at all on which option to choose. I highly recommend them and will continue to.

Not sure why everyone is raving about this place. I found it no better than anywhere else I have brought my car. Just another ripoff artist, they ended up charging me $60 more than they said it was going to be. I will definitely not be bringing my car here again. Great place with amazing service and genuine people! Not only do they know their stuff, but theyre *good* at it. They do research on their products and dont give you any B.S. They dont try to upsell you, but they will tell you what you need. Theyre not the cheapest or there, but if you want exceptional quality for a fair price, this is the place!

Chris what a guy! Didn’t have a appointment because I’m a truck driver and I work weird hours. I had been trying to get this work done for a month. On June 12th I called in around 12:30 and asked if there was anyway they could get me in without an appointment. I explained I’ve been trying to schedule service but it’s difficult due to my job.Chris told me to hold on, and he came back to the phone and said we’re booked today BUT if you can be here by exactly 3pm I’ll squeeze you in.I arrived at 3pm and I was out the door in less than a hour!!! These guys do great work

Great. Brought our van in for brakes. Never told them why just that it needed new pads and rotors. They looked at them and called saying the brake pads are good. Then we told them about the shaking when we brake. A sure sign of bad rotors. I was so surprised that a shop would openly say nothing was wrong (you really cant see bad rotors, just feel or hear it). They do not take advantage of their customers. No we didnt leave it out on purpose just didnt think to say it because we knew they needed replacing.

I had brought my vehicles there for 10× years. It used to be a great place for any vehicle repairs, and the owners and Dan at the counter great . The past couple of years I noticed and heard from previous customers that the work they did was on a downward spiral. Unfortunately sticking it out as a customer I learned the hard way with the tech totally messed up and worked on something that had nothing to do with the issue. My truck was real loud and vibrated terribly. It never had done that before, drove really smooth, Then wanted to charge for their mistake! Dont let sweet talk prevent you from finding a better alternative.

Just called Exhaust Pros on Allouez in Bellevue to ask about an oil change using full synthetic. He quoted me a price of about $75 based on the amount of oil. He said they use Mobil One but theyre willing to use any oil I bring in. I can also bring in the filter and the charge would be around $20. He mentioned another customer who came in and told him a competitor was charging $120 for a full synthetic oil change. At the end of the call, he told me thanks for the call.Im posting this because I was impressed by the customer service. There have been too many times Ive called places to get a price or see it they carry an item, and the person answering the phone acts like Im bothering them or is rude. Its unreal. Zero customer service skills.I believe we take great customer service for granted. Its probably why were so upset when its terrible. Its still important. Especially now when everything is recorded and can be shared. Good and bad.Every business is a tweet post away from losing money or making money.

Good customer service and fair priced. Ive never been over charged or had them try to tell me I need thousands of dollars in extra repairs. I had two vehicles that I took there for exhaust work. My Nissan Titan got a nore aggressive Magnaflow exhaust which they did a good job on and my Nissan Armada I just had them do basic repair on. Will go out of my way to come from the West side of Green Bay.

I have been to Exhaust Pros two times. The last time I decided to wait for my brakes to be fixed. What I witnessed was many potential customers being told that they didnt have to get repairs done right away, but could wait or they were given options depending on what they could afford. Chris the owner sold me on his business by demonstrating uncommon integrity. I will not take my cars anywhere else from now on.
