I went to Tractor Supply a few minutes ago to get some bird netting. The young man at the cash register greeted me and I told him what needed. He told me they didn’t have any. He even went on his ear piece and asked someone else who also said they didn’t have any. I couldn’t believe it as I said that you folks have everything!! I spotted the garden dept and said I was just going to take a look for myself. Lo and behold, there was every kind and size of netting that one could want! The young man said that they say they don’t carry netting because people always return it because it doesn’t work. Go figure.

This is a great store, even if you do not have a farm or ranch. All kinds of tools and work equipment. And work clothing.

Looking for a Aluminum Trailer. Was told they have a good selection. 👍 Small selection. Very high in price. TSC in Green Valley AZ is one of the best TSC I have visited statewide. The mgr, Dave, is one of the best Ive ever experienced in his knowledge of everything in this store. The employees from long time employment to new hires are well informinformed on the products in store.. LOVE TSC. Favorite place to shop. Thanks Dave, Ben, Scott, Jim and all the rest.

Waited over 25 min for propane tank refill. Inexcusable. Clerk apologized and made every effort to make it right

Couldnt make it to town so I had a neighbor pick up chicken food for me. I used the website to order and pay for the product and used the curbside pick up. My neighbor had no problems at all thanks to Mgr DAVE in the Green Valley store. He is always there to help with your needs. Looking for picnic tables call on Friday tell them which one I was looking for said they had to and I said dont give me one thats assembled put my name on it when Saturday pick it up only one left sitting outside the store, rusted and broken even though the manager was going to tske price down I said what what what happened very very disappointed I wont return there for anything

Visited Green Valley Tractor Supply to purchase propane today. The young female at register was very helpful( sorry didnt get her name) let me know it would be a few minutes as they were busy I appreciated her communicating that point to me. Jim helped me and was great. Thank you Tractor Supply. Will shop here again

Awesome powsome, went in for a chain link dog kennel 10x10x6 got a shade cover, it is totally worth it and very easy to assemble, no disappointments at all; COLTON did an awesome job, he even helped me along with another employee put merchandise in my truck. G.U.R.A.

I enjoyed the shopping experience at this new store! We were able to get hay and feed for our horses & western jewelry all at the same place. They have just about anything we need & the staff are very friendly, despite it being the Grand opening. Plenty of parking available to boot. Cant wait for the holiday stuff to be added! Hopefully people will realize that its not just tractor supplies, but animal stuff, automotive, clothing, etc., & theyll check it out!

Mikes the guy is in propane was very helpful and friendly and he helped me load my drag Harrow he was very busy and doing like to three jobs at a time but had time to help me load up my hair oh and I really appreciate it I originally went over to Sierra Vista Arizona and the people there were very unhelpful in the they made me wait 30 minutes to just talk to somebody they need to learn how to run a store like in Green Valley Arizona these people are great especially Mike

I love going to Tractor Supply if inly to browse, which I always end up spending money anyway. The people who work there are very helpful and have such great personalities. Always a fun experience.

This is my dogs fav store and I love it too. I didnt come in here until I brought Buddy in for a vet clinic and shots because I thought it was just tractor/farm supplies. What a pleasant surprise. They have home/garden, dog/cat food and supplies, even clothing. Friendly, helpful employees, too.

Laura was a huge help to me at my visit today. She helped with product selection and loading two large dog kennels into my truck. She went above and beyond by helping me tie down the load in between stops to assist other customers.I was pleased to see that everything I was hoping to purchase was available. Since I drive almost 40 miles one way to this TSC, the closest one to me, it was great to get everything I needed.

We but all our dog food here and really like the staff and service. The large bags of our Wild Blue brand of dog food is a couple of dollars cheaper here than in local pet stores. They also carry high quality dog supplies.

It seems like every time I stop by I find a new bargain! Weather its a new tool, something for the house or a new treat for the dog. Very helpful and friendly staff. One off my favorite places to shop.

Awesome selection. We had to run down to this location from E. Tucson because it was the only place within 50miles that had the right horse feed we needed! And the price was cheaper than everyone else in town! Thanks!

Great place, awesome inventory selection. My only complaint is, I might have shown up on an off day. The whole staff seemed a little disoriented. I saw a lot of passing on duties to other employees. As a customer youd like to be taken care of by the first person you ask for help.

I clean things for sale in the store that Ive never seen before! The stores employees are knowledgeable and accommodating. Its just fun to shop here.

So happy they opened in Green Valley! Use mostly for cat & dog food, of which there is an impressive selection. Tried their brands- good quality, animals healthy & happy.

Usually I can find what Im needing. Theyre well stocked. From my experience, there doesnt seem to be many employees, but you can usually find someone to help if you need it and theyre always friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and beat heading up to Tucson for some of the same products.Also convenient to shop online and then pick up from the store.

I do like this store. It has a great selection of pet food, a lot more than a supermarket. Anything to do with a farm you can buy. The staff are friendly and professional.

Was my first time there and all the employees was very friendly and knowledge of their place.

We went to Tractor Supply looking for fall season vegetable plants and compost to amend our soil. The only plants they had were tomatoes and herbs. Tomatoes and most herbs are NOT cool season plants. The closest thing they had to soil amendments was potting soil. We came away with nothing but frustration.

This is such a fun store.Thinks you just dont find anywhere else.Very pleased they came to Green valley.

UPDATE!!!Thank you BIG BOSS Dave for turning a negative situation into a positive.Manager? Melissa does not know a thing about feeding equines. I was finally fed up with all the terrible bales of hay i would open up, so I finally asked for a refund for just 2 bales of the worst alfalfa yet. Nothing in it but stems. My burros would not even eat.I was refused a refund and was told there was a whole paperwork process. This was a cash sale with receipt. I said I would wait for another manager. I am in this store at least 4 times a week since they opened. But, Melissa seems to work everyday!!!!!I still want my refund Tractor, and friendly knowledgeable employees for your customers. Like you had when you first opened.

When they first open everybody was always nice and polite, and now nobody ever makes eye contact or even says hello we buy our hay and weve decided to go elsewhere because of the last time we waited 20 minutes before the guy could even come over and help us. He helped other people that checked out after us.

This store is so fun at Christmas time! Great place for bird seed and yard supplies.

Since TSC opened in Green Valley I have tried and tried to be a loyal customer. It seems you just dont want my business. I have yet to go to your store that you had everything I buy in a weekly bases. I cant believe you continually are out of feed. When I inquire they tell me they have no control over the ordering of the product that it comes from corporate. More than once I have looked in the back-room to see pallets of the feed I am there for but they tell me they are out. I am headed to another feed store to finish my purchase

Very diverse hardware that targets needs of ranchers mainly. However there is a good selection of fasteners, clothing, garden equipment, tools, plumbing, etc.

Needed a welder and parts at 8pm at night. Man at front counter was very helpful. Didnt know exactly what I needed for welder and accessories. The things he didnt know he looked up. Sometimes I think everybody thinks that everybody knows everything. Sometimes I think people forget whenever you were new and started at a new place. I wanted to say thanks for the patients I didnt know exactly what I needed either.

Amazed at the many choices in so many catagories. From clothing to farm equipment to pet store. All quality, no cheap stuff. Just like a country hardware store. Plus all the merchandise is top shelf at a reasonable price.

The store is over staffed on the weekdays and under staffed on the weekend. Its a nice new store but you if you want help with anything better go on a weekday.

Im pretty excited that we finally have a tractor supply south of Tucson. I work on projects in the garage, so Im always shopping for nuts and bolts, which unlike hardware stores, are sold by the pound. They also have a decent variety of tools from cheap dollar bin tools to name brands like DeWalt. Ive also started buying my dog food here since they carry my brand and they will price match. I always seem to buy something extra when I go to TSC, as I am a sucker for their merchandising scheme and reasonable prices. Its also very easy to access, right off of exit 65 to the east. Cant miss it.

This the store for the guy who loves hardware. You name it theyve got it. Tools, varios animal feeds. A visiting vet comes once a month to take care of shots for cats and dogs at giveaway prices.

Went there to ask about high wheel trimmers. And I asked an employee for help, she replied Ill get someone to help you? No one came to help. I waited for 45 minutes, I forgot to mention, they were not busy at all. Finally, I decided to leave, and thats when a older gentleman came up to me and asked: can I help you? I said no thank you, I was going to buy a high wheel trimmer, but Im going to home depot to buy one. So, I dont recommend going there unless you want to wait!!

Went there for the first time just to look around and buy birdseed. Did both. While there, we asked the young man if they had certain other items. He punted. You cd tell he didnt know but ultimately said no they probably didnt. It bugs me when clerks do that. If you dont know if you carry certain things, you ask someone else that works there. Customer service is what brings me back to shop.

Its one of the smaller tractor supplies and they dont have everything that the big ones do. I do have most of the farm and and concrete and feed and all that kind of stuff though.
