Quinn and Das were phenomenal! I went in today on the advice of Apple with my new iPhone. Apple said that AT&T would replace the phone due to some damage. I went in and while I didn’t get the phone replaced from AT&T, Quinn talked with the Apple rep on the phone, sent them pics, and walked me through my options if Apple didn’t resolve my issue. They also reviewed my phone plan ensuring I was getting the best deal possible and gave me several tips on the new iPhones. They didn’t make a dime on me today but they treated me with first class care. They are the reason I have stayed with AT&T all these years.
I walked in the store had troubles with my phone service. I have 7 lines with AT&T. They took an hour to even see me, they took people walking after me with no appointment. Very unprofessional, I would change the phone lines very soon. I’m sick of customer service.
Victor was very professional, insightful and helpful. He made the transition to At and T very smooth. Will definitely go back to him in future if we need to !

Donnie and Victor were very helpful when I couldn’t get my new email address added to my account after being on the phone for over an hour. After 3 different AT&T phone numbers I couldn’t get past the automated person to get the email fixed. I went in to the Southridge store and Donnie and Victor fixed it right away.
Had some problems with my new phone. I tried to get a live person thru AT&T services and was consistently given a number system. I gave up and went to the store at Southridge. I met with Donnie and Victor. Within 10 minutes they solved the problem. They really know their business. They were friendly and most respectful! I highly recommend them and their store at Southridge!!!

I want to say this was the best experience my boyfriend and I have ever had at a store! We were just looking but Luis was able to get us a free phone by coming over from us cellular and he saved us $90 a month over spectrum! I love this store!
We went into the store to get information on our policy. The young man was Very helpful. Polite. I will be happy to go back there and make a purchase .
Even tho it took a few hours and my account was having difficulties the staff was nice, polite and so patient and did everything they could to help things move along and make sure we were satisfied. Id like to give a shout out to Jake the employee that helped us out that day. Awesome guy.
I was more than pleased with the customer service and support I received while I was in the AT&T store at Southridge Mall. It was apparent that Mr. Melendez and the other representative, Luis, truly care about their customers and experience with AT&T. Mr. Melendez was very knowledgeable about the services they offer. He knew how to resolve any issue that came about in a quick and friendly manner. As customers entered the store, both him and Luis greeted them and assisted them as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this store and its employees.
I worked with Jake and got set up with home services. It was the easiest process Ive ever experienced. I cant say enough. Jake set up the installation, my autopay discount, and even called to see how the installation went. Above and beyond!
Good plans and phone deals, but they dont have an international plan that is as good as T-Mobile. Samsung Galaxy S9 for $10 a month is better than T-Mobile for sure.
Don’t talk to Eric with the blue hair. Rude from the beginning when I’m purchasing a $1,100 phone? He just gave me a bag then tried to walk away.Purchasing accessories, I told him I received 35% off on accessories from my employer, he told me I didn’t.When I showed him on my phone, he told me “that’s fine, just pull that same case off the wall”. I showed him it was the same case and screen protector - He then started asking for the SKU which wasn’t even listed on the site.After the run around, he told me that it was an error on the site, no apologies no manners, or close to acceptable customer service.

My issues were addressed in a timely fashion and I was able not only resolve my matter but also walk out with a better deal than what I had on my internet service.

I have had to come into the store multiple times to have my bill looked at/corrected. The amount I have been provided in the store never matches what my bill is and tax never makes up the change in price. I dont know if it is the employees who are not familiar with the plans or AT&T is just that much of a scam. Very disappointed and cannot wait to move my services elsewhere.
I love my phone and service but got the first bill and it was not at all what we discussed with the gentleman at the mall. Easily fixed with a phone call but still irritating.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. Worst experience of my life!!!! Racist employee who acted like he owned the store. Security was called on me because employee did not understand what I wanted with my accent after I said clearly I came to activate my new phone. Told me to leave only because I asked for someone else to help me since he didnt understand me. Theres a whole team of excellent att employees right across the street of Southtidge mall. Go there instead. This store isnt corporate store anyway so they kinda do whatever they want.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, ANYWHERE, EVER, IN MY 62 YEARS ON THIS PLANET. I waited over 20 minutes for service on the 76th and Edgerton store, and walked out, without being served, or even acknowledged. I went down the street to the 76th and Layton store, and still had to wait 15 minutes before being served. My issues WERE NOT RESOLVED, and now I may need to make another stop at a DIFFERENT location. Anyone that goes back to the 76th and Edgerton location would have to be CRAZY. I still cannot make or receive calls, and still cant access my online account. I SINCERELY BELIEVE NO ONE AT AT&T CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ! I honestly didnt pay attention to anyones names, because of my frustration, so I dont know who to blame, or credit, to some extent, for my nearly total lack of customer service.
