Do not bother with Metro pcs or this location. After having service where data would drop out i was on a trip in another state when i could not even make a phone call, I gave up and decided to change providers and metropcs customer service is the hardest to understand and they constantly give you the run around ( hung up transferred calls, same generic answers everytime ) It has taken an hour and a half and multiple calls to finally talk to someone that would help me. All of this to figure out the transfer was not going through because i was given the wrong account number .All of this would have been avoided if SAL at the southridge kiosk would have written down the correct account number on my paperwork. My question is, Whos account number did he give out?

They over charge you on basic phones I went there hopping they could sell me reasonable stuff and they Did not 20 min later I went to another metro and paid 120 less and also got better phones then what they was offering which was j7 and also 300 they were charging me sorry I’ll never do business with them ever

All of the Facebook reviews are written by the employees. They Sold me a phone that could hardly type. I went back in exchange for a different phone and it is freezing non stop. Will be returning tomorrow to cancel everything.
