It was such a pleasure to work with Jonah. He was attentive to detail and took time to meet with me and my fiance to explain the different offers they had on new tablets. He was quick and delivered excellent service. Im very happy with my new tablet and keyboard. I would like to do all of my future work with this customer service representative who went above and beyond deliver excellent customer service.

So my family decided to switch from AT&T to u.s. cellular. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. The process to actually switch over the phones was relatively seamless, except for the fact that the technician who was handling our account forgot to mention that saved voice-mails would be erased. My sister lost the only voice-mail left by her boyfriend who passed away 3 years ago, and there was little help or remorse from the technician. So onto using the phones.... US cellular network will not work at my workplace or at my home. So US cellular offered to send someone to look at reception in my workplace which is admittedly in the basement. Well, no dice. They offer to install a receiver which would cost about $7000 inorder to boost the signal from their tower which is less than a mile away. On top of that the phone which they gave my father was defective, it wouldnt even connect to their network. So we decided to start the process to switch carriers on the downlow and without warning they decide to remotely disconnect and lock our phones. Frankly US cellular is a terrible carrier and I will gladly be telling this to everyone I know.

Made sure to call them before I went in to make sure they have what I wanted in stock and that they would still be able to see me the guy told me to come and I get there and he says nope sorry we can take your phone number and you will get a text if we can see you.

I was told the store was at capacity and should wait for a text notification. while I waited outside four more people entered the store and remained inside.After twenty minutes waiting in the parking lot I left a very dissatisfied customer. Don waste your time at this locacation go to another.

Called to upgrade, they told me to all 611. Called and al they talk about is paying a bill. If I wanted to pay a bill I would of went to in the store to pay. Just wanted to know about upgrading my phone and they lady was very dismissive.

Find another provider! After being with US Cellular for many years and buying a number of phones for my family, I recently bought 2 new phones curbside during the Covid pandemic. I paid for the liquid screen protector that has always worked so well on our phones and had planned to apply it at home. The rep said she’d already applied but the buff cloths weren’t opened. My phone is scratched up in less than a month. The rep told me that can happen from my taking it in and out of my pocket and she applied it with one of the many clothes they had in store. A used cloth during Covid? Since when do the screens scratch with the liquid protector? I don’t believe it was even applied. I was told to take it to a screen repair shop. We stayed because of the great customer service they HAD. It’s not there now and, if we did get what we paid for (the liquid protector) it wasn’t applied properly.

Trash service. Was placed in a waiting line at noon and was told it would be 45 minutes of a wait. I wanted over two hours, watched countless people walk in and out. Even new cars pulling in were out before me. Terrible customer service.

I was a customer of Verizon for over 5 years and finally had got so tired of the bad service, I walked into US Cellular one day to see if they might be a better service and give my money to a better company. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee named Beatriz. She sat down and explained all the options I could pick from and inform me with very accurate information on each product and helped me picked out the best options for my budget. Beatriz was very informative, professional, and helpful. She answered literally all of our questions. She also helped my Grandmother who only speaks spanish(which Beatriz is fluent in😁)purchase a new phone😁 Thank Beatriz!

I was in the store for like 4 hours working with multiple employees as they tried to figure out what was wrong with my LG G3. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. Although we couldnt figure out what was wrong with my phone we then upgraded me to the LG G5 which was a quick and easy process. About a week later I got a letter from the employee that I spent the most time with thanking me for being so patient (even though they were the ones being patient with me) and apologizing for not saving my old phone (which I was so in love with). Best US Cellular experience ever, all the employees were joking with me while I was there and did everything in their power to help me out. Definitely would recommend!

Now this is amazing customer service. Christine at this location South 76 US Cellular is Top Notch. She was waiting at the door. We walk in she greets us. Smile on her face just happy to be who she is. She asked what she could do for us today and I said we would like to pay our phone bill. We had a $45 money order and the rest cash. She told me the balance owed and I gave her the money order for $45 and the remaining cash. We pay our phone bill and by the time we leave the store the phone is active. This is the way US Cellular should be represented and Christine you are awesome you are such a happy person and we appreciate you. We will use this location from now on even though it opens up an hour later than 92nd and Lincoln. It is worthwhile waiting the hour. The people on 92nd and Lincoln, well one person anyway, moron. Keep up the good work Christine You are a great person. You definitely kept our business.

The customer service or should I say lack of is unacceptable at best. Every time I go into this location the staff is never the same and no one ever seems to know whats going on.(Wonder why theres so much turnover) Christine the sales manager was very rude.The courtesy I receive when I call customer service is far better than when I go into the store, and the information is NEVER consistent. I have had issues with US cellular many times in the past but I think my patience has now been brought to its limit. After all the years I have been loyal not to mention the enormous amount of money I have spent its time to say goodbye to US cellular. I will take both my business and personal data and cell phone needs elsewhere.

I went to the us cellular on 76th st in Greenfield the person that helped me had to be having a bad day or maybe doesnt like his job, I had many ?s he acted like I should know these things, anyway I wasnt brought up with cell phones computers etc....., he made me feel stupid that I didnt know how to use a cellphone. Also I was asking about exseries, and he was answering while he was walking back to his desk! If I didnt need help, HELLO, I would not have to go today! We have been customers for about 10yrs, I left there without any answers, plus there were probably 4or5 people there! Time was around 4:00 Sunday!

Takes forever for service if they can even take care of why you are there to begin with. Just wasted another hour and a half to be told i have to call customer service myself and they cant take my device trade in. The text i received AND email from USC specifically states to take the device to the store to trade it in. Steer clear and head to tmobile. Much better customer service and rates.

Us cellularTook 3 hours and 45 minutes between waiting time and purchasing a new phone and ear piece (I knew which phone I wanted and it took me 3 minutes to find an ear piece). One time I had to go back 3 times because of a problem with my phone that they couldn’t figure out. It turned out to be a problem with the system. How did 3 different customer service reps not know that everyone was having this problem? Recently my phone died when U.S. Cellular forced a systems upgrade. I had to get a new phone. $700. I will switch back Verizon soon or try another provider.

Came in about an hour before close about two weeks ago and was looking to upgrade my device. I met with Desire, and have never felt more like she wanted me to leave. She quoted me about $200 more than what I was currently paying, keep in mind that was also removing three lines so I was paying more to remove my already PAID off lines. You could tell between the eye rolls and the condescending tone that she wanted me out of there ASAP. I have never felt like such a burden in my life. So I went to the U.S Cellular in Brookfield where I had amazing customer service, and was quoted 120 a month instead of 300! I ended up removing my lines, adding 1 more line, upgrading and purchased $700 worth of fun accessories! Avoid this place! If that is who they hire! Go to Brookfield!

US Cellular is the worst cell phone provider Ive ever had. In the last two months Ive paid $460 for one line. When I signed up they told me it would be 80.00 a month with taxes and fees. My phone I own. No one at US Cellular can explain why my bill is so high. I switched and never will be back to US Cellaur they are complete scam. My guess is its all due to hidden fees. My 1st bill was 180.00 2nd bill 280.00. They turned off my cellphone for being two days late on my payment. Than held my cell phone number hostage until I paid another 90.00 for a month that I havent even used yet. It was the only way to keep my number. They refused to activate my service so I could just transfer my phone number. They said I would get a refund in the mail for the time I paid for I didnt use.I just had paid a 280.00 bill and not even a week later they turn me off! I paid the 90.00 to transfer my phone number to TMOBILE and will never ever be back!!! Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.. I was on the unlimited plan they had. They should have told me they have unlimited hidden fees with that plan too.
