Closed early on a Tuesday evening at 5pm at southridge mall... People dont want to work I guess

It was supposed to reopen at 4 after cleaning we waited there for 20 minutes and at 4:10 the reopened after not even cleaning. They stood around and did nothing, the most they did was one of them folded 2 shirts. They could have reopened much earlier but made around 15 people (myself included) wait for no reason.

Never been to foot locker because sneakers arent my thing, hell shopping at malls arent my thing either. I was quickly reminded why I dont shop at malls. I went in today with my little cousin whom love sneakers. I kid you not about 1min of browsing this lady starts following us. It wasnt until I made eye contact with her when she said something. For some reason I feel like I have to get dressed up just to go shopping so I dont get mistaken for a conivct. After I explained to the lady we were just looking, this lady was still following us.

Okay I get it loads of people want a popular name branded hunk of leather rubber plastic or pleather to sport on their feet. But this is just lame priced stuff all made in China for way less per pair wake up.Why do you think that their made over there... then sold here.

I have never been more impressed by customer service at a retail store. Rob was excellent! He was running around helping multiple customers but saw my son and I with a shoe and asked what size we needed and within seconds he was back with the shoes. He took the time to ask my son how the shoe felt and gave suggestions on how relacing them will help with the tightness my son was feeling. This type of service is almost nonexistent in todays world. Even my son (12 years old), said as we walked out, Wow mom, that guy was really nice. Even though he was busy he still helped me with my shoes. Rob deserves a raise! I will go back just for his exemplary service!

This is a terrible footlocker store, service is really bad and specially an asian guy who eats a lot of chicken. When i was going to return a sweater he said it smelled like chicken and said I couldnt get my money back. I asked other people what they smelled, and none of them said it smelled like chicken. That asian guy really needs to get his nose checked.
