I liked when it was dark/low lighting in this store, that way you didnt see all the weird people who shop there. Lol but they still have tons of stuff, fully stocked and now they conveniently have a cashier right outside the doors in the malls walkway where i checked out. Which made it so I was not stuck being so close to other shoppers at the other cash registers which are located in the middle or the store, with products all around.

We were immediately greeted when walking in. We were asked by two different employees if we needed help. They had everything my daughter wanted and the checkout was easy.

Love/hate with this one. Love the products and clothing. Please, can someone please tell me why all of their stores are in the broom closet of the mall. It makes shopping here on any weekend day a cramped, unorganized nightmare. The merchandise tends to be on the pricier side. But lots of cool stuff. A whole Harry Potter area, and Sailor Moon stuff.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever. Had to return a skirt that was too small and they happily helped me through the process of ordering a bigger size online. I picked it up in store and it fit perfectly. My absolute favorite store

Been a costumer at Southridge for a while! Most of the workers are nice! but when I walked out of the store today I heard at the kiosk I think the woman manager I don’t know her name but when I have seen her in the past she dose have a very snobby attitude. But today she wasn’t being nice to one of the costumers and the thing about the costumer is that she looked like she was a kid or a pre-teen? And the worker was really mad at her over a doll or a figure I find that to be very immature and it shouldn’t be tolerated at any store. Like really grow up!! its a doll! I have kids of my own and I would never want them to be treated like that when they are shopping ANYWHERE. utterly ridiculous and very immature.

Been a customer for a long time, awesome service, awesome staff especially associate Alex, very helpful, I greatly appreciate her help and good service she gives to everyone who stops by!

There was a young girl in front of me she was checking out funko pops and it turns out that her dad must have used her email for 2 stitch funko pops September 1st the girl said she was at school and it was the first day for most kids and the girl was checking out another 1 of the stitch Funko’s for herself. The girl didn’t even know her dad used her email for those 2 stitch Funko’s and the orange haired worker was extremely rude and disrespectful to the girl she even pulled out the receipt from September 1st the day the girls dad checked out those 2 stitch funkos so that means the orange haired worker saved that receipt fromSeptember 1st. I find that really weird so that means that worker saved the receipt for 3 days!? That needs to be the worst costumer service I have ever seen and I even know it is limit 2 per costumer for funko pops and no it doesn’t say limit 2 per email. I also did hear the girl ask the cashier if she could get 1 alligator Loki for her sister but she did already buy 2 and I do get why she couldn’t get 3 but the girl sounded completely fine with that. That to me was horrible costumer service and that worker completely went off on her that is absolutely ridiculous.

It was great that they had a kiosk outside the store that carried funko pops. The store was a little busy and crowded so not having to go inside to find the pops I was looking for, was an awesome time saver.

My children n I are here A LOT! They recognize us. ALWAYS acknowledge my children. Thats important to me. Always helpful. When Im looking for my kids, I yell Marco. My kids respond with Polo. Now, the staff responds too. But, when I look up, the associates raise their hands. Letting me know they got eyes on my kids. Sure let me know what sales are n what Im missing to maximize my savings!

My daughter and I love this store. And always super friendly employees, too.

This is my daughters favorite place to shop so I knew I was stuck and had to take her on her 13th birthday. We were there for about two (2) hours. One of the new girls, she wasnt there the last time we were there about six (6) months ago. Shes a little on the heavier side with blondish/brownish hair. Anyway, she was very rude and, seemed to me, that she didnt like to have to help a kid; she acted as though it was beneath her. My daughter told her exactly what kind of clothing she was looking for; however, the employee thought is was part of her job to pick out my daughters wardrobe. My daughter is pretty easy to shop for now - shes in a jeans and black shirts phase - but this employee was trying to talk her into leggings, and any color other than black. So, since this lady would NOT listen to neither my daughter, nor myself, we wandered around ourselves. When we had questions I was sure to ask anyone except that employee. We ended up spending over $100 and, when they asked what employee helped us, we told them that no one did. The people that directed us when we did have questions, were the same ones that took care of us when we checked out. That employee missed out on a pretty good commission. We are not letting that one bad employee keep us away - were going back to do some Christmas shopping!!!

Normally I would give this more stars but the service that day was meh to none, wasnt busy at that time either. Normally theyre pretty good there but not so much this time. Was around 7 pm on a Saturday, normally they are busier, not one single person tried to tell me about the sales going on, had to ask someone, n was still confused, think she was too. Went to pay n had to interrupt the guy at the cash registers conversation with another co-worker about random stuff to check me out, which he didnt tell me about any sales either, had one pop bobble head n asked him r these buy 2 get one free n hes like the pops, yea, so I grabbed 2 more, only 8 bucks more on my total.

There are a lot of cool t-shirts and gadgets here. There are also tons of Pop Vinyl Figures, which makes it a good source for my collection. Definitely will revisit very soon!

Hot topic is a lot of fun. Theres a lot of different thing spanning over hundreds of different fandoms. Its a bit pricey, but mostly everything is of good quality. There is jewelry, makeup, clothing and collectables. From what Ive seen, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Very pushy staff working. After my daughter said no three times to a credit card, thr guy told her she wasnt smart since she could get half off her purchase, after the 6th time. She applied, didnt get the card, which she had an idea since she has three cards with high balances. When someone says no more than twice, stop pushing.
