Came in for some af1 lows all white couldn’t find what I was looking for but Vernon helped me out and got me some clean air max’s. He really went above and beyond to help me and was worthy of this review.

Many good sale prices. Great selection on current fashioned shoes. At this time the store is only allowing 10 customers at a time. Be prepared to wait momentarily in the mall.

We went through the mall looking for both Brewers & Bucks merchandise for my brothers birthday. We went into Champs thinking they might have something, but all they had was merchandise with the names of players who no longer play for the Brewers. I will say that they lady who helped us was REALLY nice & helpful.

Had a back pack and a shirt on hold for 30min while I went to Foot Locker to pick up shoes. Went back in to pay for the back pack and shirt....the Manager put my shirt back....think his name is Zach...asked the associate how long mgr had been there-said 3yrs!!!!Nobody accused THAT guy of great customer service!!!! Otherwise a decent store

Chance has a great array of tennis shoes and such along with athletic wear, but they are very expensive. I felt bad because I couldnt afford to buy my eight year old granddaughter a pair of shoes for $125. That is insane to me. I dont think all the shoes in my closet costed $125 all together LOL. Wont be going back.

They have the largest selection of shoes and apparel. The only downside is that everyone knows they have the best selection of shoes and apparel. LBVS. The place is always teaming with people.

Shopping for my teenageer...usually Always get my needs met 🙂 Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Except for Southridge location. I wasnt greeted, and brushed off spent over $200 & the customer service sucked!🤨😤

Bought Jordan 4s motorsports. Wore once cracked and creased bad. Was told by Haley to come in. She was great. Zach worst manager I ever dealt with. Just wanted to defect out and I would buy force shields. Which help with creasing. He said the bottom of the shoe is dirty Im a platinum member. So I was forced to go in hallway of south ridge or he would call security. By the way Haley said it was fine until Zach came to help. So I called 1800 #s for champs. Long story short. Im going back to finish line. Again Ive been a platinum member for champs for a long time. I called Nike they said bring em into champs. Waiting on 1800 to call back. Zach will receive poor review. Ive never wrote a review ever. But this is a must $200 shoes worn once that are all cracked up in front. Very dissapointed. Stay away from this store. Zach said the bottoms are dirty. Lol. Ya I wore them once. You put blue laces in them. But I put the whites back in to return because I was told that would be fine. I will buy shoes from Haley great customer service. Im ranting because my time and $ is valuable. Stay away from Zach. Tall guy with glasses. Not sure how to upload a pic of shoes but will try.

Won a raffle for a pair of shoes. Answered the phone and was hung up on. Called back and was told sorry you didnt answer and the shoes have been given away. I did answer you guys hung up on me!!!! I called 38 times from 11:23am-2:03 pm till I could get thru. Will never raffle or shop with champs again!!!!!

Got ignored by the worker there. Other workers claimed he doesnt talk to people he thinks are white. ( Im not white). I was spending a good 300 dollars on shoes. I put my pride aside and called knowing they had the shoes. The man who ignored me earlier answered the phone and kept me on hold for 15 min. Later my father called and he answered again. He claimed they didnt have the shoes. I was in there 4 hours earlier and they had 4 in stock. decided to take my business somewhere else. Tried other champs- they called southridge to prove a point. A different worker answered and they had the 4 in stock. I am disgusted by this worker and the way he treats people in general. He missed out on almost a 400 dollar sale.
