Quickly and honestly debugged and repaired an urgent hardware problem. They could have taken me for a part I didnt need but let me know my original part was misconfigured. Requested a cleanup of the interior of the computer and was shocked by their thoroughness! See the pics, its a 6.5 year old computer that had never been cleaned.

The young lady at the front, Hannah, that took care of me, was so helpful. She was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone that has a computer issue!

Unlocked my laptop but kept my power cord. Guy told me they didnt need power cord had there own .Pretty much called me a liar . Dropped cord off with laptop . Live and learn .

BEWARE!!!!!!I wish I could give them less stars. My receipt did not contain a print out of the information I signed on an electronic device that may have cost me over $70 without repairing my IPhone 5c. I brought my IPhone 5c in to have repaired to give to my granddaughter. My phone had died and I managed to borrow a friends phone and called them. I told them what the phone was doing and not doing. The man I spoke with told me it might cost more than the phone was worth to repair it and I acknowledged that it was very possible but wanted to have it looked at before I made a decision. I brought the phone in and was told (by the woman who actually does the repair work and owned her own phone repair business) that I only needed a touch screen and it could be replaced. I was told if I left it, the touch screen could be replaced and the phone would be ready the following Monday. Because of my hours, I had extremely limited access to friends phones so I could not call before I returned the following Monday and was told that the screen they had replaced it with was also defective and a new one had to be ordered and no other problems regarding the phone were mentioned. I said that I would go ahead and pay for the touch screen and pick up the phone when it was ready. I was again told to return the following Monday and that the screen would be replaced. I was asked to sign an electronic document for (what I thought was) acknowledgement that they were being given my phone for repairs. I was only GIVEN a register receipt stating REPAIRS ($71.34) and computer print out stating the same amount and NO OTHER EXPECTED CHARGES were disclosed or included on the receipt I was given. I came in the following Monday and was told that the board was dead and was more than the phone was worth to repair. I said well, give me my money back and dispose of the phone. I was THEN told I had to pay for diagnostic work, which I WAS NEVER VERBALLY INFORMED OF WHEN I WAS SIGNING THAT ELECTRONIC DEVICE. I had nothing to read ahead of time that would have prevented me from being charged ANYTHING and they knew it. They are deceptive and have found legal loop holes to charge for things they have NOT INFORMED THE CUSTOMER OF VERBALLY. Had I been given a print out of that particular document I would have known to have CALLED and I could have canceled the repairs and would not have been charged for ANYTHING. May they close their doors soon!

Beware of this place, They are scamming customers and Im almost 100% sure they lie and get extra diagnostics for money on phone/computer repairs, Worst computer store Ive been to, everything is at cheapest quality but marked up in price by 45-125 percent. You can find anything in that store online by typing the product on Amazon and get it way cheaper or go to Walmart. Also the girl who does phones is very rude and doesnt do a good job on the phones we had to bring a phone back so many times in 3 days span for her to keep fixing her mistakes and saying its ready. Computer repair turnover time is like 2 weeks minimum to 2 months the repairs are overpriced big time and parts are replaced with used stuff and charged at higher than brand new prices you could get it online for. I would NOT go here for anything Ill drive to another state for services and not mind as long as I dont go there anymore.

Have recommended them for both small computer repairs all the way up to Large Business computer and internet management. I always hear great things back on the level of care and time they take to try to understand the issue and find a solution. They also have some pretty great sales from time to time on home computers.

We have been using Computer Pros for several months now and I could not be more pleased. Consumers Beware They quoted me a price of 35 dollars for a data transfer then changed it to 270 dollars said too much data. 50 gig limit so I told them just to transfer music files well below the 50 gig limit. Then they say 95 dollars 3 times what they quoted. When I said no they charged me 22 dollars for looking at it. Quite a scam they got --- give you a quote so you leave your stuff then triple the quote and charge you to look at it if you dont except the screwing.

Had a TV repaired twice. 1st time it was $500, it went out again. 2nd repair they charged $300 and it took months to get it back. They told me the part was ordered in England. 2 months later the TV went out again. Bought a $600 pc and it didnt last no time before it broke. Wont be back again.

I highly disagree that computer pros is under rated...they are over rated. I needed a simple 5 minute repair and was told I needed to leave my computer because they had to do this or that and only had to do one simple thing. I, myself, am no computer dummy and was shocked that they asked me to leave it and then wanted to charge me an outrageous price for a simple click of the mouse. I do highly recommend PC BY ME....they treat you like family and are courteous and friendly. Larry and his wife got straight to my problem and he corrected it in five minutes AND charged me only half of computer pros price. They were NOT friendly and over-talked me like I had no idea what I was talking about .....I will NOT give my business to computer pros ever !!...They do not hold a candle to PC BY ME whom will get my business from now on. I intend to tell all.my friends and family to use PC BY ME. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and a true expert in their fields. I suggest everyone give PC BY ME a try you will save money AND time.

Fast . Brought a tv in for repair they had it fixed and back in my home within a week.

Could not fix my tablet but not for the lack of teting. Just a cheap tablet. But I was needing the information that was stored on it. Could have gotten that information if a battery could be found.

Just needed to have the printer turned on in the computer . Was told to bring it in after talking with tech. Brought it in and was told that the tech would have to come to my house to repair the computer....... So that is only 85.00 an hour..... Going to someone else and you should also!!!!!!!!
