Unless you are willing to sacrifice thousands of dollars because you are not willing to wait for your vehicle than do not shop here. They are using “supply” issues to tack on “addendums” to the MSRP of the vehicle. We were looking at Palisades and the first one we drove had an addendum of 14k added to the sticker price. I than walked the lot and found three other Palisades, none of which had the added addendum, until we ran the numbers and they informed me that it must have fallen off but surprise it was an additional 8k over the MSRP.There are dealerships all over the state that are more than happy to sell you a vehicle at the MSRP, I strongly recommend that you check with one of those instead of a company that is using a pandemic as an excuse to take advantage of consumers!!
I was so happy with the experience i had buying a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited fro Rosen Hyundai in Greenfield. First of all i found a fully loaded vehicle in perfect condition $3000 less than any of the other same model /year cars i was looking at plus the mileage was 30,000 less than other Sonatas in the area . The Staff was so helpful and great to work with . Sales professional Billy Kowalski was unassuming, not pushy and was a major factor in why i bought the car at Rosen and stopped my search elsewhere. I love this dealership. I was here twice and was able to walk around the parking lot looking at cars without anyone hassling me. I waited a year and brought my daughter. She had fallen in love with the Venue but hadnt seen it up close. So we found the denim one, which is so cute btw, and with the help of Julie, she now has an amazing car. Julie was slammed the day we came. They had so much going on and despite that, she managed to let her test drive both denim cars to see which one she liked best, and personally washed the car for her and put in the mats. She let her take it home 2 hours later.And she gets to bring it back for a full detail free of charge. It was painless, pleasant and even financing was a great experience. I have bought many cars and been to dozens of dealerships. This is the best car shopping and purchasing experience I have ever been a part of. Julie should get a raise. Bought 2 vehicles so far in 2021and both times I asked for the Car Fax Report, but financing dept. wouldnt let me see it. The 1st vehicle pulled to the right when braking after just a few days of purchase. 2nd vehicle has dented rims on a few tires, brakes are grinding, and smells like its leaking antifreeze.No wonder they dont let you see the Car Fax Report before buying. Not happy at all!! The white Hyundai Kona was purchased July 06, 2021 and the grey Hyundai Elantra was purchased March 02, 2021.The employees are very nice but not honest with their customers!!!
Our entire experience at Rosen Hyundai was very comfortable and friendly. Ryan was very thorough in his review of the new model car when we came to test drive it and did everything to accommodate us. He was alway professional and courteous and never pressured us. Both Ryan and Brett took time with us to work through a deal that we were very satisfied with with no hassles. Not sure what’s worse - Rosen Hyundai pushing hard to sell me $350 worth of diagnostic procedures for the cat I purchased brand new less than six months ago (these are services that a quick Google search, shows are only performed on old vehicles with a lot of miles and active Cheryl engine light or other problems/symptoms) - or having to listen to political propaganda in their waiting room, for the hour it takes them to change my oil. No thanks.

BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! From the time I pulled onto the lot in my old car to the time I drove off the lot in my new NEW car, Ryan was there to assist me with every aspect of the transaction. He was attentive in learning what I was looking for; he was knowledgeable in the best financing options that would give me a monthly note in my price range; he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I selected (Hyundai Kona); he was friendly as well as personable; and he was patient throughout the whole process (it was a busy Memorial Day and I was there a few hours). Everyone who worked on the paperwork was just as helpful and knowledgeable. They even fired up the grill and cooked burgers and hot dogs for everyone present. I had a great experience at Rosen. There a two things that would have made it a 5 star experience 1. Always give 2 key fobs for a purchased vehicle, whether new or used, and come with floor mats. Worst experience ever. I was being lied to multiple times about multiple things. I was there 5 different days multiple hours. They said I had a warranty on my car for theft. I asked about how that warranty works because of cars being stolen a lot. They said they would pay my deductible up to $2,000. My car was stolen one month later and now they aren’t paying the deductible. I will never get a car from here again.

While I wanted a newer car, I wasnt looking forward to the actual process. I went to a handful of dealerships and had pretty mediocre experiences. This changed when we went to Hyundai Greenfield. When the car I initially was looking into was sold, they promptly found me multiple other options that were very similar to what I was looking for. There was no coercion or harsh sales techniques. They were honest and respectful throughout the whole process. I wasnt set on buying a car today but Im extremely happy with the car and the deal I got! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area and theyll be my first stop next time Im looking for a car.

After owning Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Nissan, and Honda vehicles over my life, this was the first Hyundai we bought. All the Hyundai dealers in our area (Milwaukee, WI) are terrible in regards to customer service, especially bad was Greenfield Hyundai when we started searching for a new vehicle about a year ago (early 2018). We went to back to Greenfield Hyundai, just to do a test drive of the 2019 Kona, in mid February 2019 and met Will. He was absolutely what we have come to expect from the best sales people in an automotive dealership. Supportive, knowledgeable, personable, and very well mannered. In short, we were treated the way we expect to be treated. We bought the vehicle from Will, and are thrilled about its performance, style, and functionality for the purpose it was designed to meet. Excellent dealership, obviously under new management, and I hope ownership, because it is really on the right track now. Congratulations on a job well done.

I am not one to write reviews. And in the end we did not get a Hyundai for our current needs. But I had to write here that Ryan Vassar was incredible to work with. If you are in the market for a Hyundai work with Ryan, he found incredible value but also earned my trust. Wanted to share the very best experience my mother in law and myself had with our salesperson Jennifer.The experience was just awesome from all the emails back and forth setting up the lease for my mother in laws new Hyundai Tucson Limited to finally meeting Jenn. She handled very thing so professional. All we had to do was walk into the dealership and do the financial paperwork, she had everything taken care for us . I was not present while she explained all the features of the Tucson to my 83 year old mother in law, but rest assured she coved everything in detail . My mother in law was so impressed with the way Jenn explained everything . I would definitely recommend Jenn and Greenfield Hyundai to anyone . And the customer service doesn’t stop when you drive away, Noah followed up with me to check if I was enjoying my new ride, and if I had any questions.

Everyone was super rude! I spent 50k on a car and when I bought my car they told me I could bring it in when ever, to get it cleaned or come for a car wash if I needed to. I took it for my first oil change and they didnt even bother cleaning it and I had specifically asked if they could before leaving my car. I picked up my car and they responded with We dont do that every time you come.Another time I went they were also very rude when I had to purchase a tire from them. Over all, they are horrible for customer service. They really are just there to get payed! not a satisfied customer and for sure will not be buying another car in the future from them. They dont live up to what they promise.
**UPDATE : There is NO WAY they actually changed my oil when I recently went in on June 18th to have it changed. My filter is RUSTED! They charged me for a service they DID NOT DO. DO NOT GO TO HYUNDAI GREENFIELD. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF.Im honestly so disappointed in the quality of service Ive experienced in the two time Ive taken my car in to be serviced here. The first time wasnt too bad. I took my car in for an oil change and was excited to see that it came with a car wash and vacuum. When I got in my car after I noticed it had definitely not been vacuumed and somehow they had gotten my trunk wet during the washing process. I thought, Ill give them one last chance for the next time I needed an oil change. So this last time I took my car in for an oil change was a few weeks ago. Today I had to take my car in to be looked at because it was making such weird sounds that I knew something was wrong. The place called and said that my car is 3 QUARTS LOW ON OIL! I dont know how this is possible unless they didnt fill it correctly! This has never been an issue in my car. I was also very annoyed by the fact that I had called about two weeks prior to my appointment to order some touch up paint. The man on the phone said he would call me when it came in. I waited for that call and it never came. So when I went in for my oil change I asked the man to look into where that touch up paint might be and he said it never came in and asked me to just re-order. So when it came time to pay, he wanted me to pay the $20 for the touch up paint. I told him I would pay for it when it came in since it never did the first time... He looked at me and said Ill be right back and left for about 5 minutes. When he returned he was holding the touch up paint. The packaging said it was silver, just like the color of my Elantra, but when I got it home to try it out, the paint is WHITE and it looks like I took whiteout to the hood of my car. Im not sure if this was a manufacturers defect or if the paint was in the wrong packaging or if it was just so old it had faded but Im SO DISPLEASED by the quality of these services, the fact that it took 2 hours, and to top it all off, the man who I was working with asked me to give him five stars for a review...

WARNING: Do not get your car serviced here! I had to take my Hyundai in to a dealership for a recall inspection (fuel line on the sonata). First they tried to tell me that the car needed new brake pads; I had just put on new pad about 3 weeks prior. Then, while driving the car later I noticed the car making a lot of road noise. We called the dealership and they wanted us to pay $150 for them to look at it. I took a quick look at the car and turns out they didnt torque the lug nuts on the driver side rear tire! They (and I) are very lucky I caught before people were serious injured.
I Love my new Hyundai Santa Fe!New car shopping can be a daunting experience for most in ordinary time, but add COVID-19 to the mix. It also was extremely daunting for me as Ive had a company car the past 27 years and I was not looking forward to going through the process of buying a car.We walked into the Hyundai Greenfield dealership after going to other car dealers. We were warmly greeted and I was impressed with the attention we received not only by one salesmen but multiple ones, including the Sales Manager. They all made our time and experience relaxing and enjoyable as it wasnt the stereotypical Car Salesman experience. We felt confident in them and we were impressed with the Santa Fe. Purchasing the Santa Fe from Hyundai Greenfield was a great decision. Word of mouth is your best advertisement and Im on board for telling my great new car buying story from Hyundai Greenfield!
Stopped by this dealership to get out of my truck and into a Hyundai. Worked with Billy Kowalski who in turn worked with his manager. They claimed there was too much negative equity and just blew me off. So I went down the road and stopped back at Subaru City. Drove home in a new Outback. Congratulations to Subaru City for going the extra mile and not blowing off their customers. Billy even made an offhanded comment, Ive got good news. There are other dealerships down the road. Thanks for the advice Billy, I sure found one down the road and they will get all future business. Must have sold enough cars in August to think creatively to get a deal done.

I am VERY pleased with the service department and especially with Matt who went above and beyond to help me out as well as back sure my car was fixed. At least hopefully. I am VERY ANGRY that Hyundai did not recall Sonata Hybrids for faulty water pumps when the Tech Line had obviously had to deal with this many times. My car, with only 7000 miles on it and just after having been serviced at Hyundai Racine (which I also like very much), went into full hybrid system failure. I was stranded with my two young grandchildren in the car in freezing temperatures. Ultimately the car was towed through Hyundai, but in the morning the service department wasnt able to replicate the failure. Hyundai should have AT LEAST notified service departments of the water pump problem. I was without my car for 3 days. And then, 3 weeks later, THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Again in freezing weather with my grandchildren in the car. This time Matt brought me a loaner and the dealership arranged for immediate towing. I was without my car for almost a week before the dealership was able to obtain an answer about what was wrong and what to do about it. Totally infuriating situation, nice and helpful as Matt was.
Came in for a recall on my car. Gentlemen at the desk go upset that I came in without an appointment. Made an appointment for another day. He told me it would be super quick and wouldn’t take long. Came back for my appointment to the same guy and he told me I would have to wait in line with everyone else. Then I was told it would take 3 hours. Place is horrible.

I highly recommend Hyundai Greenfield. A happy customer experience is obviously their goal whether or not you purchase a vehicle. My experiences with Will Hagen and the new general manager, Josh, were wonderful. Josh greeted me and made sure I knew where the refreshments were. Will was running late for our appointment and Josh kept me continuously informed. I never felt forgotten. I had not met Will before. We spent a few hours getting to know each other and for Will to learn my needs and wants for a vehicle, giving me his focus the entire time regardless of other customers. Waiting walk-in customers were greeted by Josh or another staff member and acknowledged, not ignored. There was no pressure to buy out my current lease that is nearing the end of its term, to secure a new lease, or to buy a new or used other vehicle. I made my decision about my next vehicle, with no pressure from Will, and Will gave me straight-forward options and laid out the costs for me so there will be no surprises when the car Im wanting to lease arrives. Loved the experience.

Once again I took my car in for an oil change and to check things over. The service person helped my correct an error in the panel near the steering wheel.I was pleased with the service my car received plus an advisory for the next visit regarding the brakes. The only thing that did not happen was a free car wash as listed in the detailed report given to me. I think part of it was the snowy weather since the car would get dirty right away.
Daniel took the time to explain the tire repair process and provided additional help upon my return. Daniel explained the tire rotation and oil changes in the maintenance contract( cant rotate every time). This was never explained to me in the past. Thanks Daniel!!

I think getting your car serviced at a dealership has a bad rap for a reason and they can tend to overcharge. Hyundai Greenfield has been a great experience so far. The service professionals have been great and really professional. My wife gets her car serviced at a Ford dealership in the area and they are nearly as honest. My car only has 15,000 miles so when something actually goes wrong we will see how fair they are compared to a trusted mechanic. Had a great car buying experience here and Im having a great service experience!

I live in Indiana and wanted to purchase a reliable vehicle for my mother... we purchased a Certified pre owned hybrid vehicle with an extended warranty, and a maintenance package. BUYERS BEWARE!! Since then my mother has been fanagled into a $300 fee to clean fuel injectors with less than 15000 miles, and most recently some scam about updating software for the battery to the tune of $250.The light goes on, a concerned and confused senior citizen goes in and gets cajoled into these payments.Spoke to the sales manager Joseph JC Ciardo. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He could care less, and looked at us with a straight face while telling my mother she had to pay a $250 software update so that her battery would work despite all the extra fees we paid for maintenance to help ensure she would have a reliable vehicle.Essentially, It seems to me somebody at Hyundai decided to push a button that reduced the ability for batteries to recover, and to instigate maintenance fees. This has been demonstrated by Apple, and obviously being practiced by Hyundai.

There is no Zero Star otherwise. I would prefer that. I came to visit this showroom yesterday based on the price quote given by these great people thru email conversation and phone conversation. (I dont want to mention the name of the people lemme know thru comments I will share if anybody wants to. I have every proof). Its is like a 2 hours drive from my place to drive. During the visit they just played some drama and acted like I got the email from somewhere else. After I shown their email to them ( which I got from Hyundai Greenfield from some of their people), they were saying some thing is wrong with their staff. Damm.... what the hell is going on with you people.I have attached the screen shot what exactly they promised. But they just could not able to keep their promise. I called them several times to confirm the same and they said okie always including the manager.Advice to you : If you dont have ability to keep the promise(what you did before) and dont have control about your email / phone communications, please dont call people to spend time with you and trying to make them fools.Fortunately, I have all the proofs about your cheatings..
DONT EXPECT RESPECT... my mothers recent experiences have demonstrated that Hyundai does not mind ripping off old ladies. She bought extra warranties and maintenance only to be hussled into extra fees. Her check-engine light came on and they told her the battery was failing. It required a $250 software update. Not a new battery.... software. The warranty didnt cover it because of the fine writing, and it isnt a failure despite the obvious insinuation at the car will fail to operate without this update. ALSO she said the sales manager was a jerk.

I had a great sales experience! They took me very seriously even though we dealt over the phone from 100 miles away. Most dealerships were just blowing me off. They were extremely professional. Both Will Hagen the sales person and his manager Geoff Oyler were upfront and worked hard for my business. Will is extremely knowledgeable and took a long time to explain all the features when I picked up my Santa Fe - even though it was used! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. After 14 years, time to look for a gently used car. I found my perfect car at Greenfield Hyundai. So far I like everything about the car - good visibility, easy handling and economical. Throw in heated seats and CD player for audiobooks. My salesman was Will Hagen, who was super (as in Superman) helpful and explained everything in detail to me. Called me a week later to check on everything, highly recommend Will.
