Mark and Doc Pinball are professional, knowledgeable & reliable! We bought a retro bowling game from Doc Pinball several years ago and its worked perfectly since we bought it. Recently, it stopped working and I called Mark for a service call. Not only did he walk me through the repair, he had stowed extra fuses in the machine so they were available when they needed to be replaced! Hows that for service?! Amazing. Mark was patient and professional as I called him back more than several times about how to fix it. The bowling game is up and running!! Thank you Mark! Recently purchased a vintage pinball machine from Doc Pinball machine developed minor adjustment problem which was rectified quickly and efficiently. Sales and service people/techs are super to work with. I wont hesitate to refer friends,family, or anyone to them.

I sent a virtual Pinball computer to them for repair and paid for a returned fixed computer from them that was tested and repaired,but when I installed it in my machine I have the same ERROR,I called Doc Pinball back for help and he now says I need a new hard drive,how can this be when it was tested and working from them when I got it back,I now have a broken computer and no source for a hard drive as DOC PINBALL never really fixed it for me....DANGER STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REALLY DO THE WORK>>>
