Really happy with my recent purchased. Bought my last pair almost 4 yrs ago that I wore 6 days a week on a concrete slab floor. It’s real comfortable and makes you feel less tired by the end of the day. Now I’m back for a new pair. They’re all very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this place!

I recently had a great experience with your team that I wanted to share. I had started having issues with the work boots I purchased six months ago. My wife reached out to your team and was put thru to Lee a district manager. He immediately got in contact with me too listen to my situation. He assured me that Scott the store manager and his team would be more than willing to take care of my issue. I thought I would at least have to pay the difference in making an exchange on a very expensive pair of boots. When I got there Scott didnt hesitate to ask what shoe I preferred, brought it out and made sure it was fitted great and told me to have a nice day. I really appreciate what great customer service both Lee and Scott showed me.

Expected a broader in-store selection at this location for there larger/wider shoe sizes but I was still very pleased with there current selection and pricing. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

I came into your Greesboro store on 4-5-21 looking for some work boots. I was greeted by two great guys who wanted to help me right away. This was my first time shopping at this store and there is a wide selection of safety shoes. I found exactly what I was looking for. The two associates were kind and possessed excellent customer service skills. I was a satisfied customer walking out the door.

Continuously have issues with out of stock/low stock on items, or discontinued items. Many times boots have to be ordered to find out they dont fit, causing multiple trips to the store.

Drove over an hour to shop here and the staff - two teenagers - seemed less than enthused to help in my search for new work boots. I tried on a few. There were several styles that interested me, but they were not in stock. The sales staff either didnt know or didnt care about their product. the (only) other customer in the store was looking for a specific boot and I heard the salesman say we dont have that exact model but here is one that looks similar. I dont know the differences but ... here you are.. Really?? Im not likely to go there again.

Go anywhere else if it’s your money.I recommend Red Wing Shoes in Greensboro.My company forces me to shop here due to a substandard voucher once a year.Big selection, sizes randomly in stock if at all.They also will not conduct a simple exchange of an out-of-spec shoe even if you compare it to 3 identical pairs that are the correct size and provide proof with a measuring tape while still within the warranty period.I was told by a second employee that such shoes would be returned to the manufacturer, but apparently management needed that money out of my pocket instead.Go anywhere else.

Had to order my boots. Guy says they will be in about 5 days. Called them 2 weeks later to be told it will be another month before they come in.

I have been going to the same store for over 10 years to get my safety boots. Every year the quality and choice of boots declines. Computers were down had to write out a handwritten receipt waited 20 minutes to get a receipt.

The worst experience i ever had at a shoe store. They would not measure my feet. They said i just had to try on shoes until i felt a good fit. I ended up with a pair of shoes that rubbed blisters all on the bottom of my feet. I bought over 300$ worth of boots and regret ever walking in their doors. If u want good customer service this place is not the one. Very disgusted

Awesome selection of steel toed slip resistant shoes, especially for women. Wesley the sales associate was super friendly and very eager to help. He ensured i was happy and satisfied. Prices were very reasonable.

Would give this location 4.5 stars.Overall a great store. Better hours than the competition, but prices are steep for those needing a pair of quality work boots. Most employers help out with the cost and that helps customers; however, if you are paying out of pocket you may need to shop around for a fair deal.One nice feature was the Dansco brand. This is a favorite for the ladies, and I didn’t catch the pricing to compare. They have a shoe recycling box for those less fortunate which adds a nice touch. Finally, some lines carry the larger sizes. One gentleman needed a size 15, and it was no problem to find one.Overall great store, but beware if you need a bargain.

Nice people and many options for work shoes or boots if you ever need any. And they dont fall apart easy like most shoes do. I will go back to get to get my next pair

Yes they have steel toed shoes here however every time my husband gets them from here they dont last. Seems the quality of their shoes leaves something to be desired. Halfway decent shoes at expensive prices. We had better luck at Sears.

Was looking for safety shoes for work. The ones I wanted in my size were out of stock. I was lucky I went before I needed them. I ordered my shoes and they gave me a promise they would call me in a couple days when they came in. I ended up calling them to chase my shoes down. The office your call goes to when you call them got annoyed with my phone call. I got annoyed so much so that I told them if my shoes not in store by Saturday I might flip out. HAD TO HAVE FOR WORK ON MONDAY!!! On the Saturday before I needed them I went back to that store. Still did not get call saying they were in. I asked to try on the ahoes I was looking for. Once again OUT OF STOCK! When I told them my name they went to the back and got my shoes. Threw them on the counter, took my payment and said goodbye! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

This will have been my 3rd time shopping here. Theyre conveniently located, good parking, large room and clean surroundings. Ive been coming here to purchase the same boot 5 years in a row. Today though, they didnt have my size in and would have to order it which was fine with me but the younger gentleman could have cared less that I needed them asap. I asked if I get priority shipping (I intended on paying for it) but he told me it would cost to much. He then proceeded to tell me yeah theyre popular so thats probably why theyre out, hate it for you. Thankfully the other employee stepped in and said he could get them to me by Wednesday. Id recommend this place but hopefully theyre more concerned about your interest than that one employee was mine.

The employees are nothing more than shoe fetchers. They stood at their counter and if you wanted to try a shoe on, you had to walk up to them and ask for something. They would bring it out, set it down near you and walk away.

Very unhelpful staff. After waiting a couple minutes in a small empty store I had to ask them to help me. Poor selection in store as well.

Extremely poor customer service. Quoted me 2-3 busy days for UPS delivery but after a week of not receiving my order I called back and learned the order was just being shipped and would take an additional 5-7 business days! Never again.
