Great customer service. I wanted a pair of croc slides. My size wasnt available in one location.,the staff looked around to see if they could be located in another store..Bingo! I went and picked them w no issue....I ❤️ that type of service. #NYC visitor...Id come here again.

So excited about the options and prices! Got a pair of wide calf boots (so hard for me to find any that fit), originally $140, got them for $14.00 through their BOGO deal. Only reason I took off a star was due to customer service, or rather the lack of.

Well I was reminded why I don’t shop here but every 10 years...this store really needs to replace the carpet as it reeked of mildew...I guess they were nose blind to it, but I felt bad for the employees having to endure that. Then we found what we thought was a nice pair of shoes that turned out to be mismatched size-wise; which tbh-that happens from time to time so ok, but the guy was saying he couldn’t sell us a mismatched pair, but then suggested we buy the pair to get the BOGO (which is only 25% off btw, and ALWAYS available for their store as it’s kind of their thing), then take it to a different store 20 miles away to exchange this mismatched pair for one that isn’t! I thought I misheard him because it was so outlandish, and tried to make it make sense by saying oh you mean you can see if they have it order it and we can pick it up from here? He said no just you buy it here then take it 20 miles out. How can you all of a sudden sell me a pair you said you couldn’t sell me? Well it wasn’t worth the trouble, but please replace the carpet!

Horrible customer service during a time when things should have been magical. Unfortunately I’m not sure if the cashier was in a bad mood, just young or maybe he just didn’t want to work on Christmas Eve but no matter they will not get another dime of my money. He didn’t even give me a receipt, smh.

I had an average experience. This shop is like any shoe shop. However, they do not have Under Armour shoes. If you like Nike, you should come here as they have a bigger selection of Nike shoes here.

It is a smaller store of the bigger store at four seasons mall. They can send you to the bigger store Incase you need more options.
