Good selection of shoes, styles and brands. Customer service was a bit slower but the prices were good so Ill be back next time I need new shoes. If customer service improves will change to 5 stars.

Placed an order online a week ago. It sat in Kansas for 3 days. Still hasnt made it out of Kansas. Probably would NEVER order from them online. No update on when my package is expected to be delivered. Shouldve chose some place else to order shoes

I went onto shoe carnival’s website to order a pair of shoes that said were available in store. I received confirmation of my order. After waiting 24 hours for confirmation to pick up, which I still had not received, I went by the store to see if they were ready. First reply I got…we’re really short handed. Huh??? Next reply I got…they’re not available in your size. Ok?!? But the website said they were? Well, they’re not. Ok, would have been nice to know that. Should have went to DSW

Never ever any adult womens size five. You can order them online they say. I dont want to! I want to be able to walk into a store and try a pair on and purchase them in the store!

Came here to buy shoes for my son and one of the associates followed us around the store. Weve always had good experiences in the past, but this was very uncomfortable. I dont think well be coming back.

Cashier was rude. Didnt greet me. When I spoke to her, she couldnt be heard replying. Service industry personnel have forgotten that they provide a service. Or else theyre not taught. The prices were ok.

I did not realize it was closing time when I went in. I was rushed out so quickly I hated my experience. I was able to get two pairs of shoes that I adore. I just hate that I didnt get there earlier.

They dint help me, they told me its on the wall and dint help me look for it.

Ordered online only for the first order to not even process. Waited 3 works before i realized. Then ordered exact same products again. Couldnt use same coupon i had before so came up more and then i paid OVERNIGHT Shipping only for part of my order to come 5 days later. Whats the point of paying $22 for overnight and still have wait days. And Im still waiting on a pair of shoes SMH. Im so over it. And I have ordered before and no issues at all. Customer Service just sends an automatic message saying somebody Will be In touch and then nobody responds or calls.

Wish I could have gotten her name, but the woman that helped me Saturday with my return was awesome & she helped me update my account...I normally shop online, but may start to shop in-store because of the great customer service. I also asked someone else about shoes that are in stock and she responded with a great attitude. Whoever did the hiring there should be proud lol, and they have great sales as well.

It kills me a lot when actual shoe stores dont carry the big sizes for men. My brother wears a size 14-15 and finding anything that fits him is next to impossible. Id like it a lot more when shoe stores start to carry more big feet friendly sizes, they need shoes too!

I asked the representative to assist me.with purchase. THEY were clueless where I could get CONVERSERe sneakers. To ad insult to injury, the same two, were to busy flirting to help me.find my sneakers. I find this unbelievable. As far as Im concerned I will never patron Shoe Carnival and its store.138!!!!!!!!!! Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever received! I called looking for a specific type of work shoe and was quickly told that they didn’t have them without someone even checking. I decided to come in anyway to look around, and they had a WHOLE section of the shoes I was looking for. I asked for help a couple of times regarding sizes and styles of the shoe I was looking for only to be met with the attitude of an employee whom I was obviously bothering by making him do his job. I found the shoes I was looking for, and if it hadn’t been for the fact that I was in a time crunch to have them by tomorrow I for sure would have gone elsewhere. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst customer experience!! Came to this store on Saturday Nov 2, 2019 after 10 am. The young lady working this morning looked at me and did not greet me or offer to help me. As I was leaving I made eye contact with her and she still did not acknowledge me. I did not buy any shoes today. It doesn’t cost you anything to be courteous and plus it’s your job!! I will be contacting corporate office to express my concerns. A family that was a different race from mine was greeted with a smile as I was leaving. I will never go to this Shoe Carnival again.

I have 4 kids and this is my go to place for shoes! They have great deals on brand names, you get a chance to spin the wheel if you buy 3 or more pairs, which gives us some extra discounts. They have the buy one get half off and they have good coupons in the attractions book. Great selection too! No problem with any returns and you can shop online if they dont have your size.

Friendly sales people, they had a great sale going on. We had our well behaved toy dog with us, and couldnt leave him in the car cuz it was hot, and they had no problem with him being in the store, as long as we carried him. Totally understandable!!!

Shoe Carnival is ok. They have a limited selection of mens dress shoes. Prices are a little high. This is offset by their almost constant buy one get one 50% off, but how often do you need two pairs of shoes at the same time?

Visited this location for some school shopping and customer service was terrible. Not to mention not very big selection as advertised. Sales rep stated that they do not carry bigger sizes as in size 12 in men sperrys. But after reviewing the other sizes we noticed size 13. Just guessing was not interested or not motivated enough to check stock. I am sure to never return to this location and highly recommend anyone looking for great customer service and a huge selection to seek elsewhere. Thank you

Standard shoe store: varied selection and walls and ailes of shoes. There was a long line because only one staff member was manning the register.
