After going from shop to shop. I was very comfortable purchasing from kustom car toys. Came in for a system and they treated me like I was a customer. Other places where worried about how much I am spending. I got 2 kicker cvr 22 inch package for less then 1k and the sound is awesome. Go see Ray hell take care of you.

I needed a hands free radio option for my sons car. Corey and the technician who did the install took very good care of us. I could tell they were a little short handed (most likely due to the holidays, I’m not sure) but Corey was handling business for everyone like a champ and making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Made an appointment, work was done when they told me it would be and the technician took the time to go over some questions with my son. I would definitely recommend this business based on my experience:)

Hi. Did many audio installs with kustom car toys. No issues always treated good and always the systems are on point with no issues.

It takes them around 3 to 5 hours to do window tinting. So consider dropping off your car and picking it up the next day.

I had my alarm installed here very clean atmosphere the guys that work there is very friendly their prices are great very reliable and trustworthy people I recommend you try this place out tint,rims,wheels,ect.. KUSTOM CAR TOYS WILL GET YOU RIGHT.

This place is a rip off. They are money hungry and unprofessional. Whatever your standards are, drop them about 80% and expect that.

Tent takes 3 plus hours, how is that even possible after telling a customer it will take 1.5 to 2 hours. I have a car not a Hummer🤬🤬. I should’ve listen and went to the Window Tint Center. Horrible

I came in to the store almost two weeks ago. I bought wheels and tires for my suv and wheels for my golf R. I spent close to 4k and paid cash. I noticed several red flags from this shop. I observed multiple customers coming in with complaints asking for refunds. I should have went eles where but was promised my wheels would be right in. Ive had to contact this company multiple times and have been given the run around! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT HEADACHES! CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET REFUNDED 1400 FOR SERVICE THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED! Im hoping they refund my money tomorrow or I will be forced to sue them for monies owed and reimbursed for time lost! These guys have no idea how to perform any kind of customer service!

Paid upfront for tint rims and audio system. Rims and tint were done in a timely fashion. Audio system on the other hand to 3 weeks to get installed. Paid for 2 ten inch subs. Only got one installed. Had to come back 2 weeks later and pay extra to upgrade to 2 12 subs because they still didnt have double sub box. Paid the extra so i could just be done with then. I will never return dont want to even ride past their buisness again!

After looking at other shops around me i decided to get my vehicle wrapped at kustom car toys. not only they did a perfect job on it but i was told a day turn around and sure enough after dropping off my vehicle on friday i picked it up on sat. i get all of my audio installs done at kustom car toys. best place with good prices and great customer service.

I came here to change my audio system, the cheapest one they told me 190 bucks totally without labor fee, but later they told me the amplifier is bad and need to be changed. The the thing is they do not sell this part and told me I should pay them 100 bucks for labor fee if I do not buy the audio. Then I have no way but to change it, and they removed my previous amplifiers out, but just wires. And they said, with this way, I have to pay them 150 bucks more. Crazy! They told me nothing before!Also, after changing the audio, the FM does not work while driving, extremely not clear, I mean, too much noise. And they just told me every car is like this. But my previous car is not like this!!Again, they left my trunk unlocked. I mean, the trunk only can be closed and cannot be locked. I do not know what is wrong with it.Also, they lost the hard board in the trunk.EXTREMELY TERRIBLY experience, never, ever in the US!!!I totally do not recommend to come here.I do not know how to protect my human right here, so what I can do is to let more people know here!!!

Sales guy very friendly however no wheels for my car that day. It wasnt much in stock to fit my car.

I spoke with someone on Monday about installing my sound system and he said he would fit me in on the following Wednesday! I showed up Wednesday for my 1pm appointment on my lunch break and they said they couldn’t do it and to come back tomorrow! So I called that Thursday and confirmed my appointment for 4pm Thursday afternoon drove all the way from Winston-Salem to Greensboro only to be told something came up again and they couldn’t do it till Friday so at this point I was a little skeptical but I decided to come in anyways and we got my system installed. The staff was actually nice after talking for a while and the waiting area is really nice, they even have Netflix so you can watch whatever you want while waiting. Very family oriented vibe so I will gladly say you’re in good hands with Kustom Car Toyz!!!

Best place for car audio installations in the triad. came in looking around after visiting multiple shops in the area. one place quoted me over $900 for skar package system. another place quoted me over 1k for something i never heard of and another place quoted me $800 for memphis pr edition setup. kustom car toys hooked me up with 2 skar SDRS a class d amp 1500.2 ported box wires and installation for 600. not only they hoooked it up within 1 hour but they answered everything i asked and believe me i ask a lot of questions

My experience was terrible i spent 600 dollars only to have my car done bad the wires wasn’t hooked up right to new 6 by 9s i purchased he put the screw into one of my wires with fried my amp and this all happened less then 24 hours after i got it i didn’t get reimbursed any of my money didn’t even get offered store credit or anything just terrible business overall you don’t treat people the way i got treated i will never recommend these guys to anyone they suck point blank period

Thank God for ray! This place is AWESOME! Amazingly helpful, more than fair...I felt extremely well taken care of. I was having issues with my HID headlight, and ray found a way to make it work without it costing an arm and a leg. He took great care in the installation...and I am so very thankful and appreciative. He made me feel completely at ease, and made sure I understood every step of the process as far as what he was doing to address the issue. I would give this place a 5 but the customer service sucked. They did a great job changing my tires but when i walked in this morning the guy near the counter didnt even greet me. I had to greet them. It doesnt hurt to be friendly to your customers or even smile every now and then. It might even help you get more business. I would like to feel welcomed in a place of business.

I originally gave them a 5 star rating. That was last year. I bought 2 alpine door speakers for the front of my car and 2 rockford for the rear. Now one of my alpine (driver side door) sounds like its going out. Also one of the Rockfords in the rear passenger side door doesnt even work. They are playing on a pioneer deck with no amp. I opened the door panels to take a peek and was horrified at how sloppy the installation was. Im going to call and see if they offer a warranty on the products they sell. Ill edit as needed with updates to how this goes. Wow......just wow......

If I could give zero stars I would terrible service don’t waste your timeIn response to owner asking what happened:The customer service is terrible there is almost always a rude remark or attitude. I have gotten numerous jobs done and every time I was told one thing and another happened. I was told two hours for tint that took 3 and a half almost 4 causing me to miss work. My girlfriend purchased rims and after complaining about receiving a USED tire when she paid for new ones there was a hassle trying to get the issue taken care of took a week to get it done. When it finally got done there were scratches all over the brand new wheels she had only had them for a week. When we confronted the staff they explained that there were cameras that could show if they scratched the rims but no footage was ever shown to us. The only reason I recommenced this place was because the work was from my experience good enough to override the rude service. But now that the work matches the service, I will never recommend.

I have had several DVDs put in my 3 cars and the installation has always been perfect. The customer service is top notch and they have the best labor warranty in town. I didnt even buy the DVD players from there and they installed them, showed me how they worked, and gave me a warranty on the labor!! Checked around Greensboro and Danville, VA and there is no place less expensive or better. TOP NOTCH! I wont go anywhere else for my car care needs. GREAT PLACE!!!

I’ve gotten two radio installations done by Magic one on a 1997 Mercedes Benz and one on a 2004 Nissan Maxima and I honestly couldn’t have been more satisfied either time. Both visits were walk-ins and both visits i was out in less than an hour. The staff is really friendly and super helpful. Wish I could give more stars! ☺️

Great place I was well taken care of for my car radio system

A couple weeks ago I got extra cash for a job and I decided on getting a remote starter and some new rims. I had no idea what rims I wanted but I wanted some. The employees at Kustom Car Toys gave me a great price on a set of rims he picked out, well sort of he helped me pick them out! The installation process for the remote start only took about an hour and a half, and waiting was no issue. They have a pool table and any of the people in the store (which there will be people in the store its always busy!) would want to play! Awesome experience. Thanks for the new rims!

Last month I went into Kustom car toys to have rims that Ive seen online installed on my 05 Honda Civic. They did it clean and fast and the price was the same that I saw on their site. Very pleased with this install, 10/10 would visit again.

Secondly i chose to post on here instead of going back to your shop where your staff messed my system up. This place is a joke! We ordered rims from them and were told they were discontinued so we had to pick a different rim. So the rim we ended up picking cost $1,500 more than the originals. So, we paid the difference and were told it would take up to 8 weeks for them to come in. So, we waited the 8 weeks and nothing, no call, email or text. I contacted them and were told it would be another week, so we waited. A week passed and we called and were told that they now didn’t know how long it would be. So I asked for a refund. They refused to refund our money or offer a solution. We ended up waiting 4 months for our rims. They are unorganized and unprofessional. We will never return or do business with this company!! Believe me, save yourself the headache and do not go here. Just ask around, you will hear how sorry they are!

Recently I went to Kustom car toys in Greensboro and had tint remote start and a Kenwood doubledin CD DVD player installed. I am very pleased, 110% satisfied with the service provided. It was all very professional and Id recommend it to anyone who wants work done on their car.
