Very happy with my new jordans. Was kinda hard to find the place at night. Need brighter lights on their sign. Called and the lady was very nice to stay on the phone with me so I could get in before they closed.

The store itself is nice, but the customer service is pretty terrible. Tried returning some $70 shoes and they told me that they did not have cash. No apology, no advice on how to go about my return. If they had been even slightly apologetic or maybe offered store credit, I wouldnt be writing this review. How is a business able to function without any cash??????

Was just there returning a pair if shoes my son had for less than 25 days that had a defect in the material. I walked in ready to have to fight to get my $ back but instead the folks there were very helpful and he walked out witjh a brand new pair of shoes on his feet. They treated me very respectfully and for that reason I will continue to shop there. Thank you for making that process easy!

I went there to get shoes but they didnt have the size I needed in any of the shoes I liked. Plus, I was able to find a cheaper price on the same shoes at another popular shoe store, so I guess they did me a favor by not having my shoe size.

I witnessed the associate and manager throw a sock at a girl then yell at her for absolutely nothing. I will never shop at footlocker again after this.

It seemed as though every pair of shoes I liked, they either did not have it in stock or didnt have the right size.

Everytime I go in there the manager and associates always speak. To be a small store, they keep heat! Theyre items on sale are better than alot of other shoe stores and the prices they are on sale for are hard to match imo.

Decent store, selections are somewhat limited but I was satisfied with the help I received from the young lady who assist me in finding what I was searching for.

Such a bad service. Went here to return a pair of shoes I purchased online that didnt fit and got nothing but bad attitude from the beginning. Yeah I know, Im not purchasing and increasing your store sales but Im still a customer and your return policy clearly states I can just walk into a store with the order or shipping number to return any items purchased online, no questions asked. The guy made me go and print an invoice and when I got back they were just making a face. Im never purchasing from foot locker again.
