My daughter absolutely loves Hot topic! They have a great selection of products at affordable prices & they always have some type of sale! The staff is extremely wonderful! If they dont have what you want in the store they will order it online for you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this place for the anime, Harry Potter and cute little Disney bookbags. They have great deals and lots of merch to choose from.

Both my daughters love Hot Topic. I was glad they were very diligent about monitoring the amount of people allowed inside and their distance from one another. They even had someone at the entrance escorting allowed amount in and out

I mean, its hot topic. everyone there is always really cool and helpful. The knowledge that the staff has about their merchandise and the memes and references that they make to the shows and bands that their customers enjoy is nearly endless. I have always found people here very helpful and supportive in finding what I want. Theyre also really cool.

I enjoy this store but so disappointed today when i was in herr today and couldnt even enjoy shopping because of one of the workers asking me every 2 minutes do i need help... I am a grown woman if i need help i know how to ask. I was going to buy something but i didnt wanna be hounded to buy something.

Pretty fast service ordered online went and picked it up very next day it was ready in and out service 👍🏽

The first day we went to this hot topic, we were told they require everyone to wear a mask inside and the lady was providing the masks. Okay, no problem. We went back today and were told that only one person at a time, without a face mask, is allowed in the store, and they were not providing masks. First of all, the second you let one person in without and mask, you might as well throw the mask thing out the window, because if that person has covid, those masks arent going to stop it and someone will get it. Secondly, not other store in the mall is requiring face masks to be worn. So therefore it isnt a state ordered thing, so therefore I technically do not have to wear a face mask while in the store. You guys lost out on at least 100 dollars worth of merchandise being sold today, because my boyfriend and I couldnt go in together, so we said screw it. This face mask stuff is bogus. Dr. Fauci even says healthy people do not need to wear them. You can not and will not infringe on my rights and next time I come in to this mall, I will walk in hot topic without a mask on if I please and you can not legally do anything about it.

Had nightmare before Christmas. stuff and an array of really cool tee shirt. lots of body modification jewlery. and tons of gag gifts. store isnt meant for kids. I wouldnt take any kid under 14 in there. love it tho. between the shot glasses and blankets its got a little bit of everything.

Always great service here! Ive kinda fallen out of interest with a lot of hot topics main focuses, but the fact that they have workers who are legitimately interested in their job is so nice. I used to go in here and have conversations with the staff about shows and music all the time. It really sells the place well.

I havent enjoyed hot topic in a long time. Used to be music themed and now its just alternative culture

This place use to be great! Now, they barely have any good band shirts and they no longer have any Supernatural merchandise. I really hate that, but its just no longer a cool store.

I remember all the memories of Hot Topic growing up...although the mainstream Emo Scene is fading they are staying relevant with awesome additions while still sticking to their roots. Love them!

Great workers. Selection not as good. Hot topics are always small but this one felt even smaller because of the rediculious amount of clothing inside. Only had a jewelry section and a small collectable selection wrapped around the center counter. Maybe dont populate a third of the shelf with funko pops and the other 2/3rd with clothing.

Place was poorly stocked, most merchandise was thrown around. Employees were at best barely to tolerate our presence.

Not the emo store we all went to as angst ridden teens 🤣 definitely more preppy now. However they still have some of the best jewelry for piercings and some cool fandom merch

The shop is a normal stop at the mall, but the store itself is very crowded and a lot of display items make navigating the eisles difficult, if not impossible. With a stroller, dont risk it. The staff is friendly, but hard to find when needing something out of a display case. Overall, i venture here only when alone and having time to kill.

It was really busy this day however it seemed like staff where not trained well. Also their store was so disorganized they could not find things in stock. I ended up ordering online and they missed out on 60 buck.
