One of the greatest stores on earth and the best sneaker store on earth. I have been to stadium goods, flight club, round two etc and none of these compare to the vibe and atmosphere of request. The employees are super polite and helpful and even when they know I’m just looking around and not trying to purchase anything they still treat me the same. They even worked with my medical condition (asthma) and let me shop without a mask. Highly recommend stopping by... you will not be disappointed.

This store is very unprofessional! The store manager Kai is very unprofessional he over talks you instead of listen and interrupts instead of listen...I ordered Bone Yeezy on 8.24.21 and was advised the shoe would take 2 weeks and to date I still havent received. I have been giving the run arounds over and over again. One lie after another. I paid a cash deposit and wants to refund me by pay pal...This store is a complete joke

Over priced shoes,They really dont like black people but want us to spend money. They only care about selling OVER PRICED shoes! Pay attention, They dont even hire black people just suburban white kids. No one should spend a dime in that store. I bought shoes wayyyy cheaper on ebay than what they price shoes at. I called for the metallic green 4s and mysteriously the priced went for 400+ to 675 oline. If you dobt believe go to theyre I, Look how uncomfortable they look in photos. Have a great selection of shoes. Although they tend to lowball on what they buy from you. Had some Off White Jordan ones I just sold on GOAT. Came to them first and they were trying to lowball me for way less then the offer. It’s the game I get it.

Best sneaker store in charlotte!! fair prices and all the employees are always willing to help. they also have a great variety of shoes in all sizes.i did not get his name, but the guy with the bun and off white black af1’s helped me out.my only complaint is there is no organization of sizes in the stores, so you have to look everywhere in the store for your size.other than that, Request Boutique is a exceptional store for sneaker and streetwear!
This place is AMAZING! I’ve never seen a sneaker store with this kind of selection in my life. The whole time I was in the shop employees helped me along the way from when I walked in to when I walked out. These guys treated me like their own family the whole time I was in. Will not be returning. Bought some yeezy’s for my son for his birthday. Turns out the sneakers were to big for him. I tried to tell them about my problem, but they did not care at all. I followed the directions on the website for their return policy and no solution. All they care about is making a sale. They sell you a shoe way over resell price and then tell you no refunds. Now I’m stuck with a shoe I can’t even use. Honestly, I’d stay away.

Last week I called over the phone first to get a quote on a pair of sneakers, person said I’ll do $420 and agreed. Went to the store and then tells me a different price ! What also upset me was that he cashed me out while I was outside in the line and I asked if he can do it inside to be discreet, I won’t want everyone to see I’m getting handed that kind of money but got ignored . I’ve cash out many times here and also bought but the customer service has been awful lately. As a customer I don’t appreciate it.

Yesterday I brought my daughter into this store and it was all a bit overwhelming. No one offered to help and I had no idea what to even do. My daughter found a shoe she liked so we asked to try it on. A guy (who was NOT wearing a mask) came over and untied it and handed it to her. I asked about the other shoe and he said “you want to try both shoes on?” I was like uhhhhh yes. Well we never even saw him again. There were plenty of workers there none of whom were helpful at all. They were counting their cash behind the counter which I totally thought was weird. Totally unprofessional and the whole not wearing a mask thing right now was just stupid. I will never go back.

So, I was amazed walking through this shoe store for the first time. Wanted to show love by purchasing a pair of shoes. I was a little skeptical with how my information was taken on excel Microsoft. None the less, I made the purchase because it felt right. That skeptical feeling then turned into an issue. It’s been 3-4 weeks and I have not received my sneakers. No emails letting me know where the package is. I called once and the date of arrival was false. Pandemic or not you should always make sure the customer walks away happy. Hopefully, you will build a better system. Will not be purchasing again and I do not recommend buying anything from here. Worst experience.Update: no shoes still
My friend and I were waiting in line for our turn to enter, and a huge man came from behind us and entered directly without waiting or asking permission from us to enter, so I said to the security man, how can you allow him to enter before us while we are waiting for our turn, so he stammered and confused and did not know what to say, there are two reasons Either because he is huge and he is afraid of him, or because I am of different skin and nationality

Brought in a pair of Travis Scott Jordan 1s that I got from a family member that works with Nike at headquarters and they say their fake when I’m reality they had the fake ones. Also very mean about it not even really explaining how they were fake. Would not recommend buying from here!
Came in from out of state. They have hard to find Supreme, Bape, and lots of kicks. Found out they allow you to place orders online. Now that I know they are selling legit authentic apparel and sneakers, I’ll be ordering online from them. It was busy in there, but they had plenty of people working to get everyone helped quickly. The mall is huge. If you are coming from out of town, it’s near the Burlington store around the back. Easiest place to park, so you can get in and out quickly without walking the entire mall.
Overall experience is a 10/10 and Customer service was great and understanding . Ima come back for more shoes.

Coming from a business perspective specifically retail, I just wanted to point out the customer service I received tonight on 4/16/19. The associates did not acknowledge me nor greet me. I walked around for a couple minutes, still no acknowledgement. I had to approach the associate (it was pretty evident I came in to sell, I had a big bag with at least 8 pair of kicks). In my opinion I think the store has a lot of potential and Gabriel himself is very ambitious and I want to see the store prosper but with the customer service provided within this establishment, it’s possible you may lose those sales if you don’t greet customers. I had a pair of unreflective yeezy boost 350 traded them in got credit for them. Ended up ordering a pair of DS concord 11’s on 12-22-2019 I was told I would receive before new year’s eve i called on 12-31-2019 got put on hold twice, hung up both times, ended up driving to the store I was told they were in the back room for a couple days.. didn’t receive a call at all. I was happy about the sneakers upset at the customer service

The staff at Request is super friendly and always willing to help put you in your favorite pair of shoes that you may have missed out on or took an L on when they originally released. They carry Jordan, Yeezy, Off White, Gucci, Balenciaga, Loubuiton, etc. They dont only have shoes, they also sell designer shirts, jackets, jeans, and accessories. They have a section of new items and a section of gently worn items. Gabe, the owner, is a great guy and keeps a clean store with a great atmosphere. By leaps and bounds the best spot for these goods in the city.
