Gentlemen working in printing, scanning area was very helpful to me . I needed to take a form off my phone which I had no idea how to do and he downloaded it to his phone because my phone had very little charge and printed it for me . He was wonderful!
Be careful what you buy. Went shopping for big person office chair but wanted to see it first. Found one in store I liked, but when I looked it up on website the price was way different. Associate says that tends to happen alot but they always match it. When I asked, so if someone doesnt pay attention they pay more? He nodded and said basically. Photos attached.Then, the guy tells me, oh also for our chairs we have for $14.99, 3 yrs covers basically everything. I get to register and its $19.99 because its in a higher price range.Company needs to train their people on proper verbiage of STARTING at $14.99.Update 3/14/21No response from store, district, or company management. So apparently they dont care
John in the printing department was absolutely wonderful. I called around 5:30PM on 7-8-21 and he took multiple phone calls from me, helped when I had random questions, and was nothing but friendly. I hope he gets a raise for his hard work!
Waited in line for help with other customers, only 1 person working in the printing and computer area. I finally had to leave, probably return another day. Staff is always friendly when I am there, Im guessing that they were probably short-staffed.
Worst customer service. Had to wait months to get the credit back for return.
I attempted to return a Staples brand product without the receipt and nicely requested a store credit so I could buy something else. Since I did not have the card it was purchased with the employee would not take it back. On top of that she was not even nice about it. I wont be shopping here ever again.

The young lady running the printing center will not speak. Regardless of the reason for her inability to speak, she should not be placed in a role that requires frequent, effective and efficient communication with customers. The print shop does not allow you to use USB devices that are password protected, negating the whole reason we drove an hour round trip to have printing completed. Once we found a way to have someone off site download the document and forward it to the Staples email, making any confidential information no longer confidential, she was unable to make an 11x8.5 any larger in scale than just an 18x24. A high resolution plat should EASILY be blown up to blueprint size. While waiting to speak to a manager, we gave up. When we walked out we realized theres a whole other counter open to check people out with a line of people waiting for the one easily visible check out. 2 employees were just standing there leaning on the counter rather than directing the next customer to walk around and be served.In the short time we had to be in the building I left absolutely astounded that it was somehow still in business with such a poor customer experience.
Jackie went out of his way to find a product for me that was not available online. The Wendover store only had one, so he called the Highpoint store and got them to hold 2 of the items that I needed for next-day pickup. His customer service was great, and I appreciated the time he took to get me what I needed.
I avoid this store if possible. The young lady checking me out said as little words as possible probably due to the fact she was on the phone right up to I said “excuse me”. Then when finished she picked her personal phone right back up. Had a copy center question and that person was super nice thus I gave an extra star.
Great office supply store right off of Wendover. I love their furniture, appliances, computers, printers, networking, and computer accessories. Very friendly staff, customer service, and some repair service as well. They do have snacks, supplies for office break rooms, and school supplies as well.
Outstanding customer service! Had an issue with my business cards, management made sure the right person took care of it. Keep up the good work.
I will be avoiding this store in the future. The associate was unfriendly and unsafe, wearing her mask as a chin strap. Her mouth and nose were uncovered, making me very uneasy. I’ll go somewhere else next time for supplies!

A staples employee was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right printer for MY needs. Asked the right questions and considered my concerns about costs over the long haul. Suggested a printer that was on promotion, with fantastic deal on ink. We all know that is where we get screwed, but I think the industry is figuring out if we cant afford the ink we well stop buying the damn printers! Thanks Staples guy who just moved here from Raleigh! Sorry, I forgot your name!
Jayla helped me laminate material for my company and was so helpful and friendly. She really went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done right and to my liking. Best customer service I have received here. Definitely coming back for all my business’s needs.
The store was very clean and well organized. I didnt have any trouble finding what I was looking for. My only real complaint was the long wait to pick up the documents I had scheduled to be printed.
Terrible service...follow up for business related quotes is almost non-existent. I had to call multiple times & send follow up emails & all they were prepared to do after a month of no response was offer a small discount. In order to keep our business we were requesting a 20% discount & they wanted us to place another order before they would honor that. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere & will not be back.

It’s unfortunate that the cashier at the customer service desk on 05/23/19 at 5:45p cared more about what was going on in her phone than being attentive to her customers in line. I even asked her a question and she was so caught up she didn’t even notice. Not the first time this has happened at this location ether which prompted me to do a review. Get it together y’all.
I love taking my computer to Staples for repairs. George(Tech-Manager) is always friendly & kind. He keeps a smile on his face. They make me feel special.
This location is atrocious. I went in today to attempt to print a flyer I had made. The young lady behind the counter asked if it was on regular paper. I’m not a paper genie, so I have no clue the difference of regular paper vs. any other kind of paper for a flyer.I let her know that I didn’t know. She told me to “just use the printer”.Well I had several questions and she appeared irritated and let me know that she’s “backed up right now and I could leave her the picture and then I can come back in 24 hours”Nope. No help, no kindness no courtesy or respect. Trashy and incompetent.Stay away from this location if you’re needing customer assistance.

I find that the items on sale at staples are priced much higher than they should be.The positive, however, is that they have a large selection of office equipment and accessories that you can browse through.If you are a large company, I guess staples may be a good vendor to work with.When you are in the store and you need answers or help, you may have to find an associate to answer your questions and it seems that help is hard to find.The positive, however, is that when you do have someone helping you, the associates are helpful and knowledgeable.

I always go to staples first before Best Buy. They will price match where Best Buy doesn’t as well as you get a more personal experience.

Worst service ever! They did not get my brochures done in time, due to broken equipment, but they didnt call me to let me know. Then I took them to another Staples in an adjoining city to have them finished. The second stores equipment broke therefore this still did not result in my getting them done in time. Then manager wanted me to go get them in order to give me my money back, as they were not in HIS store. After much arguing I got my money back, but no brochures for my event,. No apology!! Save the hassle and go somewhere who cares about your business. Wendover branch in Greensboro NC is TERRIBLE, no one cares. Even the other branches will tell you they get complaints about them all the time!!!
