I ordered a refrigerator, microwave and stove on Sept 3 the customer service I received inside the store was great. Once the transaction was completed they took my money pass me off to a third-party delivery and the help stopped. I received partial of my delivery on Oct. 26 I was guaranteed it would be delivered together wasnt 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called the customer service line several times spoke to many people got many different versions and stories of where the fridge is. One person told me it was sitting in the warehouse, one person told me it was out of stock after the person had told me it was sitting in the warehouse in Charlotte. Another person told me I could not pick it up myself because it would mess up their inventory. Even though its mine & paid for.I was given four different delivery dates with guarantees every single time, that it would be delivered on those separate dates & nothing. The geek team will only tell you whats on their screen with no additional help their third parties are a joke Im still waiting on my refrigerator. I was Also told They dont have a corporate number I can call for help 🤔

Place is located a little inside but its good. Employees do help and follow all the COVID-19 guidelines. Went there to pick up my online order. Not too busy when I went there. They kept the place cleaned and good items are there for sale. Planning to visit this place soon for future purchase. This place is open 7 days a week with reasonable hours.

Hard to find good customer service in this crazy world. Best Buy really stepped it up today. I felt like they went the extra mile when they did not have to. Will never spend another dollar of my money at Best Buy. Because I didnt purchase their protection plan. A Bluetooth device I bought in store. They wont replace and its only 8 months old. I have to contact the manufacturer. Everyone should also know. If you purchase their protection plan. It runs with the manufacturers warranty. Not at the end of manufacturers warranty. 🤬🤬

Wasnt too busy for a Sunday after church situation. Cashiers and floor personally were helpful and pleasant. Couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, but the stores inventory was lean. One can tell the effects of covet 19. Hopefully this will begin to change in the coming months. I really like Best Buy and have purchased at the chain of stores Nation wide, will go on line to see the products available there.

I came here on 1/18/21 with my co Worker. we arrived around 5:50pm. We are looking to start a YouTube channel. I need a new laptop as mine is about 6-7 years old and slow and she doesn’t have one at all. We went straight to the laptop section. We walked around for 30 mins and NO ONE came to assist us and no one seemed available. Our friend who was with us found someone from geek squad to help. His name was Ty. He stated that he didn’t know too much due to his job being to fix computers, but he tried to help and actually gave us good advice and pointed us in the right direction. He helped us understand memory vs hard drive space and what the minimum we should get for video editing. Ty was able to get us some assistance with someone else, named Alex. My co Worker and I was in between two laptops and he told us the two we were in between was the best two in the store and they were on sale, that had just started. Unfortunately, they sold the last one but it is available to be ordered and shipped. We will most likely buy it online. However, he was helpful. It’s just sad that we walked and looked around for 30 mins with no assistance. Mask are required and staff were wearing them. They offer hand sanitizer too. While browsing, we saw vacuum cleaners with dirt in them, which is pretty nasty tbh.

Purchased a Norton 360 Gaming Software. After purchasing it, I was told that the product code would be sent to my email. Its been over 24 hours and I have not received anytup to 48 hours to get a product code. When I called, they said that they didnt have a record of my purchase and that the product was not refundable, even though it was not received. This is horrible experience. I will will not purchase anything else from Best Buy in electronics.

Tatiana was a blessing. We were driving home from North Carolina and our GPS broke, we did a quick-online- for-pickup order at Best Buy, found it, and it was just closing. My hubbys foot is broken so he signaled to Tatiana and she was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. Our last minute request was an inconvenience, but Tatiana didnt hesitate to help us with a positive attitude. We needed the GPS and Best Buy came through for us! Thank you Tatiana!

June 19th 2021, Best Buy at 1701 S 40 Dr inGreensboro, NC currently doesn’t have a lot of inventory. Disappointed, I came to buy a digital camera. The Fuji one I was looking for was out of stock, Similar ones were also out of stock. They had some open box cameras for sale that were quite frankly RIDICULOUSLY priced. If I’d selected the open box, I would’ve had to buy the laptop adapter AND a battery. Also a memory card.On the positive side, Aaron was a honest gentleman about everything and seemed to care about my shopping experience. He offered some good advice and told me where I might look. He along with Cay and the others were very friendly/professional. They seem like a pretty good team!

I normally have great experiences at Best Buy. I come in knowing just what I want, buy and exit within 5-8mins. (Typical purchase is a tv)I spent about 10 or 15 just waiting for an employee to stop staring me down and simply ask if they could help me. This same employee passed by numerous times and chatted up with several other employees. Two of which had a great time taking photos of themselves today by the front restrooms.Long story short, what I needed was out of stock and could not be ordered. I’ll stick to online or just getting tvs only in store (just not at this location)

Terrible customer service from a geek squad employee. I understand people have bad days but you are in a customer service position. I just left this location and was as polite as I knew how, replying with yes maam and no maam. Never raised my voice or said anything negative. I dont know her name as no name tags are worn by any of the geek squad employees and she wouldnt answer any questions outside of what was about my computer. She constantly rolled her eyes when I didnt understand what information she was asking me for, and was very noticeably irritated for some reason when dealing with other customers. At the conclusion of my appointment I wished her to feel better but she again rolled her eyes, didnt respond verbally to me but asked for the next customer. NEVER going back to this location. Ill drive out of my way for better customer service thanks!

Shout out to the dude who helped us find a cord after we asked a lady and she responded with whatever is there is what is available. The dude was really nice and helpful. Didnt catch his name, but he was awesome. Thanks for helping us find the ps4 cord my dude ✌Moral of the story: if you dont get help the first time, ask a different (possibly happier) employee and not the one stocking a dvd rack.

Let me preface this by saying that I understand how hard customer service can be. And I absolutely wouldn’t write this if I wasn’t out of options. Okay so, I DREAD coming here ever. I only ever do when I need a piece of gear last minute for a photoshoot. So I’m currently writing this review while I wait for service. I’ve asked two employees for help in the camera section and they both said they’d get someone, then they walk off to help others in their respective sections and leave me waiting. It’s been 30 minutes now, and my reason for writing this is because it’s happened every visit since I started coming here. Y’all don’t want my money? They only get two stars because TWO employees are awesome. One in the computers and one in customer service. But if they aren’t here it appears I’m screwed. Long story short, I can see why online is taking over. (And oh one more thing, don’t even bother trying to call to check if somethings in stock, the phone will endlessly ring)

Thank you to Aaron Miller, who helped me the evening of 8/28/21. He helped me outfit my entire ‘work from home’ setup, from monitors to keyboard to audio and video and ways to amplify my internet in the house. He spent a couple hours with just me answering my questions and giving me a great education on what types of products work best for certain situations, and the pros and cons of each type of brand for those products. I have gone full internet purchasing during this plague year, but this experience reminded me why Best Buy is the place to go in person for electronics. That expertise and one on one attention is priceless. It also saved me time, as I got all the purchases done in one trip. I was spending hours online just doing the research on monitors. Thanks Aaron. You were fun to talk to as well!

Absolutely do not purchase tech support. It use to be fantastic but now it is terrible. You cannot get anything done and there is no communication with Best Buy whatsoever. My printer broke. Was told gek squad would repair it. Schedule an appointment . They came out said “lady we do not work with printers they are expendable and we can’t even get parts”. Then gek support sits in driveway calling someone out. Unfortunately I had just loaded it with new ink. So I go buy a new computer. The computer is an HP had no instruction on how to hook it up. None. Called for assistance. Called on Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each day putting in long phone calls waiting and waiting for assistance. Each day putting in new work orders. No one did them. But what’s worse is that each day they made sure to get my number so they could call me if needed. No call ever. Then finally a man says make an appointment take the computer to local Best Buy. Did. Got there they say “ Sorry lady we do not work on printers here. “ And today my birthday! I cancelled my total tech after years of being pleased. There are other tech services out there Best Buy! You need to relook your hiring overseas. They were terrible.

Robert in the TV sales department spent a lot of time with us explaining all the pros and cons of each TV and he asked us about how we watch TV. We are impressed with his knowledge and he really listened to what we needed. I went to Geek Squad in the Best Buy in Greensboro off Wendover Avenue after receiving little effort in the Winston Salem location. Latrelle was amazing in helping with a diagnosis of an issue with a laptop. He continued to troubleshoot while also being patient with all of my questions. Great customer service is rare these days but Latrelle with the Geek Squad in Greensboro helped shed a light of hope that there are still caring and patient customer service workers out there!

I see a lot of negative reviews for this location. I havent really shopped best buy in a long time due to a poor experience in the WS location a long time ago. However, I wanted local PU of a particular TV and didnt want to risk delivery of such a large item from Amazon or another retailer. Would have been nice if best buy could have gotten the TV to the WS location for PU instead of Greensboro which is 35 miles east. Purchased a Sony 85 inch X900H online and it took about 5 days before I was notified I could PU. When I got there I walked over to the customer service desk there was only 1 person behind counter and she was assisting another customer. As I turned to look for someone I was approached by someone else and asked if I needed help. They promptly directed me to a register where someone helped and went to get the TV. I wanted to switch cards I used from Discover to Amex for the extended warranty and even that was handled quickly and courteously. They rolled the TV out and and loaded it in the vehicle. My experience wasnt negative in any way but was limited to the interactions Ive described. Based on this experience I would shop again. Now if the could only get some Xbox Series X in stock ........

Experience at Store was fair. Getting help was slow, had to wait 25 minutes before we got help. I believe they may need more staff in TV area. Checkout area was fast, efficient and professional.Needed to call Geek Squad for help after thesale. It was HORRIBLE !Went through 5 phone trees and finally i was sent offshore to several CSR with Philippino accents, that I could not understand. I stayed on the phone for over 45 minutes before I hung up. Finally found the answer to my question on Google. Terrible experience..

I had to buy a podcasting quality microphone but I know nothing about microphones.The young man who helped was so knowledgeable about the products and thanks to his enlightenment, I ended up with exactly what I needed in one try (I cant always do that shopping online). What little extra i might pay here is for that kind of professional assistance.I wish I could remember the name of the young gentleman who helped me. He was not only courteous and knowledgeable, but mature beyond his years and I know this, because I watched his professionalism and maturity get tested by another very difficult customer who rudely interrupted when he was helping me.She was not only discourteous, but excused and justified her rudeness by inferring that whatever she was doing there that day HAD to be of far more importance than what ever my business was (maybe it was).At any rate, we were almost through, so, with discretion being the better part of valor, I thanked him and excused myself. The young man, however, was already trapped. I knew it and he knew it.As I was walking away I heard this lady elevating her demands and becoming more difficult with him - even levying threats against him with statements like:you dont know who I am and (paraphrased) if you dont honor my expectations, youll be sorry because Ill expose and publicly embarrass youI felt like telling this guy good luck with that one but I restrained myself figuring it would just exasperate her and make his day more difficult.I spent quite a bit of time in the store after that and as I left I saw that this difficult, demanding lady still had a stranglehold on this young mans attention.Still, however, this young professional was engaged, respectful, and did a far better job than I would have of recognizing that (perhaps) what we all saw in this ladys conduct was injury.
