Just ran in to get a main psu cable which most places dont sell individually i was in and out in 5 minutes for a very fair price i then decided to have a little conversation with one of the employees and he was a wealth of knowledge and a fun source of conversation as long as theyre open and in business Ill keep coming back

This place is terrible. I dont usually give bad reviews but this place deserves it. They are slow with service, they take forever to get back to you and their store hours and loose and unclear. They have them posted but a lot of the time, they are not there or the store is locked during business hours. If you can avoid going here I would. I would pay the extra money to have my computers fixed quickly and efficiently.

Have used this store for over a decade. The prices are a little higher, but still not as bad as Intrex.

To reply back to Sayaka Matsuoka. This person has not been to the store obviously, since the store hours are not posted anywhere. They are not posted on the front of the store on a sign, lettering in the door, or in paper form. The hours are not even posted on the desk. As a two man operation, hence the name Two Geeks Computers sometimes they do have to close the store for lunch or even a bathroom break as sometimes happens. Each time that is done a sign does go up to indicate time of return and time of leaving to better serve the customers.As for speedy repairs Sayaka Matsuoka did not indicate what the repair issue was. It could be that this person had a very intense malware infection with data that cannot be lost that involved many different scans, with some of those scans taking up to 3-5 hours each depending on the data. As Two Geeks Computers does not like having computers that were serviced come back with the same issue, they run the scans multiple times to clean off the infection using multiple scanners / cleaners. If we do the math one tool to scan to find and clean the infection, another scan with the same tool to verify machine is clean, next a new tool to scan the machine and clean it, with another scan being done to verify machine clean. With 4 scans that equates between 12-20 hours. That means to scan the machine we are talking about 1 1/2 going into 3 business days as each business day is 8 hours. As it is hardware limits that are placed on the scanning and cleaning no other company can get it done faster than what the machine runs at.Also, as the unhelpful review did not indicate, there could have been machines in front of this person that needed to be worked on first. When a computer is dropped off and put in line to be worked on. First come, first served as most businesses have this policy in place. The reviewer did not indicate if there were machines ahead of them that rightly deserved to be worked on first. One of the geeks would have told this person that that they currently are in line behind other machines and that as soon as those machines were finished theirs would be worked on.Basically Sayaka Matsuokas review is a very unhelpful review as they did not indicate what went on with their magical computer box that a wand could not fix, so they had to bring it to a computer technician and had unrealized expectations on how fast it could be fixed.
