The staff was so nice, and helpful. I have never been to such an amazing toy store and got to experience with my two little nieces. They were so excited! The toys are great quality, and lots of variety.

Discriminates and has complete disregard to the law. Mask mandates have accommodations and your “private business” is not above the law or the mandate.

I’ve frequented this store often & I had easy shopping experiences. (Mom of 3) Over the last 2 shopping experiences I’ve noticed more than once, my daughter was interested in a doll that only came in “non-brown” colors. Went to look for Princess Tiana & not a single Princess Tiana doll with the Disney princesses, but only a frog. She loves Elsa and Anna also, but super easy to find.Now, this only matters when a non-white person goes to look for a pretty doll that resembles themselves. I asked the sweet cashier for one of the baby dolls in brown, and she informed me the doll my toddler loved didn’t come in any other shade than the shade I was holding. 🧐I’ll take a break from shopping here for while, and return in a certain amount of time to see if they’ve improved. I just love this place. Ive visited several of their stores and they carry just a terrific selection of incredible toys. If youre looking for something unique, educational, or just plain out of the ordinary, this is certainly your spot.They have a in incredible selection of Ploymobil, and many other items --including LEGO. This hands down beats any chain store such as what Toys R Us used to be.Prices are very reasonable, and certainly inline with Amazon and online retailers which is very impressive. Just love this place --shop local!Its located inside a plaza and quite easy to spot. Easy access from main roads, and plenty of parking up front.

This is such a neat little toy store! They have lots of toys and games out for children to play with and try out. They have a huge selection of Bruder trucks, probably the most Ive ever seen! While they do have some pricey toys, they also have lots of toys that arent expensive. They do have several coupons in the attractions books, so that helps a little bit, which is nice!

This used to be our favorite toy store. It seems now they discriminate against people who have medical reasons for not wearing masks. Im sorry to say I will never shop here again and Ill recommend that others do the same. Its probably only a few months until they require vaccinations.

Wow! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I placed orders online last night (Dec 23rd), and my order was just delivered to my doorstep on Christmas Eve morning with everything gift wrapped. Staff asked if I had a mask and my response was that Ive medical reasons for not wearing facemasks. The mgr then told me Im sorry thats not working for you. I then went elsewhere and bought the same items for cheaper, with no mask on.

Excellent management! Polite staff !!.I called ahead of time and told them what I was looking for. Specific items for my college project so I knew it would be interesting as a 29 year old with no children to walk into a toy store.LolYes I was uncertain when it came to not being prepared before I got there and that is the reason why I called ahead. But to my surprise and appreciation, I got exactly what I needed which happened to be;They had it for me ready at the register. Business was good there. Santizer Available when you walk in. Which was professional and smart. I sure the lady that assisted me with it, that I would not be touching anything I didnt plan on buying.But as I think about it now, Im sure kids touch everything so making them sanitize their hands whats molly impressive at the door. 😁👏👶🧒👧. .I had the time Opportunity, in between the Rush of customers and staff needing his staff. The manager Marc Holcomb, does a great job managing his staff while also showing me what I asked for, and I had the opportunity to explain to him that I was a student and what I was pursuing. was very kind, polite, made eye contact with me, and since were all wear masks I do feel like thats really important.I could see the sincerity in his eyes and he was very helpful. Im pleased with the overall service‼Also, yes there were kids running around me with their parents LOL and thats okay..Its hard to get five stars out of me and you dont even have to be a big Corporation business.What matters to me is the respect that Im shown.The eye contact thats made that assures me that the manager or staff is being sincere. Thats all I ask for is common decent respect.And its mutual, when its given. And I always try to give my best.So, I am giving Toys & Co. Five Stars.⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

Accidentally found this store when going to Carters and I love it! They have a great selection of Melissa and Doug, Hape, Little People, Playmobil, stuffed animals... Different toys than what you find and at Target and Walmart. Im an avid Amazon customer, but I enjoy so much going to this store with my 11m.o., browsing (window shopping at this moment), buying something here and there...! Moreover, their prices are competitive and they have loyalty rewards.

Staff at this location were super friendly, inviting, and helpful. One lady even walked a big toy that we asked about all the way across the store to show it to my son...so nice. My son had a great time playing with the display toys and we bought some fun items he is playing with right now!
