I turned to Alliance after another garage company, Sure Fix, disappointed me greatly in comparison. I called Alliance around 9pm after damaging my garage door, the owner spoke with me over the phone a good amount of time and asked me to send pictures. He was knowledgeable about his work and much more confident than the competitors. He suggested way of securing my house through the night and gave me ballpark prices. He was kind, caring, showed integrity and good character. Never once did he get upset with my question asking or suggest replacing my wooden garage door. If you’re looking for a garage company I strongly suggest this company over the rest. You will feel safe with them coming to your house and have peace that did the best work out there.

I called Brian on a Saturday with an emergency. He came right out and secured my door for the weekend. By Monday I had a better door for much less than what I would have paid with one of the “bigger “ companies. Great customer service and such a nice guy. Brian installed a new garage door for us. My landlord decided against replacing the motor at the time. We had a wiring issue that Brian walked us through even though it was not on a motor he installed. Top notch customer service all the way around.

When I returned home mid-afternoon yesterday I was locked out of my house and the garage door would not open. I called Brian and he came over to the house within the hour to help. He was able to get the garage door open just enough for me to crawl under it to get into the house and let him in. He found that the garage door spring had broken. He recognized my situation immediately as my car was in the garage and I had no other means of going anywhere so he prioritized my case. He was at my house before 9:00 this morning and had installed the new spring by 9:30. I cannot thank him enough! And, the price of the repair was very reasonable, especially with yesterday’s emergency visit being factored into the total price. I highly recommend Brian and Alliance Garage Doors. (He had done another repair on my garage door 3-4 months ago after moving to my new home and had cautioned me that the spring may not last much longer due to its age.)
