Mike is a great sales person. Extremely knowledgeable and polite. Great with my grandson who interrupted him several times during his presentation. If I can’t do my entire home I will definitely tell others how great he is. My advice to Champion is to hire more representatives like Michael Cornelsen.

We had a very good experience with Chase when he came out here to provide an estimate. He was very personable and explained everything very well. He was able to answer all of our questions. Champion seems to be a very trustworthy company and I look forward to our new door and windows being installed soon. So far I highly recommend them.

Vinny was great, but I was shocked with the final cost, even though they made such a big deal about the cost being low due to the consumer buying direct during the presentation. The cost of one 12 by 18 three season sun room was 107k! Thats 24k more than I paid for my house.I scheduled a window install with them but I may cancel it and keep shopping. I was quoted nearly 14k for a french door and a new bow window.

We will be using this business for window installation. We used the free estimate last night. the man who came out was friendly and effective with his presentation. definitely knew his stuff. Before calling out for an estimate (at least with any of their promotions) expend your resources first. With their buy 2 get 2 they did not say at the beginning of the meeting that we would have to agree to use them as a company by the time he left. Also, he said he was not a salesman, but by the end of the night he was for sure pushing for the sale. Overall I am happy with the agreement we made, just hoping the installation process and all will be the same.

We ordered a patio door with internal blinds but when they came to install the door, they had made the wrong door. We were told that they would install the door they had and would come back to install the correct door. After 60 days, we have not heard one word about when we would get the correct product yet Champion promptly cashed the check to pay for the work. When a call is placed to the 800 number, it goes to voicemail and no one returns the call. A Better Business Bureau complaint has been filedDo not use Champion! They do not respond when there is an issue with their product.

I didnt look at any reviews before ordering, now I am a little concerned after reading some reviews. We were able to get a decent loan and signed a contract so we are really hoping for the best. Will be following up after install is complete. Mike said 6 to 8 weeks out and hoping that is accurate as well.

Great experience from estimate to install. The estimate was done completely around our work schedule. The install was quick and very clean. No debris left in our yard. The installer is a company employee who made us feel like we purchased from a small business rather than a large business. Excellent service and peace of mind warranty.

We had Champion come give us a quote and the sales representative was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. We appreciated his honesty and insight about our windows. The salesman, Fred, spent 3 HOURS at my home and did a good job because he left with a deposit check. He had to call his division manager to get me the best price possible..... hahaha.They cashed my deposit check and about 4 weeks later the salesman called to say he figured something wrong on the quote and it was going to be $650 more, I said no, I want to stick with the amount on the contract I signed.He said he would have the division manager call me the next day, I tried reaching out to the installation team and found out that my order had been on hold for 3 WEEKS; that the salesman was suppose to call me! I finally got in touch with John, the division manager and he would not honor the original contract; said they would have to cancel my order if I did not agree to the additional money. I told them to cancel and send my deposit back. Luckily, I did receive my $ back, I was worried about that because he eluded to something in the contract.Long story short, if you decide to go with Champion windows, read the contract before giving them a check.Honestly, this is worse than BAIT & SWITCH!Im going with Window World, $2,400 cheaper!!!

I had Champion vinyl siding installed on my home 21 years ago. Siding still looks good and I have received several compliments.So when I needed to replace windows, I knew i could depend on Champion for quality windows at a fair price. Vincent Regan, sales representative came out and did a very professional and thorough job of presenting the advantages of their Comfort 365 Windows. We were very impressed. Vincent was very personable and gave us a fair price. We look forward to the installation.

I had the sales rep come out and do a quote on the windows and we negotiated out a price the manager, sales rep, and me were happy with and so I signed a contract and placed the order with a 6-8 week lead time. 5 weeks go by and the sales rep sends me a text stating they had misquoted the order and wouldnt be able to do it for that price, if I wanted to continue with the order I would have to pay $2000 more dollars otherwise I could cancel the order. After reading the terms of the contract if I had of cancelled the order I would have been charged 30% ($3600) of the order. It also stated that they could cancel the order if they wanted and there was no penalty for them. I informed the company that I was in a contract and had paid them in full and I was going to hold them to their contract. When this happened the company ended up cancelling the order stating there was nothing they could do for me at the negotiated price.

Chase came to our home and gave us a thorough presentation, most impressive was what the windows are capable of and the warranty, both are better than the competition. Looking forward to getting the windows installed, was told a lead time of 8-12 weeks

A field rep come out to give my a quote on replacing my front door/storm door, his quote was higher than the siding glass door they installed a couple years ago. he explained it was a custom door, so was the sliding glass door.thanked him for his time..now if someone there wishes to come out again and give my a realistic quote on replacing my door would be glad to talk with them.

Information about the company, how they operate, the warranty offered, etc. along with the available door options and features were presented in a knowledgeable and professional manner. It was certainly a sales pitch but with the intent of understanding and meeting our needs first and foremost. We were not rushed and there was no pressure. This approach enabled us to come to a rational decision with a price within our budget.

Called Champion to look at windows installed by previous owner - Their windows are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original owner, not transferred. They sent a tech to look at repairs and I was charged a $99 service fee just to give estimate of repairs to their failed product. I can understand a service fee if you do not purchase the services... but no credit is offered to off set this cost. $99 for less than 10 minutes of looking at the issue and then out the door with unfulfilled promises of next day reply.Also asked to look at replacement of large picture window. Sales came out 10 days later and gave price - repairs were included as part of sales pitch.Never received actually received repair quote that I paid for (which I asked for numerous times) . I never intended these to be tied together, but that is what they did.Also price quoted for new windows was one of those Today Only Specials and when I said we were not buying right now, the final quote was vastly different. No written quote provided, just email later with updated, higher price.I do not like these sales tactics at all. Most of the sales pitch was This is why you dont want those other guys. I cannot believe that companies still do these pressure tactic - just give me a good product at a good price and Ill usually buy it.I doubt I will ever call them for any products or services in the future.

I asked for someone to come give me a price quote on a new entry door. NO PHONE CALL; NO EMAIL; NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! I called twice and given poor customer service each time. Not sure Ill use this company. I waited at home for nothing.Follow up: I did get a phone call from Jamie explaining how my appointment got cancelled. I havent rescheduled yet.

Really good at working with you to get to targeted budget without skipping on qualityUpdate 31 May 2021:New poly deck and 3 season sunroom was installed during May (about 3.5 weeks from start to finish). Installers were excellent, did great work. Really like the finished product with the fascia trim and have enjoyed the first week of use. The insulated glass makes for a very pleasant environment. Opted for the gable roof rather than the studio roof and glad that I did. It adds another dimension enhancing both your field of view and added light.Two things I learnt.1. While I was hoping the poly deck floor structure would mean next to no maintenance, there is still a fair amount of treated wood (I understand for load bearing purposes), so one will still need to maintain that periodically and I will also have our termite control company in to treat around the new foundations2. I thought that we would have glass windows from post to post and they would be manufactured to fit. However, the glass panels apparently come in standard sizes. As a result we have two 11 inch panels in the front wall (one on each corner next to the post) which do create a bit of a blind spot for ones field of view. If known, one could have adjusted the size of the room to ensure all glass from side to side.Regardless, all things considered, I am highly satisfied.

I am reviewing an introductory estimate session that my wife and I had with Champion Home Exteriors about adding a back screen porch to our house. We met for well over an hour with Vincent Reagan, Factory Representative. He explained to us about Champion products and services, listened to our ideas about what we would like built on our existing patio, indicated important items we should consider and then gave us a complete cost estimate of the project. He offered us both an extra discounted price if we signed up for the project then and there as well as a higher price quote that would be honored for 30 days if we decided to do the project. Everything was very transparent and he explained our options clearly. We were impressed with what he showed us and said about Champions quality and service. We didnt sign up for the extra discount because it is our policy never to commit to a major expenditure without having time to think, review and evaluate. Mr Reagan was personable, courteous and very professional in the way he handled our meeting. He understood our position and left his card, cost estimate and information with us.

I purchased a townhome in June 2020 that has a sunroom installed by Champion in 2013. Soon after moving in, I noticed a leak in the sunroom. I submitted my information for a service appointment on their website (because I found it impossible to get someone on the phone for service) and never heard anything from the company. The original owner who had it installed sold the townhome to a person who flipped it in 3 months. However, the fine print says the warranty only transfers to the next owner. I guess they looked that up for my address and decided not to give me a call. Ive been working with someone for months trying to figure out the leak but the installation is so poorly done Im fearing I may just need to remove the sunroom from the property.
