1. Arrived late, so they didn’t finish in one day. Had to come back another day to finish. Foreman was rude and would barely speak.2. One window had a major water leak the first time it rained. They had to come back to fix it.3. Two windows were so drafty I could see daylight around the frame. They had to come back to fix them.4. They didn’t clean up properly. I found handfuls of nails in the yard.5. And now, almost a year later, I’m discovering they didn’t re-attach the vinyl siding properly. It looks like a billowy pillow flapping on the side of my house.Due to the first four problems, I asked them to reduce my contact price. They refused. The only thing they offered was to waive the “cleanup fee” since I found so many nails in my yard.Now, with the fifth issue, I get to deal with siding issues and potential moisture issues because the siding wasn’t flush against the house for most of 2020.Obviously I don’t recommend them.

They were on time for my estimate. That’s about the only good thing I’ll say. I called them because they were referred to me by one of my customers. They had over twice the amount of windows and were much larger than the windows I needed replaced. They were twice the price of the closest estimate I received from other contractors. Also gave me a rough estimate on doing siding. I told them I only needed a few pieces, not the entire house. The quote did not change. So I called the local store and tried to buy the siding myself to do it myself. They refused to sale it to me unless they were doing the job. You would think a smart business would make the money where the customer is willing to spend it, but as a business owner myself, what do I know? I must have stupid written on my forehead.Will not recommend them due to prices and practices.

We were very excited about a new front door, and based on the recommendation of a friend (they had windows installed), decided to work with Window World. The initial meeting was set for Jul 2020, and the install was scheduled for Sep 2020. A week before the install date, we were told the door was not available and install was pushed to an unknown future date. A month later, we had not heard any update, and any news required our own initiated contact with the office or sales rep. The office never returned our calls until we reached out to the sales rep. The install finally happened early Nov, but it ended up being the wrong door (hinges were on the wrong side). Then the cycle of no communication, unless we initiated a call to the office - which didnt get a reply until we texted the sales rep. At one point, we talked to the office, and the worker admitted they were 3 days behind on phone messages. This happened several more times. We were told Jan 12 would be the next update, but nothing. So we reached out again (call the office, hear nothing, text the sales rep, get a call that night). The door did finally arrive, and got installed the beginning of Feb 2021. I dont have a problem with delays, and I dont pretend that errors cannot happen in the process. I do have a problem with poor to no communication, and this experience repeated that problem for 7 months. Its difficult to recommend a business with this consistent lack of communication.

They have always been nice and efficient! Love the windows and if their is a problem, no questions asked except whats the number in the window. They stand beside, on and around every part of the window! The warranty helped the people who bought the house!

Used the due to covid to try to gouge me into buying more windows than I need. They wont be getting any business from me.

They do not replace windows or glass unless it is their own windows. then they only replace complete window frame and all.

Everything was just great.

Lost track defective windows replaced they must have stood on them. Had remove gutter guards did not work said you must clean guards for them to work. Also covered vents under eve house when installing vinyl.

My husband and I had 17 windows replaced last week by Window World. They did such a great job installing them. We only had one issue but were able to come to a compromise with Window World which spoke volumes to their customer service. One of their customer service reps kept me in the loop with the status of our order, scheduling and also helped to resolve the small issue we had, couldnt speak any higher of Megan & Tim for their help of making this a pleasant experience.

As usual. On time( very rare quality) neat installation great windows friendly installers. I couldn’t be happier. With my window world windows I’ve used them before and highly recommend them

Dont know yet. Its been 9 weeks and the windows havent come in. When I called the other day a representative told me that it would be at least another 10 weeks. 🤔UPDATE...Its been 5 1/2 months now and still waiting!

I have Window World windows in my home that are less than 10 years old and are completely defective. Almost all my Window World windows have developed leaky seals, which allows gases to escape, and causing a discoloration on the window- making it impossible to see through the glass. Leaky seals especially in windows so new are a sure sign of poor quality and a cheap product. The other replacement windows in my home are fine- but Window Worlds product is a complete failure. Dont waste your money.

Everything they promised was delivered.My son cracked our window behind the kitchen sink. I gave them my stock number and they were there to put it in at no charge within a couple of weeks.

I had all my windows (18) replaced a little over a year ago and they look and work great!

I had my main window replaced (Middle) with the wrapping of all 3 windows (2 sides) how ever when workers started I had screens on my side windows but after completed no screens.. I was not home when work was completed called about screens only to be told that they spoke with workers whom stated they didn’t remove the screens & if the person didn’t sign that work was completed they may would of seen what they can do... Well if a customer spends over $700 I don’t think they would lie over screens & sure would be more than glad to replace screens (NOT at Window World) also just to show some appreciation that the customer HOA spending money on siding with us...But here at Window World we don’t stand behind our work just stand on our windows ( with the family that is)...will never do work with them again & will vote them out with my HOA ..

Called to get a price on a window and never received a call back. Looks like they have no idea what customer service is. If they want return my phone calls I sure don’t want them working on our homes.
