Alex our tech arrived on time and did an outstanding job. We discussed doing a Garage Door tuneup and replacing the threshold under the door. As he was looking things over before starting Alex also noticed that one of the runners had popped out of the track. So he fixed that first, he then replaced the threshold, and did the tuneup . At each step of the way he ensured that the door was operating correctly before moving on. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He accomplished everything in a very timely manner. The pricing was also very reasonable for the work that was done. A great job, we are very satisfied.

Precision Garage Door was able to fix my garage door very quickly. They were at my house within an hour of my call and I was good to go within another hour. My technician, Chuck came out promptly for the appointment. There was a bit of a hiccup at first but he made everything right. He installed the garage door opener quickly and did a great job. Kind of hard to go price shopping for things like this but Ill assume price was reasonable because its not like the average person has the skill and the tools to do this kind of work, and, working on garage doors is dangerous. Precision was the only company that would install a garage into my 1947 Ardmore Home because of the tight space to work around the opening. They even managed to use a torsion spring when all other companies said it was impossible. Covid had my garage door delayed a couple weeks from the manufacturer but the folks at Precision were extremely communicative about everything that was going on. Scott, my installer was professional, courteous and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My garage door is beautiful!

We had a wonderful experience with this company on July 19th and 20th . Dylan came out to access our broken garage door and was helpful with a solution. We ended up needing a whole new door but with one being in the warehouse install was the next day! Nathan and Kevin, the installers, were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! My parents spring broke on a Saturday. I filled out an online request and received a call with 5 minutes!! I can’t express how professional this company is. He set a quick appointment for Monday and even put us on an emergency list because rain was coming. Technician called when he was 20 minutes out, was on time! Appoint was just to repair broken spring, but in the end my parents opted for a new garage door. They were able to repair door until the door can be shipped and installed. New garage door does take quite a long time to come in. But, it was worth it to get them a new door and Exceptional customer service. We are very pleased with the company!! Called for service, a tech came same day—within hours. Tech talked about our current system and we inquired about a new product. Considering the age of the current system, we opted to replace with a new system. The warranty is excellent and helped seal the deal. On the evening of July 28th, the spring broke on our garage door. We called Precision at 6 in the next morning and they had someone out here between 10 and 12 and it was actually at 10. The guy was friendly and had our garage door up and running within two hours he replace the spring and the motor and we have a brand new running garage door! The new garage door motor comes with wireless keypad and many other features that the old one did not have I would recommend precision to my friends

The technician was very nice, though seemed somewhat inexperienced. We asked for help with remotes. After doing a 25 point inspection, gave us a price of $700 for things he thought needed repair. We declined to have this work done since door was operating well for us. He has been working on remote issue for 45 min with no success yet.

Precision responded quickly by getting a technician out to our house within about 3 hours. The technician seemed very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was able to fix the issue and make our garage operable again.My issue is that Precision doesnt tell you about the labor fee that will occur in addition to the service call. I had a coupon for a free service call with a repair, however, the technician indicated that the work he did was not considered a repair and was a part of the service call. So I couldnt use my coupon. I was expecting a $65 fee but it ended up being $110 due to labor charges.Update: Precision read my review. They researched my situation and determined that I should have been able to use my coupon. So they refunded me the cost of the coupon. I really appreciate this as that wasnt really my aim for the review. Thats what I consider great customer service.

Both Chuck Jordan and Scott Lowder are the best! Scott installed my new garage and motor on Friday, July 23, 2021. I was having issues with my keypad on the outside of my garage. It would not open my garage. I called on Monday, July 26th and an appt was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon the 27th. Chuck came out and checking a number of things decided to install a new motor. Chuck worked a miracle. Everything is perfect. I would highly recommend this company and there two technician. You have the people working in your company. The installation of our Precision Garage Doors appeared seamless. The current doors were installed for my parents in 1979. They were sad-looking. The technicians were professional. They cleaned up, hauling everything from the old door away. They were timely. The time the installation would take was accurate. We found some bad wood under the current aluminum that needs replacing. Instead of going ahead with that part of installation, they cut the pieces for the framing for us to use once we replace the wood. Overall, they looked at the task and correctly chose their installation. Were glad we used Precision!
