I recently received a HOBO wallet as a gift and I absolutely love this brand. I have had several of their wallets over the years and never had any problems, until I received this new one. The clasp on the wallet broke and it was less than six months old. I called the store manager Christel in tears and explained to her what happened. Not only did she offer to replace the wallet for me, she searched other locations to find the exact color and material, and she even remembered us coming in and purchasing the wallet!!! I was totally impressed by the manager Christel and her awesome customer service skills!! I will definitely be back!!

Okay selection. Didnt have what I was looking for.

I purchased very a very expensive rollaboard suitcase because they said it was guaranteed for life. Any repairs at all. When I returned for a minor repair they said it couldnt be fixed. They gave me a similar piece of luggage to replace it but guess what, it is not guaranteed. When I asked for my original luggage back they said it had already been destroyed. What a scam!

Not only do they have great high-end luggage and gifts for travel but they also hold helpful travel and packing classes to help you maximize space while you are away.

Great little shop, I really like Jenny she was friendly, smart and professional. I will be back because of her.
