Jorlink continues to go above and beyond with their support to keep our laser up and running. We use our laser in a production environment cutting and engraving wood and acrylic with a lot of repetitive cutting. Sometimes 12 hours day. We rely on uptime of our machine and Jorlink always goes the extra step to make sure we have what we need to keep running in a timely manner. Their support is always there when we need it quick to offer suggestions and out of the box thinking to solve our problems.There may be other lasers out there, but Jorlink has customer service above and beyond anyone else even outside of their industry. We can all learn from Jorlink how customers should be treated.

Their technical support is awesome! Evangeline was super helpful and Mackenzie went above and beyond to solve the problem I was having with my machine - which was self-inflicted. His help saved me a lot of money and I got my machine back up and running the next day. Their spare parts selection seems to be comprehensive and their prices are the lowest Ive found.

McKenzie Quinos was able to help me repair a Spirit GLS laser that was in disrepair for months. The laser engraver was having new issues every week: sometimes the laser wouldnt fire, other times a weight would be required to sit on the start/button. Mr. Quinos assisted me in not only repairing and replacing the necessary parts, but by providing insight into many of the inner workings of the machine itself.Thanks again.
Mack at Jorlink was extremely helpful on my first free phone consultation. So much so, my Mercury II laser engraver is now working again. I will keep his contact information and will gladly hire him for any future more detailed problems.Mack took a good amount of time with me to troubleshoot my older Mercury I and then Mercury II machines. They are booth working now and I have a much better understanding on how to repair them in the future.
I purchased a GCC MG380 hybrid from Jorlink a couple years ago and I’ve been really satisfied with that purchase. Excellent results in many different materials has been my experience with the laser. Stellar service. We had a technical snafu with sharp deadline over the holiday break. Our machine was inoperative. I phoned in & received help. Didnt solve the issue, but offered points to investigate. A few hours later I receive a phone call from Mackenzie, on his vacation, on the road. We troubleshot and he gave good direction. During the next few hours, he offered his time and support thru e-mail and more phone calls.Problem solved. Great help. Above and beyond what was expected. I have worked for a company that utilized laser engravers that were purchased from Jay Spencer at Jorlink. Jay helped that company purchase their first and second CO2 laser systems. Jay was their tech support. He also helped in purchasing parts and accessories. He was our go to guy. He has also sold me my first CO2 laser system for my company, along with being my tech support and purchasing parts through him. Jay answers his phone long after regular working hours. He has always given me great advise and has even made the trip from NC to MD to look over my laser system on his way to see relatives further north. Jay is an Asset to Jorlink.

For the past 17 years, I have run Fab Lab Boston which serves nearly a thousand youth and adults every year. Jorlink is where we get all our lasercutter filtration supplies because they are the friendliest, most personal and dependable company we have ever used. If you run a fab lab, you should definitely use them! I was impressed because they cared about us so much as customers that when the family visited Boston, they came to our fab lab and we made solar-powered bobbles with their son who is a child with engineering aptitude and aspirations. You dont find companies like that very often these days, so support them!

Ive worked with Mac and Jay for over ten years and bought two lasers from them. I even used our first laser so much we had to put a new tube in it and Jorlink was very helpful with that endeavor. We had some issues with the second laser that we bought and GCC took the laser back and replaced it quickly and easily with Jorlinks help. Every step of the process from buying, troubleshooting, and repair have been smooth and easy.To put customer service in prospective we bought a Fiber Optic Laser from a place in Concord the sells Epilog. We didnt use Jorlink because they didnt see a laser that suited our needs. This was a major mistake because we had SERIOUS issues with the Epilog laser. Not only did we have EVERY major component go wrong in that laser, we had to replace them all ourselves. The X and Y axis motors, three rotary tables, the laser tube itself, the main board and the thing ate belts like an unattended puppy. And when the z axis stopped working we stopped making payments and told them to either replace the whole machine or take it back. We had to fight Epilog tooth and nail the whole time and they even reneged on replacing the machine in the end. Thats poor customer service and needless to say, we wont be dealing with them again.Jorlink, Mac and Jay and everyone else working there, have been nothing but professional, courteous, and amenable. They sell quality products and stand by what they are selling. They have parts and material in stock and are very knowledgeable and helpful.(And no, I am not the Jay that works at Jorlink.)
