We have been taking our vehicles here for years. They truely are great and reliable auto repair.

My vehicle front passenger axle broke on Monday morning. Stopped and talked to Jill and Rick, they were very busy. They allowed me to have my vehicle towed to the shop. Made arrangements to get it into a bay and started ordering parts. I am very happy to say my vehicle has been repaired in 3days and I am picking it up tonight. Thank you Jill and Rick, it is so nice to work with professional and friendly people. BTW, the price was very reasonable

Reliable is a local mechanic that has been a servicing Greensburg since 1972 I believe.Family owned & operated. This is a place to get any kind of work done that you need to your automobile. Fair priced & quick at what they do. Theres many years of experience there . They will do it right. Very Reliable.

My new goto..Someone referred me here cause I was having issues with my car. Although they are really busy and backed up, it was convenient and I didnt feel like I was being ripped off. I plan on taking my car back there for some other work.The lady that makes the appts was very nice and helpful. Shes the main reason I would go back. I cant recall her name, but I think her brother is the mechanic in charge

Affordable repair service great people work there

Check engine light went off and I had the diagnostics read - cylinder misfire. Mind you, this business already fixed the first two misfires and so i was expecting a quick easy fix like i had experienced with the other two. When i was called back to pick up the vehicle i was told they had done nothing but drive it down the road and back. They tried telling me that they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t know which cylinder was the problem, but i GAVE THEM the printout from the OBD when i dropped my vehicle off. The woman at the desk continued to say that once one cylinder goes, the rest follow. knowing this, on top of my check engine light that is STILL on, why would you not replace the damn part? i even informed her which cylinder i know to be misfiring, and she came up with every excuse as to why they did not to the job that i was paying them to do. so now, i’m going to another mechanic so that i don’t get stranded when i break down! shame on you people. you should be embarrassed by your idiocy.

Will not be taking my car back here again...I got all new tires, breaks, and rotors done and my one back right rotor is bad.. only needed a few minutes of there time and they couldnt do it.. had to buy a new rotor and breaks and get someone else to do it.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

My son is a college student in Greensburg and we live in NW Ohio. He had a problem with his car, so I called Reliable because they were close to him. One call was all it took. They lined up a tow, repaired the car (a broken brake line), and even picked him up and drove him to their facility to pick up his car. All of this in just a few hours, and at an excellent price. Thanks Reliable!

Their mechanical work is good, but their integrity is abhorrent. They will NOT automatically give you the best price (especially on parts) and they will try to weasel out of responsibility if they screw up. With many years of personal/business/customer relationships they still ripped me off for about a grand.

Went in for an oil change, got my car back with a broken (snapped in half) oil drain cover. Went back after ordering a new plate with a receipt so I could be reimbursed. They refused to do the right thing and pay me back for the part they broke. NEVER GOING BACK
