We needed to up grade our phone plan and get new phones,the customer service person was so helpful getting us the right plan .
Unfortunately, they are understaffed as all businesses are. Was thinking of getting a new (cash and carry) phone, but according to the agents there, only 3 iphone 13s were in stock. No other choices! The agent did look at my bill and lowered it by about $35, so that Ill give 5 stars!
I had an issue with my phone. The Verizon rep was very helpful and corrected the problem. She was knowable, polite and respectful throughout the entire process.
Ryan was amazing along with the other team members on 6/24.I went into Verizon very frustrated over customer service via the phone the last couple months. I was pretty much ready to change providers and thats sad to say, because Ive been with Verizon since 1996. Ryan went above and beyond to not only fix my problem, but the problems that occurred from the phone calls with customer service.Even though they were busy due to probably having trouble hiring people, they got to me and the others in a timely manner!I have always had a great experience at the route 30 Greensburg location, but Ryan went above and beyond during this visit and Im very grateful!
Tania at the Mt Pleasant Verizon store was very helpful. But I still had to go to Greensburg Verizon Store. Ryan was spectacular. Much appreciation to both.

Dont waste your time coming here to this specific store. All they do is give you a number to call that doesnt work typically. They tell you to call this number because theyre Not trained to handle such things as what a Verizon cloud is. Go to the store in Irwin, much better service and they actually help you. 3 attempts at this store. I was also told to go to best buy and they could help with with the transferring process. This store is a literal joke.
Better than Latrobe, but your still better just to call Verizon than to stop here. Go to Delmonte If you need to go to a Verizon store.

Very poor service. We paid outright for a new phone. They gave us the wrong transfer cable, so we had to go to Walmart and buy the correct one. They refused to put the new screen protector on the new phone, citing covid reasons, then when we had air bubbles, made us buy a new screen protector. The SIM card was also programmed wrong which will require yet another trip back to the store. Very unhappy with the poor service we received.

UPDATE: Customer service asked me to reach out in reach out about my experience, I did and got NO response. Poor taste big V.Verizon is a huge company. Youd expect customer service to be a priority. I find it to not be the case and as soon as I can change providers, I will. I hope many others will vote similarly with their monthly payments.I purchased a phone for my kid, added to my plan and included the insurance. When the phone stopped working, we knew felt protected and figured wed be taken care of. It was taken to the Verizon store, where they troubleshot it and did nothing but give us an 800 number to call to place a warranty claim.After waiting on hold for no less than 40 minutes, we explained the situation only to be grilled and trouble shot again. Then, once determined to be a warranty claim, again, sent to a tech department. Insert more hold time. They took us through the same grilling and troubleshooting, then finally a new device was sent. Magically it appeared next day to our surprise, but had no battery, which WAS THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE TROUBLESHOT BY ALL THREE DEPARTMENTS.I called again, waited 35 minutes on hold only to go through all same interrogation only to be told that Verizon didnt have batteries in stock, so if I wanted a fix, I should just go buy a battery and theyd credit me $15 to find it on my own. What part of warranty includes the burden of fixing my own device? No willingness to point me where to go, shipping, and 7-10 days of delivery when I found it on my own (if I got the right one)??!! And it was escalated to a manager that had no answer but the same. Good luck, we cant help you besides a credit. I even asked for another phone of similar cost. No options. No discussion. No warranty. No customer service.

Went in this evening to get a new phone for my fiancé and I was not impressed or happy about the experience. When we first walked in, all the employees were standing in the back having what seemed to be a good ole conversation that we seemed to be interrupting. A woman with blonde hair named Lauren came over to help us and I can tell you that she didn’t. One, she was very rude and talked to us as if we were below her and we were children. Two, we wanted to add our employee discount onto our account while we were there but she did not want to hear it. She only wanted to hurry up and get back to whatever fun was happening towards the back of the store. Three, we were asking for help setting up the phone and transferring everything but were told we could do it at home while handing us the back in a shoving manner. Four, we get home to set up the phone and she never disconnected the old one meaning the verification codes to set up the new phone were going to old one we left a the store. Five, we had to call into the store to get help with the transfer since the verification codes were not going through and we got on the phone with the manager Chris. Chris seemed to not be concerned whatsoever with how we were treated in the store and when we expressed we were going to leave a negative review for Lauren we were told “If you’re going to leave a bad google review why would I help you?” So nice right? Here’s the negative review for Lauren who should not be in direct line of customer service and also for Chris that obviously should not be a manager. I will not be going back to this location and am currently looking into other networks.
Poor customer service. This evening I went to this Verizon location. As I was looking around a young woman came into the store. She appeared to be having problems with a new phone data transfer. The employee a blond woman whose name is unknown for while upsetting the young woman took her name tag off as to not be identified, she was not being very pleasant to the young woman. In a rather rude fashion the employee told her customer that she would not do the data transfer for her and could only tell her to download some app to do it. The young woman seemed distraught over this and pleaded with the associate to help her. But again the employee failed to assist the woman saying she could only teach the young woman how to do the data transfer. Ok, so if I was to go to an automotive garage and ask a mechanic to change my vehicles oil and he gave me the response of no I wont change your oil but I will teach you how to do it so as to not be bothered by you again. Would this make sense on a business and customer service stand point to any one? Thats the exact service you get from the blond employee at this Verizon location. Back to the in store experience: Finally a manager Chris came over who seemed to make slightly more effort to assist the young woman, but still was unable to help her. I heard him tell the young woman she would have been better off doing this task at home per Verizon not using secured networks. I am astonished that a company such as this would not have their customers data secured. This news is extremely unsettling and has drawn the line for me. I have in the last hour cancelled my services with Verizon and have made a switch to another safer network. I wanna thank this customer service team for their poor service and helping me to make the switch to a safer secured company and advise all others to do the same.

Bought a phone, case and screen protector there. Was told the case was the best and had a full warranty, which I assumed was something they could help me with since I was told there was a warranty on it and to bring it in if it broke. I did that and then I was told that I would have to go through manufacturer if there was any warranty on it. I would have been better off buying one at 5 below. This place misleads to make sales. Will never shop there again!
Went to buy a phone. Checked in, waited for almost an hour. Had to step outside for a minute, came back in and was told they skipped me. The guy who checked me in said he called for me. My sister was in the store the whole time. I asked why he couldnt step outside, because I was just outside the door. After getting my phone, I asked if the sales person if he was going to set it up. He said no, they dont do that anymore. He said to download a program to switch over the information and that was all. I could have saved myself an hour and a half. And just order it off line.

Customer service is always amazing.they will take as much time as needed with you and are willing to explain anything you need. Priced can be a bit on the high end but its worth it. You really do get what you pay for. They are always having deals and sales that are rather nice and make things cheaper. They also have a wide selection of phones to choose from so your likely to find one you really like, fits your budget and fits your needs. They also have a large selection of other items such as speakers and home accessories.

This is a great crew! Im from out of town and received prompt and curtious service with a full explanation of the breakdown and costs. Ryan and the crew were happy to explain options and alternatives without the the pressure tactics. Nice work and I fully recommend this particular store!
Quick in and out and on my way. It did help talking to customer service before I went. They got my phone ordered under manufacturers warranty, and was in and out. Much nicer than the retail store by Panera yesterday, the manager left at 5 even though the store didnt close till 6. It left the one girl bouncing back and forth between 3 customers. Will definitely go back to this particular Verizon store! Plenty of help soon as you walk in!

By far the worst customer service period! Guy named Ryan what a joke! Assistant Mangers dont even acknowledge that there is an issue blatantly ignorant! Been a Verizon customer for 15 plus years and have never been treated so badly and after investing thousands and thousands of dollar I may consider another carrier!!!! We will see is the store manager Nathan Snails calls be back!! oh yeah this character throws balls around to by his time while customers are in the store!!

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND AVOID THIS PARTICULAR STORE. I had the actual worst experience of my life. I have never written a review before, let alone had an altercation but this requires me to speak up and warn others. A middle aged blonde female sales representative helped my father get a phone. He is tech challenged so he still had a flip phone and was weary about upgrading. She and I convinced him to upgrade to an iPhone 8 before all the iPhones with home buttons are gone (her words). None of this is a problem but then she deactivated his phone and activated the iPhone before transferring his contact (something we specifically asked her to do as he uses his phone to run a business and had 1,001 contacts. This was an irreversible mistake. The flip phone was no longer supported on the network and could not be re-activated once it has be deactivated and thus, the contacts were lost. This sales rep basically shrugged off this problem and moved onto the next customer. Nevermind she had just caused 8 hours of confusion, anger, and frustration to whomever was going to transfer 1,000 contacts by hand. We left the store defeated.The next day I spent a couple hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service who were extremely nice and helpful but we ultimately could not fix the problem. At the end of the call, they suggested I inform the manager of the store what had happened due to the severity of the issue and the consequences that had arisen from it.This is where it gets even worse.When I finally spoke to the manager over the phone, she could not have been more cruel. She sounded bothered and annoyed. She told me to get over it because the only solution was to transfer them by hand OR return the iPhone and get a new flip phone because there is some way for them to transfer the contacts between flip phones. When I suggested that I switch the iPhone for the new flip phone solely to get the contacts onto an activated device and then switch them to the iPhone, she refused to do it because youre only allowed once exchange. This woman was blatantly unwilling to make any accommodations regardless of all the trouble that had been caused thus far and in spite of the fact that there was a clear solution, it would just involve her to allow my father two exchanges instead of one. Both of which would have been done within minutes of each other, in front of her in the store.To top that off, her tone was rude and condescending...as if she forgot that she is a manager at a Verizon store...I could have and probably should have exploded. But I didnt.Cut to one week later, my father decides he does want to return the iPhone for a flip phone because he cant go without his contacts....The manager at the store refused to waive the restocking fee, which due to my research, is a fairly common thing for people to waive.Any store run by this woman should be shut down. My experiences under her leadership have been horrendous and ill guided. We have been Verizon customers for 18 years and this bizarre interaction is caused us to consider switching to AT&T. Thankfully, this woman and this store DOES NOT REPRESENT VERIZON AS A WHOLE. Going forward, we will have to now drive farther to visit a Verizon store, but we cant continue to deal with these issues every time we go to our local store.P.S. According to customer service, she has continued to make inaccurate notes on our account regarding our interaction despite the fact that it was recorded and so proof exists of her extreme and bizarre behavior.SAVE YOURSELVES AND AVOID THIS STORE AND ITS MANAGER.
Cell phones have been down all afternoon. Go to make a call and it disconnects when the person you call pucks up. They should give refunds to their customers!!!!

The sales kid lied and said that the large up front fee that we paid would be taken off of a future bill. Waited and waited, then called them and they said that it was all just sales tax for our new phones and that it wouldnt be returned. FFS the place is expensive enough without them lying to boot! Unfortunately we are stuck for two years because of the contract. Go somewhere else, folks!Edited to add: Gotta love their reply, which basically reads Sorry we lied, we try not to do that. We will also try our gosh darn hardest not to lie again in the future to other customers, like we did to you and all the others here and all lover the internet posting complaints about our shady company. As for you, tough luck sucka, you signed a contract with us so now we own you! Cant wait for my contract to be up so I can go back to having no contract with Straight Talk - which also doesnt have countless hidden fees and such. I should have never walked into this store. Lesson learned.

Theres no reason to get insurance on anything from Verizon because they dont honor it anyway took my phone to the store 7 times because it doesnt always ring so they put a new ringtone on it and say there you go all fixed.when I think that they should replace it thats what the insurance is for right.yeah ok.not happy with them at all!!!!!

Stopping in this Verizon location Saturday night at about 7:45. The store closed at 8pm, we did not know this when we drove out. My wife was due for a upgrade and wanted to get a new phone that night. At about 5 till 8 the employee turned all the lights out in the store and started turning the phones off, while we were still in the store!! talk about unprofessional and rude!! Wow!! This made my wife feel very uncomfortable and she ended up not getting a new phone. Actually, instead of the sales rep trying to sell her a new phone (she is due for a upgrade) he told her to update her iphone and it will work fine. Then on the way out the door said he would sell us a phone if we really wanted one. This store is in need of some customer service training and management changes.
