I am highly thankful to Brandon at AT&T Yosemite for solving the complex problem for me. I visited multiple AT&T stores but nobody was able to solve the problem, but Brandon solved it very quickly for me. I would say that he has great knowledge about AT&T services. I would highly recommend Brandon if your problem is complex and if you want quick solution. I would give this guy 10 stars out of 5. Excellent Job!!

First off, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AT&T store. I went into the store just before Christmas and ordered an iPhone 12 pro. Nate was extremely helpful and assured me of a timely delivery.When I received the iPhone, I went back in and they helped me set it up and get all of my data transferred. While I was there, they took a look at what I was paying for TV at home and eventually got me AT&T TV which will be saving me around $90 a month.Hope this staff has a great new year and will be getting all of my and my families future business!

Can we just say...Kellan!!!! Love this guy so much! Seriously a guy who knows how to help a customer. He tried everything in his power to fix my dh phone but it was an Apple issue. Kellan showed us the AT&T TV plan and we will be switching to this as it saves us money! In fact everything he did for us today saved us money! Wow!! What amazing service! We will stay AT&T customers for a long time. Kellan you ROCK! Thanks again!

Wow! This store is amazing. Nate and Adrianna had so many customers and seemed to handle it as if there was two people. They practiced safe distancing and were extremely polite. I needed an upgrade and walked out with a lower bill, 2 new lines, and 2 new phones for free. They explained everything to me so that I could understand what was changing and took their time to understand all of my needs. 10/10 store! New management is excellent.

If I could give more stars I would, manager Nate and sales associate Nick stayed 2 hours after close to help resolve a situation that another store messed up. Offered to come back that following Monday but they got it fixed and handled. Thanks again! Great review as promised! Deserved completely.

Wow...what didnt go wrong with this visit(s)...took two visits just to get my account setup. First there was a duplicate account that I waited around for two hours to be remedied (the sales associates have absolutely no power - why we cant do what they can still confuses me as they just sat on hold like the rest of us pesants). Upon notification that I could finally proceed setting up my account I was disposed for another two hours to get my numbers ported over...but wait, thats not where the fun ends. My account information as provided to me was not correct. My FAN PIN and other accessibility items needed to setup my online account and get access to everything were all incorrect! I waited on hold with AT&T for another two hours to be told to go back to the store AGAIN. I was tired of the run around, so after having to go back to the store and yell at the AT&T rep over the phone - because once again, the in store people are as helpless as the consumer - I finally was able to get access to my account online. This isnt to mention the fact that I was told there were benefits to having a business line that werent there such as HBO MAX and scores of other stuff. If it werent for the fact that their service seems much better than the Verizon service for my home by Cherry Creek State Park, I would have just stopped and switched back after the calls into AT&TS customer service. Not impressed - also, they didnt have the phone I wanted and gave me some spiel about how they cant actually sell a phone...WOW.

Rene Garza provided fantastic customer service at the AT&T store location on Yosemite in Greenwood Village. I use an unlocked non-AT&T-branded phone on AT&Ts cellular network. He did not try to brush me off or give me any attitude about using a non-AT&T phone. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and he resolved all my questions and issues. This was the best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. Im so thankful that AT&T still has real store locations where you can meet with a live person to resolve issues, rather than forcing customers to use an online-only customer service. This experience made me happy to be an AT&T customer.

They have a sign on the door that says “only one person at a time.” I understand COVID has changed things, but at least create something where we can check in and wait in our cars or something. It’s 25 degrees outside right now, so just standing outside the door is a miserable option.

I was a little reluctant to come into the store with all thats going on and trying to be safe. Matt and Nate were extremely friendly and eager to help. I think they were a little slow that day! I did like that they both wearing masks and had hand sanitizer available. They both teamed up while helping me out and gotten me all take care of. thanks!

Im not particularly fond of going into stores in general because I feel like the customer service is not that great but this location completely changed my mind. The amount of patience and care they take to ensure you leave the store pleased is outstanding! I worked specifically with Conner and he was the most knowledgeable and genuine rep Ive ever dealt with when it comes to phone service. I was thoroughly impressed by this location and will gladly come back again.

Shortly after arriving in the Denver area to be with my daughter & her family as they awaited the arrival of her surprise! baby boy, I received an iPhone 12 Pro that I had previously ordered online. I took the phone out of its box when I first got it, but did nothing with it beyond turning it on to make sure it was operational & then turned it off & returned it to its box. Several days later when I was free from rocking/loving on baby duty, I decided to go thru activation process & do the whole transfer stuff from old phone. Imagine my shock & consternation when I turned it on, & it was asking for me to enter a passcode! I have probably owned 15-20 cellphones & various other electronics & I have never, ever bothered with a passcode, thinking them to be a time-waster. I turn on my phone & I expect it to be available to do what I want right then & the one thing I never want to do is to enter a passcode! So, there I am, looking at this $1300 phone/paperweight that has somehow been assigned a passcode, that I have no knowledge of. Several futile calls to AT&T (45-60 min hold time each time), Im advised to go to an AT&T Retail store where Im assured my issue can be painlessly resolved. Ha! My 1st trip in, I was hopeful, as employees had gotten rave reviews online. Despite the attention of Rene, Nate & an unnamed employee in training, my issue remained MY issue. Nate gave me minimal directions of how to bypass passcode & factory reset phone. I was not told to download & install iTunes, nor was I told doing the process would result in being locked out of phone many times & for increasingly longer periods of time, maybe up to an hour+ before MAYBE I would have success. I should note this was the very 1st Apple product I had ever purchased, for my very own personal use, so any info given was valuable. I was told to return for help if needed, & to bring a personal laptop if I returned. So with my grandson & his laptop, in tow, back I went. Had to tell another employee the story & was quite clear about my complete lack of responsibility regarding setting of the passcode. I even stated that I have never put a passcode on any device, after which, she said the new phone would have same passcode assigned to my trade-in phone. SMDH! Does anyone actually listen anymore? I restated my no passcode ever mantra. Having exhausted her job knowledge, we saw Nate was free & addressed him. He provided no hands-on help like previously offered, but he did decide to provide other interesting & necessary details. Back to daughters I go $1300 paperweight, grandsons personal laptop & grandson in tow. Process did not work. Call AT&T & get told to go to Apple. Called 1st, no help. Call AT&T, told to return phone to Nates store. Nate refused to take phone saying the passcode issue was trouble & he didnt want to be responsible AND that no one would believe I hadnt set the passcode! Thanks for that Nate! Seriously. So. Very. Helpful. He did box it up (with box I brought) & said if I couldnt walk 3 doors down to UPS to return it, he would. I pointed out it had USPS return label & he said no probs, UPS would take it. Nate, Nate, Nate....so very lacking in basic skills, knowledge & common sense. So, yeah, Nate about that previous 5 star review.....how you doing now?

He gave me great advise on the right iPhone to buy and even gave me a discount on my accessories with out asking. It seemed like the other customers he was assisting were pretty excited about what ever he did for them as well.

Weve been really happy with this AT&T location, and on several occasions the manager (Matt) went above and beyond to help us. AT&T did not credit our account correctly for a promotion and he spent a lot of time helping to fix the problem. Matt is a true pro - patient and very knowledgeable - definitely worth going to this store for your mobile phone needs!

Hannah was awesome! My husband and I came in to pre-order the new LG and she took great care of us. She was down to earth, easy to talk to and at the end of our visits we were all giving each other high fives. It was a great experience. Hannah even called us immediately when our phones arrived. Service must be hit and miss at this location?Went to this store on my lunch break today at work to get a new phone because my old one crapped out. The gentleman was friendly, greeted me promptly, and made the process of getting the new phone easy. Maybe I got lucky, but my experience here was an easy one. Was able to get a new S8+ over my lunch break without hassle.

I went to the AT&T store and switched from sprint to AT&T and Hanna was supper friendly and helpful and I purchased 2 iPhone X and 2 cases with them so I went back to store today to exchange the 2 cases with different colors because the color was not matching my iPhone so unfortunately Hanna was not there and there were another person who was the manger of store his name was Matt I told Matt I need to exchange the cases and He couldn’t find a recipe so he accused me of stilling one of the cases and he wanted to call a police on me I told him call Hanna she knows he said I don’t call her and he told me get out of the store. I told him can I talk to your supervisor he said there is no supervisor. He just ruined my day by calling me a thief and also he grabbed the case from my hand. How he treated me was unprofessional. I wish that I would never switch to AT&T!!

Visiting Denver from out of town, just needed a charging cord that i left at home. Matt the manager helped me out, asked if i had a few minutes just to go over my plan and see if i qualified for any accessories discounts. Turns out i did and he also ended up saving me over $30 a month on my plan.

Never again. Advised a friend to purchase AT&T Prepaid here. What a mistake. They have no clue what they doing, service is rude, and forget about refunds if they screw up (and they will screw up). But lets start from the beginning.There was just couple customers in the store but the sales person said well have to wait 40 minutes. Can we get prepaid SIM card somewhere else asked we - yes. So we went to Walmart instead. Unfortunately information was not correct and they do not sell prepaid SIM cards so we got back to this AT&T store again. Just another hour wasted thought we, but that was just beginning.The sales person checked our phone and its IMEI and confirmed that it will work with AT&T without any problems. It wasnt new device so it took some time to load, and as the day was close we agreed that well get it home and if something goes wrong well get back the next day. $100 was paid for two next months of the phone service. What could go wrong.But it never worked. Phone could never register with the carrier. So no internet, no voice and no messages. Nothing. Of course weve got back the next day. And of course they had no clue how to fix it. The only thing they could advise was to address the issue via AT&T Support phone.That did not worked either. After several calls and attempts - they could not make it work, and they could not do the refund. The only thing support could advise was to go back to this store and tell them that support could not do it and maybe they will do refund.That was not very reassuring and we had to go, so back in Denver 3 weeks later, we went to this AT&T store again. Of course there was no refund. Of course they were rude. And of course they could not make it work either.I havent had much experience with Verizon, so cant say much on that, but other two AT&T competitors Sprint and T-Mobile have customer service and sales teams that are functioning WAY better. In fact those are so much superior, it is even hard to compare. Here, the only thing I got was humiliation. And there you get people who talk with respect, solve your problems and give you results.

I had to purchase this phone at a different store and come to this one to pick it up. I had a question about how to get my son’s information ported to the new phone and the manager Matt said he is not allowed to touch the phone or help me because I did not buy it from him. It came from that store. I bought it from AT&T. Terrible service.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but here goes... I called the store three times with no answer. So I thought, they must be busy. I go in right after that and there is literally no one in the store. Really, no problem so far. Maybe there were busy earlier. I enter and they look really inattentive and bored. I get it, youre working a retail job and there are no customers. Possibly they get paid partly by commission so they might be bummed out. Who wouldnt be bored or frustrated? Well, I ask about switching to a prepaid phone plan. The lady helping didnt like that and acted like 1) I was stupid for wanting to switch, 2) treated me with disdain, 3) and tried to switch me to a contract plan with less data than the pre paid BUT still more expensive. We start going through the steps to switch over and all I got was a low, simmering bad attitude. Finally, I said, I get the feeling you do not want to help me and I left.I will never be back.Next thing I do is Google Map another nearby AT&T store where I am prepped for more bad attitude but instead greeted by cheerful people who are happy to help me switch even though I wasnt buying anything from them. I was so pleased I high-fived the guy when done. I will be leaving a good review for them.

I waited for literally 40 Minutes andwho was helping the other clients did not even acknowledge me. After 20 minutes of waiting, he told mthank you for your patience. He would not even break away from these people for one minute to ask me what I needed. I told him that it would take probably 1 to 3 minutes to assist me, but he ignored me.I couldn’t go elsewhere, because I was picking up a phone waiting for me behind the counter. Totally unprofessional!!! Go to the other AT&T store over on Arapahoe or anywhere but here. You’re welcome
