I had bought a phone from them about a year ago and they are super helpful, out going and they understood what I was looking for and my need for a good reliable phone especially with being a health care professional. I live in springs and whenever I have issues with my phone I always make the drive to see them. That are truly wonderful and extremely helpful.

Sharon and Justin were extremely helpful. I did not have my photo ID with me, and Sharon very professionally insisted to see my ID before adding a new phone to my account. I appreciated this so much-- because I know my account is secure. I was eventually able to provide my ID and get everything set up. I very much appreciate Sharon and Justins kind, professional, secure, and informed assistance that day. Highly recommend this store! ALSO- they were both wearing T-Mobile-branded masks. Good job!

Went in for a simple issue right before they closed and the manager helped me out. She was sooo nice and personable. Even took the time to change my screen protector w my insurance and I didn’t even think to ask her to do that. She was great at her job, thank you!

I had sprint and went to this store to change over to T-mobile. The two women that worked there told me everything was fine I could get the phone that I wanted. Just sign the contract and you are good to go. I signed the contact they ran my credit. Then told me I had to pay $200 dollars for the phone that I wanted. I also had to pay $250.00 from my sprint account to pay for a the month plus the next month. I asked why didnt they tell me this before hand. Both the women said its because our system says you need to pay for this. I also go a text message from life lock saying T-mobile ran my credit. I ask the women you ran my credit and Im in the high above 750. They both said, we didnt run your credit we dont run peoples credit. I told them I dont want to do this anymore because I dont want to pay for something that You said I dont have to. Both the women got very angry and said you have to you sign the contract and you will no long have phone service unless you pay us $200 right now for your new phone. I had to pay the money to get the phone which was not a problem. If someone that was not doing well they would have been stuck without a phone I guess. After I paid the bill she just handed my the box and said here you go. I said I want to make sure this works before I leave. She then got really mad and started bang stuff on the counter and yelling at her co-worker. I asked her can you make sure the phone works. She turned it on and said it works you can go. I said can you call the phone. She looked at me as if I was about to pull a tooth from her. She called the store and said see it works now go. I asked what about inbound? She then banged the phone on the counter again and tried calling the phone. Guess what inbound didnt work. She did something on the computer then it started working and then said see it works you can go now.One month later. Im still getting billed from Sprint which is the same company. So now I am getting billed for to service plans on one phone. I call T-mobile to talk with their expert. The person on the phone said OOO you have to talk to sprint not us. So I still have been on hold two hours later.If you are tight on money you probably want to avoid this store at all cost. Otherwise you will have to spend a lot of money and time fixing their Great customer service.

I was so pleased with Raya, she is hands down the best employee i have ever dealt with. When it comes to customer service, knowledge, and being very friendly, i would give her 5 stars. The other employee was really helpful also. Between the 2 of them, i left in a very good mood, and with a working phone. I will for sure be back to buy accessories.

Inconsistent hours. Both times I have tried to visit this store theyve been closed. Temporary store hours listed on the door say this location is supposed to be open until 6pm tonight. Called store and no message system set up at all let and none to alert customers of any early closing hours.

Train your employees with T MOBILE policies and procedures before INSTRUCTING A CLIENT TO COME BACK!!! The staff only seems to care about SALES and not customer service. Go to an actual T-Mobile store not just an AUTHORIZED STORE. The T-Mobile in another location was able to help with no problems they went above and beyond. Again DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I recently switched to T-mobile from sprint and my I-phone x was unfortunately having issues. When I got the new I-phone 11 the next day I was having issues with the phone. I had to go back to T-mobile and was there for 5 hours, but the staff was really nice and helpful. Claudia was amazing and helped me resolve the phone issue. She was even so sweet and bought me lunch. Thank you guys for all your help.

Excellent service! I was helped by Caleb and they explained everything to me step by step throughout the entire process. I was out of there in no time and had no issues whatsoever. Friendly, knowledgeable, and organized! I will be back when its time to upgrade!

So i recently switched from Verizon. the guy was super friendly there was a promotion to switch and they would pay for the outstanding balance on my phone with Verizon. well long story short the website they told me to submit doesnt have the proper phone listed so i had to email RCSolutions. they then told me i didnt qualify because i purchased another phone while switching because my daughter needed a phone as well. so because i added additional phone i did not qualify. they also sold me tvision which was supposed to be trial for 30 days well not true its in my first bill. and its garbage service tvision does not work on any device i have at home PS4 ps3 any samsung tv. and if you want to watch it then pay extra 50 dollars for some BS box. be careful to what the store employees tell you as they have no clue how corporate works.

I just purchased a new phone from the manager Raya. It was actually a lot easier than I anticipated! She & her coworker helped me transfer all of my stuff off of my old phone to my new phone & took the time to teach me how to use it. Went to the tmobile store on Friday to switch 4 lines over and was looking to upgrade phones to a Note 10+. After waiting for about an hour we were told unfortunately we dont have those phones available anymore, which kind of frustrating, as I wouldnt have wasted my time trying to upgrade my phone and would have just ported my numbers over. Then was instructed that I would need to pay my phone and just being the phone back and we could port the number over with no problems. As my wife proceeded to port over our phones they explained to me that we need the primary account to port the numbers over and was of the employees had already seen us there and knew we needed to port the numbers over and was never instructed to add our names as authorized decision makers or else we would have done so. We wasted not only an hour of our day trying to upgrade our phones that were no longer available but also going back to the store and not even being able to port over two other phones. I definitely wouldnt recommend this store at all as it is a 3rd party tmobile dealer and just find an actual tmobile store.

After 18 years I decided to leave Verizon, which turned out to be the best decision Ive ever made. This particular store was my closest location and I ended up working with a gentleman named Evan to get switched over. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and its because of him that I decided to post this review. Top notch customer service from him and the manager at this location. Whether you are a neighborhood T-Mobile customer, or (like me) wanting better service than the other providers can offer, this is the South Denver store you want to do business with.

Worst manager associate I’ve ever dealt with. Daniel was very unhelpful and could also have come off as just rude. I’ve had a business account with T-Mobile for years with many lines, phones, equipment etc; and love the service. I came in to pay off a couple of our business phones and he told me I was not on the account and could not do anything (I set up the account, own the business, and deal with T-Mobile regularly without any issues as I am the account owner). I explained to him I was the owner and set up the account and he practically just made it “ that’s not true, you’re not on the account, nothing can be done” . He then tells me there are multiple other people as account holders but not me (which is not true). The entire situation was very annoying and unacceptable.

This T-mobile location has the best customer service that I’ve ever had from any phone company. TJ and his staff always go out of their way to answer any of my questions, review my account and basically problem solve any situation I’ve had. I had other family members on my account and I maintained with another service provider until I saw the benefits of making the switch completely. So now I’m saving money and have exceptional phone service. I highly recommend any of the guys that work here. They will definitely take care of you!

I recently just bought an iPad at this location and it was the most pleasant cellphone service experience ever! Raya! Five stars for 5 star employee! Thank you for your time, you were super helpful.I also wanted to give you guys a shoutout on how clean the store was. The germaphobe that I am, I was extra nervous going to a public store with the whole covid... and this store was super cautious, constantly sanitizing and making sure all customers were safe and comfortable. Best in-store service experience, hands down! Dealing with a cellular service provider has never felt so comfortable. This store places the value and emphasis on the human element in the transaction where it rightfully belongs. Jose really knows his stuff (hes the manager, right?) Theres a big difference between someone who cant help and those who just wont help and the people here definitely dont want to go the extra mile. Ive been struggling with a 2 month old problem with T-Mobile and all their staff had to say was call customer service... Which Ive obviously tried already. Wonderful experience! Matt, TJ and team made me, a long-term Verizon Wireless customer, very comfortable in making this service transition. They were able to give me a very good sensing (with the use of 3rd party generated maps) of what my coverage would be at my home and other specific as well as generall areas which are important to me. T-Mobile has tremendously enhanced their coverage here in Colorado over the past 2-3 years! All members if the team were very knowledgable and transferred my data to my new phone without flaw!
