They are a wonderful team of professionals who are very knowledgable and very helpful. I had been in their store multiple times before to fix my phone and my sons phone before and Ive git great service.I went to my own phone company of T-mobile and ask them to put the screen protector on my phone and the manager was rudely hesitated while one of UBreaklfix people gladly did that for me without a charge. That is what I call customer service.

DO NOT TRUST. Called and asked point blank how much to replace my iPhone screen. Asked all kinds of questions about the phone. How long have you had? Is the back look good? Camera ok? each time I answered the new question I asked How much to replace screen. Yes yes it will be good I tell you than another question NOT to do with screen. In end was told yes yes it will be good bring in your phone I look and tell you. Wasted 20 min call and felt like a scam mechanic from the 80s. Btw batteries + on county line and university found out in 2min call would bE 100 bucks. Way more honest.

I took my sons iphone in for repair because there was an issue with the charging port. The technician was friendly and responsive. He said the port was dirty. He cleaned it and it was fixed! He didnt charge us for the service. It is so refreshing to get friendly, honest, and competent service! All in all, a 5 star experience. Well be back for future (real) repairs.

Brought my phone in today and they quickly ran a diagnostic to determine the problem. I love this store! They have fixed our phones and tablet in the past and they are always professional, and Ive never felt misled. I highly recommend them.

The staff at the University Blvd location is the best! They are always very friendly, helpful, and FAST! I love that they tell me ALL of my repair options and pricing up front so there’s no surprises in cost and I can decide what’s best for me. The “frequent flyer” program they offer is outstanding if you have littles & lots of pets in your house destroying your tech!

The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to answer all the questions I had. They were extremely courteous and wonderful to work with. I would suggest Using them whenever possible.

For several weeks at least, there has been a fairly non-customer friendly sign front and center on the door announcing that their same day queue is full for the day and how unfortunate that is. Interestingly, they also now have a sign announcing that until further notice, they will be closed on Sundays and Mondays. Just speculating that perhaps being open on those two days might actually help clear that queue. Additionally, I’ve been given the run-around at the Cherry Hills and the Highlands Ranch locations. HR gave me an incredibly complicated and technical story of needed up-to-date machinery in their location and the crew having all quit on spot at some change in management, save the one loyalist talking to me. Meanwhile, Cherry Hills location said the HR guy didn’t know what he was talking about and to come back the next day when the proper tech would be able to help me, which I did. The next day, the tech gave me some sort of incomprehensible stormy about this that and another - all of which meant no repair and to come back a few days later and he’d have ordered the needed part and a quick repair was assured. When I came back as asked, no one had any idea what I was talking about. I don’t think these guys have ANY idea what they are doing.

My google pixel 4 XL was really glitching and would just turn off, and wouldnt stay on unless it was directly on the charger. Apparently its a manufacturer problem with the battery but google covers the battery replacement at uBreakiFix. I took my phone in here and the staff was extremely helpful and fixed my phone right up 🤗 Matt and Jacob were the ones that helped me out and were awesome. Thanks guys! 😁

I had recommended this shop to many people in the past but will no longer do so. Four days after making firm arrangements to get my phone fixed there (arrangements made in a June 11 in-person visit to the shop so they could see the phone, after getting an earlier warrantied repair on the same phone there), I got a call from the shop yesterday, June 15, saying that they would not work on my model of phone under any circumstances -- despite the fact that I got the phone FROM THE COMPANY THAT OWNS UBREAKIFIX. Think about that. I found an independent shop nearby that fixed it within hours -- after losing four days because I had been told on June 11 that UBreakIFix was ordering a part for my phone, which was the deal I expected until the June 15 nah, not gonna do it call. If they had simply kept their word, they would have kept a customer and kept getting good recommendations.

Made an appointment over the phone, which went fine. Showed up well before closing at my appointment time & no one was there. They locked up & left way early for the day. I called & they told me to go to another store. No thank you!!!

I have had good experiences with other locations, but this one was HORRIBLE!Had an appointment at 10AM and no one was there even after waiting a good 20 minutes. It totally scewed up all my claim stuff with Verizion/Assurion. Spent all day on the phone and virtual chats getting this mess straightened out with verizon/assurion, AND this store. Plus the person who answered the phone didnt understand anything I was saying.When I tried to move the appointment to another location she pretended like like the other store was back-locked and couldnt take anymore apointments which it was not as I was able to get online and make the appointment with them myself. So she was either lieing or just had no clue what she was doing.During one of the conversations with this lady that answered the phone I had to call back 2 mins after we had just got off a 3 way call with Verizon that she was on. When I tired explaining to her I was the person she was just talking to minutes ago, she kept acting like she didnt know what I was talking about.

Took in my son’s PS4 which wouldn’t boot. They fixed it but insisted they didn’t really do anything the PS4 self fixed its software. They didn’t charge me anything. Really nice people. Would recommend them to anyone.

I came in because my iPhone was not always charging or connecting to CarPlay, I thought I might need a new charging port. They took a quick peek and determined there was just lint/dirt in the charging port, cleaned it out, and saved me a costly repair! I’ll be back the next time my phone needs a fix.

Got my Android 10, LG K22 serviced. It was less than $50. Needed Apps suspended as I have low vision. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. 2 House. Performs faster. It is great to have technology repair in southglenn. They recently got a new owner, Matt. He and his other staff AR easy to work with.If you are disabled or simply check illiterate. They can help you take care of your technology issues. I am so glad that I will be bringing my Chromebook and Windows 8.1 PC in 4 for software updates I just dont want to deal with myself.you may have had bad experiences at other places that claim to be helpful and charge a lot of money to do anything with your devices or computers. That ends here at this location in southglenn.I have found they are the first and only business where I will have any of my check devices serviced. You will probably know after calling or emailing them if they can do what you need. They are also an authorized repair and service provider for Verizon.That does not just happen. They have to go through a strict process to be an authorized repair outlet for a large telecommunications provider.I also plan on getting a screen cover for my phone as well. They can do that for $30. A screen cover made of glass is hi quality. Shatter resistant and will preserve your device screens.Now, you know who to go to for those tech service or repairs. call or email them. I honestly believe they are the best place to go for this.

I had the best experience at this locations. Jackob and Brent were very prompt and put up with all my follow-up calls. When you break you phone sometimes it feels like in the end of the world, but they made this process so seamless and I couldnt be happier with how my fixed screen looks.

My son has had his phones repaired a few times and has been thrilled with their work, never disappointed.

When I went in the first time I was in tears because apparently my Google slate had no options of being repaired. This was not only them telling me this but also geek squad and Google itself. I was still told I would recieve a call back with any information. Then after a week and a half of my own research and countless attempts of trying to figure out my options I discovered that through them I could get a replacement all together for half of what I originally paid. I called they had no idea what I was talking about even though I have documentation from Google. They said they would contact them and get back to me immediately. Well I still have not heard anything from them and absolutely no communication. I cant believe they wouldnt even call me back when this is who Google uses. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the 1st gentleman was very nice eventhough he never followed up.

AMAZING. Alex and Jakob are incredibly sharp; they fixed geek squads screw up and replaced my iPhone 7 battery in a snap and at an affordable price. The nearby Best Buy geek squad couldnt replace my iphone battery (they claimed there was an already damaged pin when they tried popping out my battery, but my phone worked perfectly when I left it. Mind you, It took them 24 hours for them to tell me this). So here I am, super sad thinking geek squad broke my phone and they want to charge me $320 for a unit replacement that comes in 3-4 weeks. A friend tells me about uBreakiFix, and the techs verify no broken pin and replaced the battery IN UNDER AN HOUR. Thanks, guys!

Had an appointment at BestBuy to replace the battery on my iPhone only to find out that they didnt have the battery in-stock. Called another place and they wanted $70. uBreakiFix was able to do an OEM replacement for $50 (option for aftermarket batter was $10 less) within an hour. Staff was extremely professional and efficient.

I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the screen this morning. Took it right over and they had me squared away good as new in just a couple hours. Very easy transaction and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

Came to this location today expecting $90 to change out my headphone and charging ports on my iPhone 6.. Instead I left with a phone working perfectly again and not a dime spent! Turns out my ports were just packed with pocket lint, it’s not sexy but it is the truth! The nice lady working up front picked everything out and re-tested everything and now it’s right as rain. I offered to pay for her assistance and she kindly said no thank you. Very kind and honest people working here, if I have issues with my phone again I would drive out of my way to return to this location.

They did a great job on my broken laptop screen. In fact when they replaced my screen it upgraded my laptop to a touch screen laptop when it did not have that feature prior to this repair. It was no extra for that upgrade as well. These guys are great.

Very friendly staff, I went in with my S10 because the glass of my rear camera cracked and had a hole in it. They told me they would replace it for a more fair price than it would cost if I were to use insurance at t-mobile.I took it in around 4pm and it was done at about 5:30pm which I didnt expect. Highly recommend this store for your phone and other electronic fixes!

I went to uBreakiFix on 3/30/17 because I had dropped my phone in water. The staff there was very friendly and did their best to help me. I was visiting from out of town, so being respectful that, they worked on my phone as quickly as they could. Walter C. was able to give me back my phone back within 10 hours. The phone appeared to be 100% working again. I took it home and realized the phone was permanently stuck in headphone mode. It has been 4 days since then and the screen keeps dimming/blacking out along with the headphone problem. Excellent service; I just wish they had tested out the phone a little more before giving it back to me. They would have noted the headphone issue. The screen problem is not their fault.

Terrible, awful service. They refused to honor their service agreement with Google despite the active warranty and the fact that they are the listed service providers for the device, and even with Google on the phone with the store manager telling them to fix it. They wasted a lot of our time, and then actually ended up breaking the phone even worse when they didnt know how to put it back together.

No issues. Even had trouble with the first new screen and they replaced it under warranty all same day. Seriously great!

I have a Google Nexus 6P cellphone that needs the battery replaced. I visited uBreakiFix to discuss the servicing of my cellphone. I had a very enlightening discussion with the customer service representative as to what the repair would entail. I decided to allow them to service my cellphone. Unfortunately, the one replacement battery they had in stock was defective. Therefore, they had to order a new one. I am waiting for the replacement battery to arrive so that they can complete the work on my cellphone.

They retrieved everything from my broken, un-backed up phone fast and inexpensively. Thrilled with results and would definitely return.

They fixed my Pixel XL and I am very happy with the results. Google recommends them as an official repair option, and the store assured me they got OEM Google parts. I can definitely tell the screen is genuine. It has the right feel, display color, and brightness. The repair work is also spot on. No uneven seams of anything out of place. Looks factory again.I agree with Robin, I dont like they asked for my password when I dropped off the phone. I didnt give it to them when I left. They asked me to unlock it when I came to pick it up so they could test everything. I explained it has a crypto wallet on it and asked them to test it in front of me. Brandon was happy to oblige and did all of the testing in front of me. I appreciate all of the checks they do before signing off on the repair, and I know it slows them down having to wait on me to test, but I definitely think the policy of asking for your password before you leave should be changed.

My phone screen cracked when it fell out of my pocket over the weekend. uBreakiFix was able to replace the screen in just over two hours for a fraction of what a new phone would have cost. Ill definitely return there for future repairs.

I completely shattered my Samsung S7. The screen pieces were coming off and the phone wouldnt turn on. This place completely fixed it in about 3 hours and didnt charge me an arm and a leg.

Not happy with the cell phone battery replacement in my Samsung S6. I figured that by paying $110 (more than double the competitors pricing) I would be getting a good OEM battery. After 60 days it doesnt even last 14 hours with light usage. When I returned to the store to complain they told me tough luck since it was 7 days past the 90 day warranty period. I would have returned it earlier but it started to fail when I was in Europe for 30 days. I returned to the store the next day after returning to the states but still no concession. Dont use these guys, they charge too much and have terrible customer service

My repair was handled relatively quickly & efficiently. But they ought to show more concern for a cugdtomers data security. They asked me for my phones PIN code when I left it with them! I refused. When I collected it later, they needed to test the phone before applying the adhesive to complete the repair, so I entered my PIN & it was tested in my presence, but then without switching off the phone, it was whisked away into a back room, where they kept it for at least 15 minutes... enough time to do what with the personal information on my phone. A Stark contrast to the iStore experience, where a tech never handles an unlocked phone outside of your presence.

Checked other repair services and cost was at least $75 higher to replace my Samsung note screen. Staff is friendly, they had my screen in stock and it was replaced in two hours. They also provided a 90 day warranty . Would recommend to everyone.
