BEWARE OF EXTRA CARPET!!!Salesman that I dealt with was very friendly, he came out and measured what I needed and gave me a quote. They are 4-8 weeks out for install so I found an installer who could do it sooner. My installer picked up the carpet and discovered we had almost twice what we needed. When I called Carpet Country after the project was done they told me they cant give any refunds. I loaded up all the extra and brought it to the store to show them how much there was. Long story short they gave me a refund on what I thought I should be owed. Carpet Country wanted to charge me $450 to install when my installer did it for $200. I strongly believe if they had installed the carpet, they wouldnt have told me about the extra carpet and they would have taken it back and resold it.

We replaced our carpet 12 years ago and we used Carpet Country. They did an excellent job so we used them again. We wanted a whole house carpet replacement so we called Carpet Country.Going and looking for samples and having them out for measurements was a pleasant experience.The two installers couldnt have done a better job. They were quicker than we thought and very courteous and very tuned to detail. I would recommend carpet country with no hesitation.

These guys are great! My wife called to get a quote and one of the people who measured for estimates came out the same day! That is just awesome! I went to the showroom to look at samples and they sent me home with several swatches of carpet to see what would look best. My wife is 8 months pregnant so being able to bring these home for her to look at was really helpful. We (she) decided on the carpet we wanted and went to put a deposit down. The staff both times I was there was above and beyond expectations. Even when I talked to them on the phone they said oh, your the couple who are due very soon. Lol. They are putting in the new carpet at a great price and and even better time frame. Dont go with the big box stores. Talk to this place first. Trust me.

Kent sold me a flooring it’s been down for only 6 years he came out looked at the flooring took pictures . Kent told us that he would contact the manufacturer of the flooring and we never heard from him again he will not return phone calls it is peeling up breaking apart. Never use country carpet again and told all my friends and family to stay away from country carpet!

Excellent service with my carpet reinstall (new carpet padding and my previous existing carpet) in my completed basement/ recreation room. Top-notch organization from Tom (the estimator) to Lisa (scheduler) to the carpet laborers of Ramon and Enrique. I had three (3) free estimates done with local Greenwood carpet companies on my basement carpet reinstall before deciding which company to go with. Carpet Country had the best economically priced bid and their workmanship of Ramon and Enrique was very professional, answered my questions and concerns, and provided a high quality carpet reinstall. It took them less than 2 hrs to install new padding and stretch the carpet (932 sq ft room), and assisted me with moving the pool table on gliders and two (sofas) into their proper locations within the room on my day off from work. As requested, they called 30 minutes prior to their arrival on the reinstall day. It was a great experience and we are very blessed to have such a wonderful local carpet outlet in Greenwood.
