The English language doesnt have the words that to properly describe the outstanding/over the top/awesome job Reagan Flooring has done. From the time you walk in the door, through after the install is complete they are awesome. They remember your name walking in, keep your up to date, accommodate for your timeline, and follow up afterwards on your satisfaction. You dont find many companies going the extra mile these days, but Reagan does, and now. Im looking forward to my next floor project and the first place Im calling, Reagan Flooring.

The customer service was tremendous. The quality of flooring excellent. Plus, got to love a company that gives back to the local community.

I really wanted to support a small business over somewhere like Lowe’s or Home Depot. My wife fell in love with a certain carpet from here. When she was in the store she was quoted one price for labor and padding and when they came out to measure they jacked the price up on the labor and padding. The room was 200 sqft and they quoted us for 243 sqft. I called to ask why and they said because the carpet is an odd size your gonna have waste to prevent it from having a seam. Ok that’s fine but why am I getting charged for 43 sqft extra of padding that they aren’t even putting down and 43 sqft extra of labor that’s not even gonna be needed because the room is only 200 sqft?!? Also a freight charge was on my quote for $99.14? I have had many different floorings installed in the past and I have never had to pay a freight charge. I will say Jay the son is a very nice guy but Jimmy the owner is greedy and a liar! I will never do business here again! Now my wife is heartbroken because she really wanted this carpet but I refuse to pay for something thats not needed!

Not only are we 100% satisfied with the experience from beginning to end; picking out a sample, matching them to our home, the professionalism of the owner and crew, but the results are PHENOMENAL. We walked into what seemed like a brand new kitchen! The note from the crew was the cherry on top. We look forward to hiring them, and referring, in the future.
