Had carpet in master bedroom and master closet replaced after a closet system was installed. We had worked with Floor Tech on a basement install previously and decided to go with them on our bedroom installation. Jeff is extremely easy to work with. He gave us some ideas to save money while still getting a good installation. He also worked around our schedule for scheduling the job and never felt rushed to get the closet completed so that the carpet could be installed. Steve; their installer, and his helper did an outstanding job with both our basement and bedroom installations. Steve is professional, very friendly and conscientious with his installations. Everything was completed perfectly and with outstanding workmanship. When they finished, they cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell they were even there. Highly recommend Floor Tech.

We had the flooring replaced in our house, and the guys did a fantastic job! The price was very reasonable, even when they ran into issues that probably shouldve been fixed by the last homeowners. The crew did really great workmanship and didnt cut any corners (a rare find these days!). We would definitely recommend them!Update: Its been a few months, and this is still the one project weve done where our desires and standards were exceeded. We love our floors!

Was looking to replace the flooring in our house which was there when the house was built. It has become stained and we were tired of cleaning it over and over. Went to the Floortech store and found a vinyl plank floor we liked, being waterproof since we have dogs. Got their quote. Checked around and comparatively shopped. They beat all the other prices. The crew showed up Monday to install at 8:30am. By 7pm just about 1200 square feet of flooring was installed, with the old flooring being removed and disposed of. The crew was courteous and professional the whole time they were there. I would recommend Floortech for your flooring needs. We will returning for carpet for the bedrooms in the future. Reasonable pricing, great selection, and EXCELLENT customer service! After a pipe burst in our basement, Floortech helped us replace our flooring. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we were getting fairly compensated. The salesman helped us find beautiful, quality flooring in our price range (no hassling involved!). We liked it so much that we decided to replace the carpet in the main level with the same hard flooring. Installation was completed in ONE DAY, and it was done better than the original! The installation crew was polite and did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. We will definitely go back when we replace the carpet in the upper level of the house.

I was able to get some in stock material for a very reasonable price without feeling pressured in any certain direction. My dad and I put the floors in myself and they look great! Floortech also provided us with a tool to do the job (kept us from having to run back and forth to the saw). Go see Jordan and Jeremy...they’ll take care of you!

Wonderful - weve used Floortech on two different occasions for carpeting and hardwood flooring for our home and have been very pleased both times. The floors look beautiful. In the store, they were very helpful while we were making our decisions without being pushy. The person who was driving the Floortech truck w/Indiana plates in Nashville in July left not 1, but 2 sweet little dogs in the truck with the windows rolled up and the AC not on in 90° weather! Who DOES that. The group eating dinner outside next to the vehicle was just about to call 911 when he arrived.

I have done business with Floortech for more than 15 years. Personally and from a business standpoint (rentals/fix and flips). Prior to that, I worked with SEVERAL local businesses who always came up short. Floortech had a middle of the pack price point, but the quality of the work and knowing it was going to be done properly was worth the few extra cents. In the world of YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR YOU - these guys always over exceed expectation. Recently after trying to clean my tile floors in my pool house which we host the Holidays in, I became very frustrated and stopped by Floortech to see if they had anyone they recommend after losing 12+ hours and a couple hundred dollars doing it myself. Jeff offered to come out and take a look (on a weekend) and then made call for me to another company. He negotiated the price down to less than half of any quote I had already received and the new company gave me a floor that looks like it did the day Floortech put it in 11 years ago. ABOVE AND BEYOND, EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED come to min when I think about Jeff and Floortech. In 2019, who has that type of customer service on a job he didnt make a penny. I will continue to recommend Floortech & Jeff, as long as he owns the place. You wont find anyone better in this business.

Floortech provided excellent customer service and communicated with us every step of the way during a recent flooring overhaul. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. The installation crew was clean, respectful, and experienced. FloorTech just finished installing Country Natural vinyl plank flooring on our entire first floor of the house. It looks great! The install crew was fantastic. Very professional and detail oriented. The sales guys at FloorTech answered all my questions, let us borrow a ton of samples to take home, and were not pushy about making a sale. Very happy we looked at so many samples at home. The flooring we picked wasnt even in my top four of what I thought looked good at the store. We picked vinyl plank so we could have the same type floor in our half bath, kitchen and living room.
